The show opens with the HITO boys discussing the current conservative civil war. Will you side with Candace Owens, Tim Pool, Benny Johnson, or Nick Fuentes? Democrats are seeing a little bit of infighting, too, with Jasmine Crockett entering the Democratic primary field for the Texas Senate against James Talarico. Lastly, the boys cover a new ICE operation that involves snatching immigrants who are on their way to self-deport (unfittingly called “Operation Irish Goodbye”).Awards Show Nomination: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfoDuNNegEB-dgyLC0RnIzZiZVWNhZKDX_OkwYtt46_VKePvA/viewform?usp=dialog Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/headintheofficepodSubstack: https://headintheoffice.substack.com/HITO Merch: https://headintheoffice.com/ Get 40% off Ground News: https://ground.news/checkout/all?fpr=headintheoffice YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4iJ-UcnRxYnaYsX_SNjFJQTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@headintheoffice?lang=enInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/headintheoffice/Twitter: https://twitter.com/headintheofficeThreads: https://www.threads.com/@headintheofficeDiscord: https://discord.gg/hito Collab inquiries: headintheofficepod@gmail.comSeen on this episode:Texas Senate race heating up - https://www.texastribune.org/2022/02/11/cryptocurrency-super-pacs-jasmine-crockett/ https://ajpaction.org/democratic-scorecard/jasmine-crockett/ https://www.politico.com/news/2025/08/21/james-talarico-miriam-adelson-billionaire-donations-00517288 https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2026-election/texas-senate-race-republicans-brace-runoff-rcna245613 https://www.npr.org/2023/09/16/1199803661/ken-paxton-attorney-general-texas-acquitted-impeachment-trial https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2025/07/jasmine-crockett-democrats/683652/Operation Irish goodbye (ICE agents grabbing people self deporting) - https://www.huffpost.com/entry/ice-plan-undocumented-immigrants-border_n_69371e0ce4b0020dff816622https://www.ice.gov/self-deportationhttps://www.politico.com/news/2025/08/03/white-house-doj-immigration-quota-mismatch-00490406

You're listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for November 25, 2025. 0:30 A Florida Democrat in Congress is in hot water after her company asked for $50,000 in COVID relief…and the federal government accidentally dropped $5 million into her account. Instead of reporting it, she allegedly kept it, bought a three-carat diamond ring, and even funneled some of the cash into her own campaign. Now she’s facing federal charges, and for once, accountability might actually be landing inside the Democratic Party. But will justice stick, or will politics bail her out—again? 10:00 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. Current US Senator Tommy Tuberville has announced he plans on running for Governor of Alabama next year since current Governor, Kay Ivey is term limited out of office. A judge in Minnesota has overturned a jury's guilty verdict in the massive fraud case against Abdifatah Yusuf. West Virginia Senator Jim Justice has agreed to pay more than $5 million in back taxes to the IRS. 12:30 Get Performlyte from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:00 Despite all the doom-and-gloom headlines about how “the economy is struggling” and “Americans can’t afford anything,” shoppers are about to blow past last year’s spending. The National Retail Federation says Americans are on track to drop over $1 trillion between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday—up from $970 billion last year. And no, that jump can’t be blamed on inflation alone. People are actually choosing to spend more. 15:30 Who hosts Thanksgiving in your family? American Mamas Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson dive into the holiday chaos — last-minute plan changes, split gatherings, fried turkey, and even a legendary high-heel touchdown during family flag football. Plus, the sweet stories, the cooking disasters, and the grandmothers who made it all look effortless. It’s a warm, funny look at how families really decide where Thanksgiving happens… and why sometimes the only thing that truly matters is who’s making the stuffing. 23:00 Is the media stirring up chaos again? We call out the networks pushing shaky narratives, unpack why these reports don’t add up, and talk about how some outlets seem more interested in undermining the administration than informing the public. 26:00 Elon Musk just dropped a simple new Twitter feature — and it’s blowing the lid off armies of fake “MAGA” accounts that were never American at all. We’re talking trolls from Bangladesh, Eastern Europe, Africa, all posing as Trump supporters and stirring up chaos inside the movement. Now, with one click on “About This Account,” users are exposing them left and right. What did this reveal, how deep does the deception go, and what does it mean for the infighting we’ve seen online? 32:00 Get Prodovite Plus from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 32:30 Trump derangement syndrome has officially gone professional. This week, even the architect working on the White House remodel is under fire. Not a politician, not an adviser — an architect. Members of the American Institute of Architects are suddenly questioning his ethics, his permits, his historical paperwork… all because he took a job for President Trump. Never mind that the White House has been renovated, rebuilt, and reimagined by countless architects under past administrations with zero drama. Now? They want this guy’s license. We break down the latest example of how no one around Trump is considered “safe” anymore — not even the guy holding the blueprints. 35:00 A new YouGov Thanksgiving poll is out, and it’s serving up some surprising numbers along with the turkey. Most Americans are gearing up to spend the holiday with family — and most aren’t expecting a political brawl at the dinner table. But the real twist? Democrats are more than twice as likely as Republicans to brace for a fight. We break down what the data says about gratitude, identity, and why some families head into Thanksgiving ready to give thanks… while others show up ready for round one. 40:00 Senator Ruben Gallego of Arizona woke up to find some of his private texts leaked all over the place. And in those messages, he absolutely torched his own party, complaining that Democrats “don’t let men be men or women be hot,” before dropping the now-infamous line: Dem women look like dem men, and dem men look like women. Democrats are saying, "Whoa." 41:30 And we finish off with President Trump's pardon of the turkeys for Thanksgiving. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The saying about Virginia is “There's an election every year.” In 2026, the Commonwealth is looking at two. A special election in early spring to overturn the Constitutional Amendment regarding redistricting and then the mid-term Congressional elections, regardless of what the districts look like, in November. Amid all that, internal accusations are tearing up the pages of Conservative social media and Substack accounts saying that the statewide losses in 2025 need to be addressed with leadership changes at the Republican Party of Virginia. We sit down with the Chairman of the Party, State Senator Mark Peake to go over it all. On this edition of Political Breakfast: Democrats are calling it "Brian's Blunder." That's referring to a campaign ad for Republicans to unseat Democratic U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff in 2026. In it, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is supporting former University of Tennessee football coach, and political outsider, Derek Dooley. The ad blames Dooley's opponents who already have power in Washington for the longest government shutdown in U.S. history: Republican U.S. Representatives Buddy Carter and Mike Collins. Democratic strategist Tharon Johnson and Republican strategist Brian Robinson delve deeper with Lisa Rayam, into why state and national Republicans are criticizing Kemp.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

You're listening to American Ground Radio with Stephen Parr and Louis R. Avallone. This is the full show for November 18, 2025. 0:30 We break down a major federal court decision with sweeping implications for the Constitution and the balance of power between states and Washington. A federal judge has dismissed the Department of Justice’s challenge to New York’s law blocking federal immigration agents from making arrests inside state courthouses—raising an urgent question: Can a state legally obstruct the enforcement of federal law? 9:30 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. Mohammed Bin Salman arrived in Washington D.C. today for a state visit at the White House. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia came to the US to finalize several trade deals with the Trump administration. A judge in Tennessee has ruled the Governor of the state does not have the legal right or power to deploy the National Guard to fight crime in the state. A three judge panel has ruled that Texas' newly redrawn congressional districts are unconstitutional because they were racially gerrymandered. 12:30 Get Prodovite Plus from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:00 We take a look at a growing internal revolt inside the Democratic Party—one that could spell the end of Chuck Schumer’s leadership. Schumer is being pushed out by a party base that has moved far to the left of him. With Senator Cory Booker publicly framing Schumer’s generation of Democrats as the past, we break down what that political language really signals: an impending transfer of power. 16:00 We ask the American Mamas what happened to Marjorie Taylor Greene. Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson dive into the sudden and dramatic shift in Marjorie Taylor Greene’s public persona—why she’s showing up on left-wing media, apologizing on CNN, clashing with fellow MAGA Republicans, and now openly feuding with President Trump himself. From her failed push to oust Speaker Mike Johnson to her sharp turn toward “unity” messaging, the mamas sort through the contradictions and speculate about the ambition, pressure, and possible political maneuvering behind it all. They also explore why so many once-rising conservative stars—from Dan Crenshaw to MTG—seem to lose their footing in Washington, and whether a shaky ideological foundation makes politicians vulnerable to shifting with the political winds. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 23:00 We react to Northwestern University’s newest “well-being initiative”: a free vending machine stocked with everything from Narcan and fentanyl test strips to condoms and Plan B. By placing life-saving tools, basic necessities, and abortion-inducing medication side-by-side—accessible at the push of a button—the university is sending a troubling moral message: that all choices carry the same weight and all consequences can be conveniently erased. 26:30 We tackle an unexpected moment of honesty from longtime media insider Fareed Zakaria. Despite his résumé across some of the nation’s most left-leaning outlets, Zakaria used his CNN platform to spotlight a politically inconvenient truth: America’s affordability crisis is overwhelmingly concentrated in places governed by Democrats. We Dig Deep into into why policies in deep-blue states like New York and California consistently deliver higher costs and poorer outcomes, even as voters continue re-electing the same leaders. 32:00 Get TrimROX from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 32:30 We talk about the misnamed Affordable Care Act that has made healthcare less affordable by adding layers of bureaucracy. Costs could be lowered through greater price transparency from hospitals and clinics, and by eliminating “concierge” health insurance that covers routine, guaranteed services like checkups. Instead, insurance should function like car or home insurance—covering unexpected, high-cost events, not routine maintenance. 35:30 Plus, Nicki Minaj publicly supported President Trump’s comments about global Christian persecution, and that's a Bright Spot. Though known for explicit music and public feuds, Minaj identifies as a Christian, and Christianity is about grace, not perfection. After Minaj reposted Trump’s message, UN Ambassador Mike Walz invited her to speak at the United Nations, where she thanked Trump for drawing attention to the persecution of Christians in Nigeria. 40:00 After years of positioning herself as one of Trump's strongest allies, Marjorie Taylor Greene is calling Trump a "traitor." She's leaning into fringe conspiracy theories like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson with their theories about Charlie Kirk. At some point, we just have to say, "Whoa." 41:30 And we finish off with a day in 1883 that changed the way we keep time. There are factions in any movement, and conservatism is no different. We are witnessing growth, as we watch Tucker Carlson rationalize his behavior. I'm sure many people have taken a different stance on Candace Owens, and even Ben Shapiro is trying to remain relevant. We need to discuss issues and players openly and honestly. With so much political baggage attached to labels like communism, socialism and Marxism, we look at the terminology, and how much the distinctions matter. On Today's Show:Carlo Invernizzi-Accetti, professor of political science and executive director of the Moynihan Center at The City College of New York, and author of 20 Years of Rage: How Resentment Took the Place of Politics (Mondadori, 2024), explains the core principles of the various strains of thought on the left.
On this episode of Reaganism, Roger sits down with Marc Thiessen to delve into the current ideological battles within the conservative movement, focusing on the influence of figures like Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes. They explore the tension between traditional conservative values and the rise of alt-right ideologies, emphasizing the need to reject extremist elements to preserve the integrity of the movement. The conversation also touches on the role of nationalism, the importance of supporting Israel, and the challenges of maintaining unity while confronting internal and external threats. Marc advocates for a form of American nationalism rooted in the country's founding principles, contrasting it with European-style nationalism based on ethnicity.

This Day in Legal History: Elk v. WilkinsOn November 3, 1884, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Elk v. Wilkins, ruling that Native Americans were not automatically U.S. citizens under the Constitution. The case involved John Elk, a Native American who had left his tribal affiliation and tried to register to vote in Omaha, Nebraska. He argued that by assimilating into American society and residing outside his tribe, he had placed himself under U.S. jurisdiction and thus should be granted citizenship under the 14th Amendment. The Court disagreed, holding that Native Americans born into tribal nations were not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States in the sense required by the 14th Amendment unless naturalized through an act of Congress. This decision legally excluded Native Americans from the rights and protections afforded to other Americans, including the right to vote and equal protection under the law. It reinforced a system in which Native identity and U.S. citizenship were treated as mutually exclusive. While the Dawes Act of 1887 later allowed certain Native Americans to obtain citizenship by accepting land allotments and assimilating, this was a piecemeal and coercive process. True universal birthright citizenship for Native Americans was not granted until 1924, with the passage of the Indian Citizenship Act, which declared all Native Americans born in the U.S. to be citizens. The Elk decision underscores the deep contradictions in American legal history regarding sovereignty, race, and citizenship, and it illustrates how constitutional protections were unequally applied. It remains a key moment in understanding the legal marginalization of Indigenous peoples in the United States.Daniel Ginzburg, a solo practitioner based in New Jersey, will argue his first case before the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, going up against renowned litigator Lisa Blatt. Ginzburg, who runs his practice with just a laptop and Dropbox, turned down offers from major law firms—including Blatt's own—to retain control over the case and seize the rare opportunity to appear before the justices. His case centers on a procedural issue: whether a default judgment entered against his client, Coney Island Auto Parts, by a Tennessee bankruptcy court should be vacated due to lack of personal jurisdiction. The underlying dispute involves a $48,696 debt related to bankruptcy proceedings filed by Vista-Pro Automotive in 2014. Ginzburg argues that the judgment was void from the start, but the Sixth Circuit denied relief, ruling his client's challenge came too late—a position that conflicts with other federal appellate courts. This circuit split helped pave the way for Supreme Court review.Ginzburg, who emigrated from the former Soviet Union and graduated from St. John's School of Law, took the case on a contingency basis after years of litigation. Despite the steep odds and high-profile opposition, he has spent months preparing, including mock arguments with law professors. Blatt, representing the bankruptcy trustee, argues that Ginzburg's client had years to object and failed to act in time.Ginzburg remains focused on the procedural integrity of the system, saying his motivation is simple: “I wanted to win.” Yet even if successful, the case could be remanded for further proceedings in bankruptcy court.NJ Solo Practitioner to Face Lisa Blatt in Supreme Court DebutFBI Director Kash Patel forced out a senior official, Steven Palmer, who oversaw the bureau's aviation operations, shortly after online scrutiny emerged over Patel's use of an FBI jet to attend a personal event. Patel's trip to State College, Pennsylvania—where his girlfriend, country singer Alexis Wilkins, performed the national anthem—was revealed through publicly accessible flight data and Patel's own social media posts. Following the media attention, Palmer, a 27-year FBI veteran and acting head of the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), was told to resign or be fired. Though FBI directors are required to use government aircraft for security reasons, the optics of Patel's travel sparked criticism, especially given his past remarks condemning similar behavior by former directors.Palmer's firing marks the third leadership ouster within CIRG under Patel, reinforcing a pattern of high-level dismissals since his appointment. His predecessor, Brian Driscoll, is among a group of former officials suing the administration for allegedly retaliatory terminations tied to perceived political disloyalty. The FBI's leadership page now lists Devin Kowalski, previously head of the San Juan office, as the new CIRG chief—a change that was reportedly planned before the jet controversy. Patel's spokesman defended the director's travel practices as compliant and cost-conscious, dismissing criticism as politically motivated.FBI Ousts Leader as Patel Fumes Over Attention to Agency Jet UseA federal judge in Rhode Island has ordered the Trump administration to immediately resume food assistance payments under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), despite an ongoing government shutdown. Judge John J. McConnell ruled that full benefits must be paid by Monday or, at the very least, partial payments must begin by Wednesday. He criticized the administration's refusal to use $5.25 billion in congressionally approved contingency funds, calling the decision arbitrary and emphasizing the irreparable harm caused by payment delays to millions of low-income Americans. The administration had claimed it lacked authority to distribute the funds during the shutdown, which began on October 1, but McConnell rejected this argument. He noted that Trump himself had previously issued guidance during his first term stating that contingency funds could be used in such scenarios. In a Truth Social post, Trump said he does not want Americans to go hungry and directed his lawyers to seek clarity on funding SNAP legally, which the judge cited approvingly in his order. In addition to the Rhode Island case, another federal judge in Boston ruled similarly in a separate lawsuit brought by 25 Democratic-led states and the District of Columbia, saying the administration was wrong to assert it couldn't use contingency funds. The USDA previously warned it may not have enough money to cover November benefits, which cost up to $9 billion monthly. Judge McConnell suggested the agency could also tap into a separate $23 billion fund if needed.Trump administration must pay food aid benefits within days, judge says | Reuters This is a public episode. As much as I wish it was not the case, the occult undergirds everything in this reality. There is no better example of occult forces at play than in the political sphere of influence. Infighting at the highest levels of the power structure in this world is a common occurrence, especially within the auspices of the occult fraternities. Revisiting an essay that directly links the political theatre of the mind with serious occultists and the power of the meme... I previously covered this quite a while ago on a past live broadcast, but the information now seems more relevant than ever...www.alchemicaltechrevolution.comMake a donation here:https://buymeacoffee.com/alchemicaltechrevolution

6. Ramadi's Infighting and ISIS Infiltration Ramadi saw tragic infighting among Sunni tribal elders utilizing outside powers to increase influence, unable to form coherent political project while US treated them monolithically. Market scenes devolved into chaos with 14 factions fighting simultaneously. After Al-Qaeda's defeat, no one expected jihadis' return, but Maliki's sectarianism and security forces' corruption created societal crack that disciplined ISIS forces infiltrated, while Iran's influence existed since Americans entered Baghdad.
