Hello Rank Squad! Every year, there are certain players who shake off a bad season, or even a bad reputation, to finally hit their heights and shine brightly for their respective clubs. So, inspired by a question about Lionel Messi's 'remontada' from last year's slightly disappointing season at PSG, we decided to take a look at the Premier League who have turned things around to become key cogs in their teams this season. We discuss a Manchester United full-back, some Brazilian flair at Fulham, Everton's remoulded and reborn No. 8, a story good enough for a film at Newcastle United, and perhaps the biggest redemption arc of the lot at Arsenal. There's also Things We Love, which includes some hype for MLS Cup (more on that later in the week), Unai Emery's appointment at Aston Villa, and Braga having themselves a lot of fun in Portugal. Melon of the Week takes us to Molineux, and Sam wraps things up in the Gibberish by discussing some footballers that you wouldn't want to have trick-or-treating with you, in honour of Hallowe'en this week. What a Sunday of Premier League football. Aaron Paul is joined by former Southampton defender Francis Benali, Aston Villa defender and Scotland captain Rachel Corsie and Luke Edwards of The Daily Telegraph to go through some huge results at both ends of the table. Newcastle moved into the Champions League places after winning at Tottenham. Hear from Eddie Howe as the panel discuss how several players look reborn under the Newcastle boss. Could Callum Wilson be making a late charge to be on the plane to Qatar? Arsenal dropped points for only the second time this season as Southampton held Mikel Arteta's side at St Mary's. Does that ease the pressure on Ralph Hasenhuttl? At the bottom end of the table, Aston Villa ran rampant with a 4-0 win over Brentford. Three goals in 15minutes was a huge statement after the sacking of Steven Gerrard this week. Brentford meanwhile, were 'shambolic' according to their striker Ivan Toney. The pressure continues to build on Jesse Marsch as Leeds lost 2-3 to Fulham at Elland Road. We ask if the Leeds boss could be the next victim of 'sacking season'. But, one man who looks to have eased the pressure on himself is Brendan Rodgers, winning by four goals at Molineux. However, what next for Wolves? One member of the panel predicts there is no way back for them. TOPICS 1'00 Eddie Howe interview 5'00 Was it a foul? Jimbo, Carl Anka, Duncan Alexander and Matt Davies-Adams discuss a midweek short of goals and a weekend full of drama. Probably. Manchester United put in their most impressive performance, possibly in years, as they ease past Spurs. And while results have been good, why does the football under Antonio Conte have to be so uninspiring? And what do Graham Potter's Chelsea have in store for United on Saturday? This weekend it's Nottingham Forest v Liverpool, a fixture that throws up memories of Edward Sheringham, Robin Hood and could be decided by agent of chaos Darwin Nuñez. Wolves have approached – and since been rejected – by QPR's Michael Beale. What was it about Steven Gerrard's former assistant that made the Molineux hierarchy alter their usual approach? Daniel Podence's close-range finish earned Wolves their first Premier League win of the season at the expense of Southampton. Wolves fans will have been buoyed by the inclusion of £15m signing Sasa Kalajdzic in Lage's starting line-up - particularly after a groin injury to substitute Raul Jimenez during the warm-up at Molineux. The 6ft 7in Austrian international was signed in the hope of adding another dimension to Wanderers' attack but endured a difficult start to his Premier League career, managing just eight first-half touches before being forced off with an injury of his own at half-time. BUT Diego Costa looks set to join on a free transfer... will it be a fairytale or nightmare, it's one hell of a gamble. Liverpool next. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In Episode 6 of Season 3, we (finally!) get to reflect on a win after Wolves held on to edge the Saints 1-0 at Molineux. The win came at a cost though, with Sasa Kalajdzic going down with an ACL injury in the first half of his debut. We discuss where that leaves Wolves now in terms of their never-ending striker struggles, and if Diego Costa can actually bring something to this squad if he were to sign this week. With Liverpool next up, Ian Veary from the official Liverpool Supporters Club of Houston joins the show to discuss their recent form, how their midfield struggles could stack up against Wolves and who else can pose a threat come Saturday. Plus, listener questions on Costa, an influx of injuries within the squad and who will be in a relegation scrap come spring. --- Follow the show on Twitter @wlwpod and on Facebook. We probably shouldn't be using the phrase "must-win" three games into a season, but it sure feels like one. On Saturday, Fulham welcome Brentford to Craven Cottage, looking to get their first home win against the Bees since 1990. In today's episode we preview that match, as well as have the final word on Saturday's goalless draw at Molineux. Also, we discuss the rumoured arrivals of Willian and Justin Kluivert, as FFC aim to fix their shortcomings on the wing following recent injuries to Wilson and Solomon. In part two, Sammy speaks to Jonnie Langtree of the Fulham Foundation, part of the Kicks Refugee programme, a football programme run by the club for refugees and asylum seekers. Finally, we react to Luke Harris' brilliant hat-trick for the Fulham U21s in their game at Chelsea on Monday night. A point on the board in the Premier League against Fulham at Molineux. A game Wolves should've won, but were lucky to draw in the end - a mix of not taking chances, and Mitrovic missing a late penalty.
