La 31ème édition du Tour Auto verra la participation exceptionnelle d'une légende du sport français : Henri Pescarolo. À quelques jours du départ, nous l'avons rencontré sur l'Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry où il était venu essayer la BMW 3.0 CSL que lui confieront bientôt Motul et le préparateur Atelier46. Il évoque ses souvenirs au volant de cette voitures qu'il a piloté en 1973, se souvient de la folle aventure du Tour de France 1970 avec la Matra, et revient sur ses liens historiques avec Patrick Peter, du BPR aux Le Mans Series en passant par Le Mans Classic. Meistens geht es um die Frage, wie die Batterien aufgeladen werden, nicht, wo sie herkommen oder gar was mit ihnen nach der Nutzung passiert. Dieser Umgang mit Elektroauto-Batterien ist ein ökonomisches wie ökologisches Problem, da die Batterien oft schon bei einer Leistungsreduktion von nur 20 Prozent ausgetauscht werden müssen. Danach werden sie entweder eingeschmolzen oder landen auf umweltschädlichen Mülldeponien. Dabei sind viele Batterien perfekt für den Einsatz in Stromspeichern geeignet, die für eine erfolgreiche Energiewende dringend benötigt werden. Durch eine solche Wiederverwendung von Gütern – Circular Economy genannt – lässt sich der Ressourcenverbrauch bei industriellen Prozessen erheblich reduzieren. Ein Aspekt, der gerade für die E-Mobilität relevant ist. Unser heutiger Gast Patrick Peter hat sich daher zum Ziel gesetzt, Elektroauto-Batterien eine second life zu ermöglichen. Dafür hat er das Startup Circunomics gegründet, das mit einer KI-gestützten Software im laufenden Betrieb die Daten der Batterie erfasst und ihre weitere Nutzungsmöglichkeit berechnet. So lässt sich ohne großen Aufwand feststellen, was die optimale weitere Nutzung für die Batterie ist. Patrick PETER est le co-fondateur et directeur général de Peter Auto.Il nous conte son enfance et sa vision l'automobile plutôt classique, de collection, bref vintage. C'est un épisode un peu spécial puisqu'il est medley avec le podcast VROOM by Peter Auto animée par Doriane RAFFIN qui est aussi attachée de presse chez l'organisateur d'évènements automobiles. L'idée derrière ce podcast est que les invités racontent les courses automobiles qui les ont marqué !Forcément je me suis prêté au jeu en passant de l'autre côté du micro et vous verrez sans vous spoiler que la fameuse course dont j'ai choisi de parler n'est pas étrangère à une auto dont je vous parle souvent…Plus sérieusement, à travers les questions de Doriane, cela a aussi été l'occasion de vous expliquer un peu les origines du podcast “Dans La Boîte à Gants”, celles de ma passion (même si paradoxalement, c'est une question délicate pour moi...) et les rencontres particulièrement marquantes que j'ai pu faire à travers cette folle aventure que je vis avec ce podcast et grâce à vous. J'ai ensuite repris le micro et discuter avec Doriane autour de ses histoires et anecdotes automobiles. Patrick's and Peter's first encounter the day after Patrick met Gabrielle at their Italian Restaurant, Raneri's in Valley Ranch, Texas is a very interesting one. As Gabrielle kept dating Patrick Peter went completely psycho and threatened to kill them, chop them up, feed them to the sharks - they were followed - it was absolutely insane.
