In hour three, we get official word from Vic Bermudez about the Paul brothers and let's just say Hoch wasn't right. De'Aaron Fox to the Miami Heat? We'd love it but it's looking like he wants to be in San Antonio. Hoch and Crowder defend Pat Riley's decision to run the organization the way he always has: with an iron fist. Plus, are we comfortable calling sandwiches ‘Sandos'? And the Jaguars new head coach creeps everyone out.
Hello and welcome to yet another exciting edition of The HourTime Show, the official podcast of WristWatchReview.com. Your hosts this week are the returning John (@johnbiggs on Twitter), Victor (@vmarks) and Nicholas (@nicholasadeleon). It's the first week of 2022 and John very strongly believes that this, friends, is the year that Everything Will Be Fixed! We shall see. In the meantime, your pals discuss a handful of watch-related topics, including their thoughts on traveling with expensive watches, why it suddenly feels like many more people are "aware" of watches than 10 or 15 years ago (blame social media), and whether or not Rolex is as big as we think it is. We sorta think that, as big as you think Rolex is, it may be even bigger! We then go over some of the watches we wore over the holidays: John wore a Speedmaster Professional and a Cronos he recently reviewed, Nicholas (as previously mentioned) wore his G Shock and Apple Watch, while Victor wore his Sandos. Victor is also waiting for a chronograph to arrive from eBay, so we'll return to that when he gets it. Next, we discuss a $1500 Shinola that WristWatchReview Managing Editor Patrick Kansa recently covered on the site. "A complete mess," in the words of John. Lastly, we design live on the air a coqui-inspired watch that Nicholas can proudly wear the next time he's in Puerto Rico. Here's what a coqui sounds and looks like if you have no idea what we're talking about. And that, as they say, is that. Thanks once again to Andrew Haworth for producing this week's episode. Keep it locked to WristWatchReview.com and @wristwatchreview on Instagram for more fun watch content. Thank you for listening, and have a great week! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-hourtime-show/support

Hello everyone, today we're going to review the Sandos Playacar Resort. Now I have stayed at this resort on personal trips and on our hosted group trips. This is my favorite resort out of the three Sandos properties in Cancun. I love it because of the beach is so relaxing, you can sit out under the cabana and enjoy the view with your significant other drinking a refreshing beverage taking it all in.This is a budget friendly resort that's an excellent choice for family vacations, group trips, or a couples trip if you're looking for a quick getaway. I love how each section is separate from each other with its own little amenities. Sandos Playacar is an all inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The beach resort sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya and guests enjoy direct beach access.Spend your days swaying in hammocks beneath the palm trees in the beach area or enjoying an exotic cocktail by the swimming pools. When it comes to food and drinks Sandos Playacar has an excellent choice of restaurants and bars offering international cuisine, gourmet dining, beach snack bars, buffets, swim up bars, and more.Guests can enjoy mini golf courses, tennis, fitness center access, world-class spa, and much more. Another highlight of our all inclusive Playa del Carmen resort is the outstanding entertainment, from daily activities to spectacular nightly shows you will never get bored during your all inclusive vacation with Sandos. Now Sandos Playacar is one of the few Playa del Carmen resorts with a brand-new water park, located just in front of the white sand beach with awesome ocean views the water park offers non-stop fun and adventure for everyone. The resort has 9 restaurants on property with different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 24 hour room service. The good thing I like with the properties is that you will constantly be asked when you enter if you have any food allergies or restrictions. Its best beforehand when reserving to let the resort know of all restrictions and restaurant have a list clearly detailed of different food options.Though it is known as the beautiful Caribbean vacation hotspot, Playa del Carmen has so much history and culture. Situated within the Riviera Maya, this wonderful place used to be home to a prominent Mayan community. The Mayan Culture lives on and is shown through breathtaking Mayan Ruins that are a must-see during your getaway. For more information visit our website and fill out a trip inquiry or send us an email at vacations@jektravelsllc.comI have enjoyed my time with you today on the Jetsetting with JEK Travels podcast. Hello everyone, today we're going to review the Sandos Cancun Resort. Now I have stayed at this resort about 5 or 6 times over the course of 4 years. The first time we stayed here it was for 14 days, it was a work slash anniversary trip.My husband was like this is to long to be away from home hint his baby. Listen she was taken care of by her grammy and we got the 6am FaceTime calls from her every morning and calls throughout the day. This was my number one resort at first of the Sandos properties because I'm a beach type of girl. Over the years the beach has eroded, but the resort is still nice and a great budget friendly option. So let's go ahead and dive into the Sandos Cancun property and like I stated on the last podcast Sandos has three properties in the Cancun area the Sandos Cancun, Sandos Eco Caracol and the Sandos Playacar. In my opinion the Sandos Cancun property is for couples looking for a romantic escape, groups that want to be close to the nightlife of downtown. Now we have seen children at the resort and its mostly the locals that come visit on their vacations. We have brought our daughter along on one of the trips, but she's a pool girl and she doesn't care about anything else other than being in water. This resort is about a 20 minute ride from the airport. It's close the the down area you can walk to the main road and catch the city bus to downtown for $1 it was that price the last time I was there or catch a cab for around $8.The resort has daily activities happening day and night around the pool or on the beach to keep guests entertained throughout their stay. Music will be playing all around the resort for your enjoyment. This is an all inclusive resort with 24hr room service, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can basically eat all day if that is what you wish to do. If you like to have a sip or to the alcohol is flowing all day for you and they do offer non alcohol beverages also.
