She shares from her own lived experience of loss and explains why grief can intensify once the celebrations are over. It means love is still alive.Through powerful insights from Spirit, Susan reveals how loved ones draw closer in the quiet moments, standing exactly where the emptiness is felt most. As cascading climate challenges reshape our world, the most resilient systems are ones we often overlook. Ecological futurist Tariq Al-Olaimy has seen this firsthand in disaster-stricken communities, where church basements, mosque yards and temple networks form a "spiritual infrastructure" that sustains people long before formal aid arrives. Drawing on a decade of work with global faith coalitions, Al-Olaimy explores why spiritual traditions are uniquely equipped to navigate moments of collapse — and how aligning our inner values, economies and ecosystems may be essential to restoring life on a changing planet. What do you do when the holidays hit, and instead of feeling joy, all you feel is that old familiar ache? When everyone around you is celebrating but you're reliving the loss of your mom or someone you loved deeply? And every holiday seems to pull that pain right back to the surface, no matter how much time has passed? In this special holiday season episode of Infinite Life, Infinite Wisdom, Susan talks openly about what it truly feels like to grieve while the world around you is celebrating. She shares her own experiences of losing family members and how the holidays would trigger waves of emotion weeks before they even arrived. She explains why the body remembers before the mind does, why love turns into emotion when it has nowhere physical to land, and why feeling pain right now does not mean you are broken. It means you loved deeply.Susan also reveals something comforting from the spirit world. During the holidays, your loved ones draw closer than ever. They nudge your memories, send subtle signs, and wrap you in moments of warmth that many people mistake for coincidence. This episode invites you to breathe, honor your pace, speak your loved ones' names, and let the empty chair at the table become a place of connection, not absence. In this episode of Uncommon Sense, I'm discussing my changing views on Israel, Donald Trump, and Candace Owens and why principles grounded in Scripture must always matter more than personalities.I'll discuss how easy it is to get swept up in political figures, influencers, and movements… all while forgetting that God alone is who we should be following. The devil is just like a stalker prowling around, watching, scheming, seeking someone to devour. And in these chaotic times, he's using deception, manipulation, and emotional brainwashing to pull people into confusion and ultimately into Hell.In this episode, we're talking about how the synagogue of Satan is operating openly today, pushing narratives meant to distract and divide. I am urging my listeners to stay anchored in the Word, remain spiritually alert, and refuse to be seduced by personalities, platforms, or “conservative celebrities” who very well may not be aligned with God's truth.Ultimately, we all need to return to the Bible (now more than ever) and to guard our minds and souls as the days grow darker and darker.--https://www.bible.com/

The message was delivered on Sunday, October 13, 2025, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Dr. Marlin Lavanhar, Senior Minister. When suffering strikes the innocent, where is divine justice? Throughout history, religions have offered comforting explanations—karma, God's plan, divine purpose—yet reality tells a different story. A mother loses her son to war, a child is taken by a drunk driver, families lose everything to circumstance beyond their control. If goodness cannot shield us from tragedy, is God a cosmic accountant, an indifferent force, or something we've misunderstood entirely? Through the ancient struggle of Job and the raw experiences of those who have faced life's cruelest inequities, discover why the question "why?" may not be the only question to ask—and what response actually matters when faith confronts unfairness. Daniel 2 reveals God's sovereignty over all earthly kingdoms through Nebuchadnezzar's dream of a statue representing four successive empires. When faced with an impossible demand to reveal and interpret the king's dream, Daniel seeks God in prayer with his friends. God reveals both the dream and its meaning, showing how all human kingdoms will eventually fall while God's kingdom, represented by a stone that becomes a mountain, will endure forever. This narrative challenges us to place our ultimate allegiance in God's eternal kingdom rather than temporary earthly powers, finding courage to live as citizens of heaven even while serving faithfully in this world.https://www.ankenyfree.church

Today's episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson is a carefully crafted full-on rant about two awful cultural failures, Donald Trump and Taylor Swift. Both, in their own ways, are failing the next generation and pushing the normalization of pedophilia. Trump refuses to release the Epstein list or hold powerful pedophiles accountable. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift flaunts her naked body on her album cover marketed to an audience that includes young girls who are already being tempted by a society pushing them toward OnlyFans. Feminism has clearly failed. We need to bring back the biblical patriarchy, AKA Christianity. At some point, we have to stop asking why is all of this happening and start living biblically individually, in our families, and as a society. For the sake of our own wellbeing and (far more importantly) the protection of our children. If we can't even agree to safeguard their innocence, what are we doing? In this enlightening episode of Father and Joe, hosts Father Boniface and Joe Rockey tackle a common challenge faced in both missionary work and personal faith journeys: effectively communicating the vast benefits of attending Mass. Using the analogy of sales and products with multiple benefits, Joe introduces the idea that one needs to understand the needs of the person they're engaging with to convey the most relevant benefits. Just as eggs can be appreciated for various uses in meals, the benefits of Mass extend far beyond individual understanding, offering a unique and personalized spiritual experience to every attendee.Father Boniface steps in to explain the power of forming meaningful relationships, not just in sales but within the spectrum of evangelization and attending Mass. Our episode explores the concept of 'accompaniment,' where personal interaction and understanding play critical roles in spiritual guidance and evangelization. This approach helps parishioners form a deeper connection with the Mass, experiencing its full benefits uniquely tailored to their life stage and personal circumstances. We delve into the importance of fostering interior participation in Mass, where silence plays a crucial role. Father Boniface introduces practical ways to connect deeply with the Mass's proceedings, which is essential for transforming a routine obligation into an enriching personal journey filled with discovery and purpose.Additionally, we discuss overcoming the initial sensations of social awkwardness that some might feel when attending Mass, focusing on how to transition from merely going through the motions to actively engaging in a way that reveals Mass's transformative power. Discover how Mass is not just a weekly obligation but a profound means of receiving guidance, healing, and purpose throughout life's fluctuations.Join us as we explore creating moments in Mass that lead to spiritual growth by aligning personal experiences with the spiritual community and the central purpose of the Eucharist. Whether you're a devout parishioner or someone seeking to reengage with your faith, this conversation provides helpful insights to transform your relationship with Mass.Tags: Faith, Podcast, Mass Benefits, Personal Faith, Spiritual Growth, Eucharist, Sales Analogy, Evangelization, Accompaniment, Interior Participation, Spiritual Guidance, Overcoming Awkwardness, Father Boniface, Joe Rockey, Religious Experience, Church Community, Personalized Spirituality, Missionary Work, Transformation, Spiritual Wisdom, Theology, Catholic Church, Christian Faith, Building Relationships, Mass Engagement, Discovering Faith, Church Attendance, Meaningful Worship, Personalized Faith, Spiritual Fulfillment, Religious Obligations, Community Support, Guidance through Mass, Listening to God, Interior Silence, Growth through Faith, Christian Podcast, Spiritual Direction, Personal Connection, Catholic PodcastHashtags: #FaithJourney, #PodcastSeries, #MassBenefits, #SpiritualGrowth, #Eucharist, #SalesAnalogy, #Evangelization, #Accompaniment, #InteriorParticipation, #SpiritualGuidance, #OvercomingAwkwardness, #FatherBoniface, #JoeRockey, #ReligiousExperience, #ChurchCommunity, #PersonalizedSpirituality, #MissionaryWork, #Transformation, #SpiritualWisdom, #Theology, #CatholicChurch, #ChristianFaith, #BuildingRelationships, #MassEngagement, #DiscoveringFaith, #ChurchAttendance, #MeaningfulWorship, #PersonalizedFaith, #SpiritualFulfillment, #ReligiousObligations, #CommunitySupport, #GuidanceThroughMass, #ListeningToGod, #InteriorSilence, #GrowthThroughFaith, #ChristianPodcast, #SpiritualDirection, #PersonalConnection, #CatholicPodcastThis line is here to correct the site's formatting error.
The Parable of the Shrewd Manager – What Was Jesus Thinking? At first glance, Luke 16:1–13 is one of Jesus' most confusing parables. A dishonest manager gets fired, cuts deals behind his boss's back, and is praised for it. Then Jesus says, “Be like that guy.” What does this mean?In this sermon, Pastor Mark explores how Jesus isn't celebrating dishonesty but calling his followers to be wise, strategic, and generous. In a world driven by wealth, disciples are called to be spiritually savvy—using what we have to invest in what matters most.Learn how faithful stewardship, intentional living, and bold generosity can reflect God's kingdom in a world that often gets it wrong.
If you want more wisdom, then become more pure. The more pure that we become, the more God will give his wisdom to us. To live an impure life is the height of foolishness and folly. It is the opposite of wisdom. Today, pastor Ray Bentley points out the paths to heavenly wisdom. Heaven can start taking root within us, not only in our heads, but in our hearts.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Pastor Ray Bentley says wisdom comes from our respect for God. One of the first things that the Bible says is to fear the Lord, but to honor him, Revere him, to love him, and to adore him, he's awesome. So revering God, it is a coming into a deep awe of God and reverence for God and love for God.

After releasing a prophetic word, off the cuff, in a recent monthly membership call, Margaux was prompted to share with the greater Breathing Underwater/ Permission To Reign community. Which is YOU! Corporately we can sense that God is doing a NEW thing, something we have not known before which can create all kinds of discomfort, fear, and brings to the surface the “old” things that are time be rid off. Are you perceiving the new things God is doing or do you old lenses on? Are you dealing with unbelief, road blocks, insecurities…. Well you're not alone and this is actually a part of us being brought into the new thing. In this episode Margaux shares some of her recent revelation around “returning to “ who we are designed to be vs. “becoming “ who we are designed to be and the work of renewing the mind and removing lenses to fulfill all that we were intended. Through the message of Isaiah 43: 18-19 God reveals 3 keys for us in this time of transition and returning, and orients us to the season we are truly in.We are going TOGETHER: BREATHING UNDERWATER MEMBERSHIPSMore on Breathing Underwater Memberships HEREJoin the Community and Newsletter: HERE Email: margaux@permissiontoreign.comInstagram: @permission_to_reignIntro Music by Coma-Media from PixabayImage by Claire Fischer from UnsplashOleksii Kaplunskyi
