Rainbow Cookies & A Groundbreaking Science Experiment

The Rizzuto Show

Nothing says “responsible morning radio” quite like starting the hour buzzing on Italian rainbow cookies and ending it by debating whether Rafe Williams belongs on Raya.Welcome to another funny show from The Rizzuto Show, where the crew begins this episode riding the aftermath of Rizz's birthday food extravaganza. Sweet Seven Layers has everybody losing their minds over traditional Italian rainbow cookies, pistachio and blackberry creations, cherry amaretto and enough sugar to make Moon openly admit he's buzzing. Throw in the pastries from Le Bon Boucher and we're basically broadcasting from inside a carbohydrate emergency. Before everyone slips into a frosting coma, Rizz drops some actual useful information: Rizz Show Night with the St. Louis Blues is coming to Enterprise Center, featuring the Blues against the Colorado Avalanche and an exclusive Rizz Show Blues jacket. Even better, a portion of the special ticket benefits Operation Food Search. Look at us briefly doing something respectable.Don't worry. It doesn't last.Sexy Time Fun Facts arrives with a legitimately groundbreaking medical story: surgeons in Vietnam successfully performed the country's first penile transplant from a brain-dead donor. And there goes the respectability. What starts as an unbelievable medical headline turns into a surprisingly thoughtful conversation about organ donation, brain death and transplant ethics. Rafe brings some firsthand perspective from witnessing organ harvesting during his previous surgical work, while Moon reflects on his own recent experience being with his father at the end of his life.Naturally, the thoughtful discussion eventually becomes questions about disclosure to future romantic partners, whether transplanted anatomy could be a different color and the phrase “secret three-way with a ghost.”We almost made it.Then the funny show tackles another vital scientific question: Is Missouri properly representing itself in America's swinging community?A ranking of all 50 states examines factors including clubs, online communities, hotels and other indicators of an active swinging lifestyle. Florida takes the top spot because Florida apparently looked at its existing reputation and decided to lean in. Missouri lands at number 20 overall, while ranking eighth for its number of physical swinger clubs.Respectable?Embarrassing?A challenge for next year? The crew isn't entirely sure, although Rafe refuses to accept the possibility that Cleveland might be out-performing St. Louis in the key-party department. Civic pride comes in many forms. From swinging, we make the completely natural transition into dating apps.Science apparently has an answer for how much you should reveal in your dating profile. Say too little and people assume you're sketchy. Overshare every trauma you've experienced since kindergarten and romantic interest drops. The sweet spot is the “Goldilocks bio”: enough personality and detail to seem interesting without making somebody feel like they've accidentally opened your therapist's case notes.Which means there's only one reasonable next step.Get Rafe on a dating app for the show.Rafe isn't particularly interested. He'd rather meet somebody naturally and “let the universe do it,” which is adorable and therefore completely unacceptable to his coworkers. Tinder, Hinge, Bumble and Raya all enter the discussion, along with stories of celebrities appearing in people's inboxes and the realization that getting Rafe approved for Raya may require more references than getting a mortgage. He apparently needs Wayne Gretzky to write two letters now: one for Canada and one for Raya.Eventually the search deteriorates into increasingly specific dating platforms, FarmersOnly, JDate, theoretical sea-captain dating and Rafe's dream of becoming an aspiring jet-ski owner searching for love.Romance is alive. It's just deeply confused. From Italian cookies and St. Louis Blues hockey to medical ethics, swinger statistics and celebrity dating apps, this episode somehow covers an enormous amount of territory without developing a single useful life skill.Exactly what you've come to expect from your favorite funny show.Follow The Rizzuto Show → linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → 1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Rizz officially turned 48, which means it's time to celebrate the only way responsible middle-aged adults know how: announce that birthdays are stupid, eat olives, drink approximately nine birthday beers, stay out until 1:45 in the morning and immediately begin discussing whether birthdays should be banned altogether next year.Lern returns from Nashville after one of her favorite trips with Tim, complete with cowboy boots, Broadway people-watching and a Foo Fighters show at Nissan Stadium that was approximately three degrees cooler than walking directly into a pizza oven. She missed Queens of the Stone Age thanks to dinner running late and a forgotten phone, but made it for Foo Fighters, Shane West randomly appearing during the band's trip through its members' musical histories, and a romantic finish listening from the pedestrian bridge while fireworks went off. Cute. Disgusting. We're happy for them.Guns N' Roses had their own weather problems when storms forced the band to shorten the Busch Stadium show. Naturally, this leads to the important journalistic question: if you're Guns N' Roses and rain is coming, HOW DO YOU NOT IMMEDIATELY PLAY “NOVEMBER RAIN”? We don't make the rules. Actually, apparently neither do they.Pin-Up Bowl goes from Rizz worrying nobody will show up to being absolutely packed. The special Dangler beer flows freely. Rizz receives spaghetti-and-meatball dangler earrings, another signed Don Mattingly baseball and a massive strawberry birthday cake featuring a photo of Rizz with a truly breathtaking hair situation. There's bowling, questionable decisions and eventually a migration to Delmar Hall — except for Scott, whom everyone insists they didn't abandon collectively. They merely abandoned him individually. At Delmar Hall, the Blink-182 tribute brings the hits, Bangs Against the Machine brings the Rage, Rizz keeps getting handed beverages, and eventually Mrs. Rizzuto performs the evening's most important public service by shutting down the birthday shots before somebody had to replace another shower curtain. Then comes the Quincy lottery story.Rizz brings up a movie theory that sounds just believable enough to ruin your productivity for the next hour: could The Goonies and Back to the Future take place on the exact same day?Back to the Future establishes October 26, 1985. Meanwhile, clues in The Goonies appear to place its adventure right around that same Saturday. Coincidence? Intentional cinematic universe? Evidence that Chunk was one DeLorean ride away from completely destroying the space-time continuum? We investigate with exactly the level of academic rigor you'd expect from this program. Then Brian arrives with enough food to turn the studio into a French bakery: croissants, bread, ham and Swiss, smoked deviled eggs and more. This comes after the gigantic birthday cake he'd already made for Rizz, because apparently we're now trying to see whether a radio host can be defeated entirely by carbohydrates.Nate Bargatze also sets a massive comedy ticket-sales record, sending Rafe and the crew into a genuinely interesting conversation about club comedy versus arena comedy. Rafe explains why smaller rooms create that perfect pressure cooker of laughs while superstar comics eventually reach a level where playing a 200-seat club makes about as much financial sense as opening a lemonade stand inside Costco. The entertainment conversation keeps rolling into movies, celebrity stories and eventually Brad Pitt declaring that bad acting is so distracting he can't watch porn. This results in Rafe questioning Brad Pitt's acting credentials and nearly getting thrown off the show by everyone else. The crew debates whether Pitt is actually an elite actor, just exceptionally talented at playing Brad Pitt, or both. The crew surprises him with cards carefully selected to remind him that he's old, grouchy and one year closer to death. Lern gives him a Tommy Wiseau pasta spoon. Then Rafe produces Italian rainbow cookies from Sweet Seven Layers, delivered by a New York/Jersey baker who listens to the show and apparently understands exactly how to win over a “greasy meatball” birthday boy.Sweet Seven Layers has everybody losing their minds over traditional Italian rainbow cookies, pistachio and blackberry creations, cherry amaretto and enough sugar to make Moon openly admit he's buzzing. Want to listen to this episode ad-free? Visit our Patreon! With us this week is Miles and Anna Stokes! Full disclosure: this lil podcast would not exist if Jay and Miles Xplain the X-Men didn't pave the way for it. We are interrupting X-Men ‘97 Month for a week because Jay and Miles Xplain the X-Men JUST ENDED and this is a good communal way to process that news.   So if you're heartbroken, come on in for this victory lap/debrief and meet Anna, who is a kick-ass human being with stories to share.   We cover the X-Men issue that came out during their wedding anniversary - X-Men 2 (it's Krakoa, baby) - and they play the X-Newlywed Game.   Also in this episode: What's Miles' next big project? the X-Men as Captain Planet That time Sunfire didn't quit A bizarre poker game The likely origin story of Cordecyps Jones How telepathy actually works The mutant MRI machine The definitive Xorn explanation What does this mean for Anna and Miles' future together as a couple? Tune in to find out! For the last 12 years, Miles Stokes has been enthusiastically attempting to make sense of comics' most complicated superhero soap opera as half of the podcast Jay & Miles X-Plain the X-Men. By day, he fixes computers for a non-mutant-related comic book publisher, and by night, he tries and fails to catch up on his gigantic media backlog. Anna Stokes is an enigma wrapped in shadows, or possibly just an endearing dork with an excellent fashion sense. She loves horror, British comedy, the visual arts, and spends most of each week listening to people's life stories while she expertly rips hair out of their bodies in her role as an esthetician. Anna and Miles live in Portland, Oregon in a spooky house full of nerdy things, or possibly a nerdy house full of spooky things, in the middle of a pretty great community of creators and weirdos. Jordana and Dr. Naomi kick things off with a conversation about the impossible choices many women feel forced to make between career and motherhood, and why the real problem isn't "girlboss vs. tradwife" but the lack of policies that allow parents to build balanced lives. This week's Overshare asks whether planning for a future family means turning down career opportunities today, while a Betchesist grapples with feeling like a fraud after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes despite dedicating her career to public health. An Intention helps an emailer survive painfully forced workplace icebreakers without losing her mind. This week's Betchesist seeks advice on navigating the fine line between improving her health and becoming consumed by health anxiety after an autoimmune diagnosis. An Overshare about a dog sitter who took "make yourself at home" a little too literally sparks an unexpected debate about boundaries and communication, while this week's intention reminds us: some blessings I have, and some blessings I don't. Perhaps when you've been excited to be speaking with someone, perhaps you notice that you enjoy the attention when all eyes in a group are focus on you ~ maybe its when you have that special someone's undivided attention - or maybe you've overshared as the result of having a certain affinity towards a person you've just met - or someone in a trusted long term relationship.   To overshare is to disclose an inappropriate amount of highly personal, sensitive, or confidential information. It can be to the wrong people - for example to your boss or a work colleague, in the wrong setting, - in the middle of a job interview, at a friend's party perhaps as you find yourself the center of attention yet you don't really know anyone at the party - or disclosing too much, too early as you are starting to get to know someone in a relationship.

In this episode of the Uploft Interior Design Podcast, I opened up about one of the hardest weeks I've had in a long time, sharing how deeply shaken I was by the tragic loss of a young girl in my daughter's community and the unexpected passing of a beloved member of my design team who brought so much warmth and dedication to our company. As I tried to process grief, exhaustion, and the emotional weight of supporting my family and business during a difficult season, I also reflected on the challenges of balancing an overwhelming workload with meaningful client projects that reconnect me to different chapters of my life and career. From redesigning spaces for longtime friends and former clients to creatively blending mismatched furniture for a newly married couple, I talked honestly about how design is never just about furniture—it's about people, growth, memories, and change. Throughout the episode, I shared my vulnerability, encouraged listeners to take care of themselves during hard times, and reminded them that even small comforts, humor, and creative outlets can help us through painful moments. If you're wondering what the Vulnerability Hangover is - it's that wave of shame, regret and “why did I say that?” that hits after you take an emotional risk. We unpack why being vulnerable feels so much worse from the inside than it looks from the outside, why men in particular are often taught to shut it down, and whether in the age of TikTok tell-alls and authenticity, vulnerability has become expected content. A young, accomplished doctor feels burnt every time her colleagues and patients don't address her formally, and a newly minted executive is given mixed messages about her contributions, and the hosts give triggered scores for both. This episode continues the practical series on the Inner Villain system by breaking down how to communicate with each villain type. Kristina and Anna pull from real life, therapy, and relationship work to translate a complex shadow-work system into clear tools you can use with partners, friends, coworkers, and family. Before the communication section, the episode also covers:• Purpose vs meaning• Why your purpose isn't defined by you• How creation works when it's not about control• A new metaphor for the 9 Villains as phases in the lifecycle of a flowering plant• Why people “get stuck” in certain villain phases• What it means to grow in order vs out of orderEPISODE BREAKDOWN00:00 — Opening & Check-InKristina and Anna reconnect after a break from recording. They talk somatic healing, practical implementation struggles, and the tension between “etheric narrative work” and real-life applicability.05:00 — Purpose vs MeaningAnna shares insights from her Kabbalah class:• Meaning is personal interpretation.• Purpose is assigned externally (source, God, universe).• You don't get to define your purpose. Others and life events reveal it.Kristina connects this to Viktor Frankl, creation without attachment, and Buckminster Fuller's idea that purpose arrives at a perpendicular angle to your intentions.13:00 — BREAKTHROUGH DREAM: The 9 Villains as the Life Cycle of a Flowering PlantKristina shares a liminal-space dream that reframed the entire Villain System through the natural growth stages of a plant.A concise map:Obedient Critic — Seed. Rules, inherited limitations, instruction set.Vengeful Martyr — Cotyledon (baby leaves). Self-generated energy. Doing everything alone.Vain Controller — True leaves + root establishment. Channels, resources, trust.Eternal Child — Explosive growth, abundance, chaos.Evasive Expert — Balancing inputs. Regulating water/light.Divisive Immortal — Flowering. Death, risk, community, cross-pollination.Hungry Shapeshifter — Seed production. Creativity, potentiality.Righteous Bully — Seed release. Letting go. Not controlling outcomes.Invisible Destroyer — Desiccation / return to soil. Crone, surrender, dissolution.Use it to locate yourself. If you're “stuck,” look at the developmental stage you skipped.41:53 — PRACTICAL SECTION: COMMUNICATING WITH EACH VILLAINThis is the part listeners asked for. Clear, real-world communication strategies, conflict prevention tools, and repair patterns for each villain.1. The Obedient Critic (OC)Rule-set oriented, easily offended, perfectionistic, rigid.Preventive strategies:• Exchange rule-sets explicitly. Ask: “What does X mean to you?”• Agree on shared relationship rules or a “contract.”• Avoid assuming your interpretation matches theirs.• Overshare context up front to avoid catastrophic misinterpretation.During conflict:• Use permissive, soft entry language: “Could we try…?” “Maybe we consider…?”• Validate their meaning first: “I see how in your world this means X.”• Never say “You're wrong.” Reframe instead: “In my world, this means something different.”2. The Vengeful Martyr (VM)Energy-banker, does everything alone, keeps score, collapses into exhaustion.Preventive strategies:• Do not exploit their over-functioning.• Build real competence in the areas they normally shoulder alone.• Remove responsibility from them physically (take the kids out of the house, run point on meals, etc.).• Combine gratitude + competent action.During conflict / meltdown:• Open with: “I'm sorry I hurt your feelings.”• Listen. Don't defend. Don't reason.• Offer immediate relief from responsibility.• After they calm: reduce the systemic over-responsibility that created the blowup.3. The Vain Controller (VC)Status-driven, work-driven, image-driven, terrified of betrayal.Preventive strategies:• Avoid competition or one-upping.• Celebrate small vulnerability when they offer it.• Keep your promises. No exceptions.• Reward their hard work in tangible, visible ways.During conflict:• Acknowledge the breach directly: “I recognize I broke a promise here.”• Use “I will work harder” language.• Outline concrete steps you will take to restore trust.• Don't joke about their insecurities. They will not take it well.4. The Eternal Child (EC)Dream-logic, confabulation, entitlement, dramatic swings.Preventive strategies:• Set clear expectations + consequences. Consistency matters more than anything.• Bring in practicality without shaming their dream-side:“I love your vision. Let's anchor it with two practical steps.”• Give them structure, timelines, and follow-through.During conflict / tantrum:• Do not debate their story. It won't land.• Provide grounding: “I'm here. I'm not abandoning you.”• Hold consistent consequences afterward.• If they escalate to destructive behavior: remove yourself and hold the boundary firmly.ClosingNext week: Part 3, continuing through the remaining villains (Evasive Expert → Invisible Destroyer) with more scripts, tools, and examples.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Your health data belongs to you—but how can you share it safely? Fabienne Bourgeois, MD, exposes the complex truth about privacy, permissions, and data control. Summary According to Fabienne Bourgeois, MD, patients want control over their health data, but privacy preferences and constant changes complicate this. The discussion is relevant to people with disabilities, caregivers, and others navigating complex health information. About 80% of people share common privacy concerns that current systems can't address. The remaining 20% need more detailed controls and customization, though balancing autonomy with privacy remains challenging. Ownership means individuals have the right to participate in research and make informed choices. They need "digital intermediaries"— professionals who assist with data sharing—and genuinely intuitive interfaces. Privacy protections must remain a top priority as health and AI tools continue to develop. Click here to view the printable newsletter with images. On this week's Mental Man Monday, Izzy is joined by a familiar voice and face: Paul Sweatpants. Broadcasting straight outta Minnesota by way of Vegas, Paul taps in to give his raw, real-time reaction to Izzy's most recent episode featuring Karen Salmansohn. The two revisit the core message of that episode — why we need to outgrow the phrase “this is just how I am.” As Paul says, that excuse keeps too many people stagnant, unwilling to grow, and hiding behind comfort instead of confronting character. Izzy and Paul explore what it means to mature emotionally and take accountability, especially as men, when change is uncomfortable but necessary. Then, the episode takes a sharp cultural turn, diving into the buzz around Charlie Sheen's Netflix documentary. Charlie made headlines by admitting that during his addiction to crack, he had sexual experiences with men — a bold confession that he shared before anyone else could use it against him. Izzy and Paul dissect the power of taking control of your own story before the world can distort it. They challenge listeners to consider how many of us are still hiding behind secrets and shame — and how healing often begins with honesty, even when it's ugly. Finally, the conversation pivots to Young Thug's leaked jail phone calls to his girlfriend, Mariah the Scientist, where he was heard dissing Future, Gunna, and others — and got clowned online for “gossiping.” But Paul quickly defends him, breaking down a universal truth: if you've ever had a girlfriend, you already know — we all vent to the person we're dating. It's not gossip. It's intimacy. It's how real relationships work.Izzy and Paul use this moment to expose how the internet loves to twist vulnerability into weakness, especially for Black men. This stream wasn't about a performance. It was two men being real about growth, grief, love, trauma, and taking your power back.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/p-s-a-the-mental-health-podcast--5520511/support.TrustBuilder Package

In this week's Overshare, a Betch wonders how sensitive she should be when sharing positive pregnancy news with those that have struggled to conceive. Dr. Naomi then sets an intention for a mother whose artsy daughter makes her a little uncomfortable. We're triggered when a therapist insists on a break-up explanation while Dr. Naomi gives her two cents on how she would have handled the drama. Is Leaving A Job As Emotional As A Breakup?

Dr. Naomi is ready to embark on her Hawaiian vacation but before she can jet set away, Jordana has an important question for the seasoned therapist: Do men and women approach therapy differently? They get deep about the differences between the two sexes and how they tap into their emotional selves and Dr. Naomi brings some anecdotal evidence to prove that women might be a little more wired to work on themselves than their male counterparts. The Overshare of the week comes from a listener who was recently blessed with a pregnancy but is reeling after her sister in law spilled the tea to literally her entire baby shower despite explicit instructions not to. Speaking of secrets, the Betchicist comes in with a moral conundrum around gun ownership when one woman is scared to divulge that her ex-military beau not only has a gun, but that he keeps one in the house. Is she required to tell her friends before they come over? Dr. Naomi helps set an intention for a Betch that is moving into greener career pastures but is feeling a little heartsick about the colleagues she's leaving behind. Finally they explore two triggered scenarios, one around a seemingly innocuous comment about “healthy babies” that left one mom spinning and another about how an innocuous concert invite turned into an unforeseen $100 expense for one Betch. How Can I Be Less Of A Gossip?

As the school year winds down, Dr. Naomi gets all sentimental about her daughter making “core female friendships” and she and Jordana unpack why having your girl gang matters. In the Overshare, one single Betch has officially had it with the relationship interrogations at every brunch, wedding, and wine night and is looking for a polite way to say: mind your business. Then a Betchicist voicemail dives into the post-divorce awkward Olympics, as one listener tries to figure out if her mom and ex-stepdad can be in the same room without it turning into a Real Housewives reunion brawl. Dr. Naomi sets an intention for those catch-up convos that take a hard left into passive-aggressive hell and another listener spirals when her friend announces she's having another baby... with a husband who might actually be the final boss of red flags. And to top it all off: the last Triggered tackles the crime of being asked to chip in for a Bachelorette party you aren't even invited to. The audacity! Learn more about your ad choices. Summer's poking its sweaty little head out and Dr. Naomi and Jordana are discussing their run-ins with nature (yes, there was a baby bird situation), summer travel dreams, and the fantasy of becoming an effortlessly cool local in a town you've been in for like… three days. The Overshare takes a wild detour into “Craft My Text” chaos as one listener shares deranged text receipts from her sister-in-law, who did not take it well when she passed on buying a car from her dealership. Another write-in poses the very niche (yet deeply relatable) ethical conundrum: can you sell a product that was replaced by the company—and they didn't want the old one back? The hosts have thoughts. And loopholes. Meanwhile, one listener trying to get healthy is over the current GLP-1 craze and is wondering why no one's talking about the rapidly vanishing elephant in the room (spoiler: it's weight loss, and yes, we went there). Jordana also half-apologizes for accidentally offending the entire veterinarian community, and the duo dives into a colleague's loaded comment that sent one listener into a body-image spiral. After a weekend of tornado watches near Dr. Naomi's home, she and Jordana examine what rattles them both the most, especially when it comes to the unexpected and uncontrollable. But the storms in Dr. Naomi's hometown aren't the only thing brewing! The Overshare this week gets into the dirty topic of jealousy when one woman spills that her BFF's new, very cool, boyfriend is making her a little envious. In a complete 180, the Betchicist of the week comes from a listener who is trapped hearing weekly rants from their brother-in-law about his marriage, which has them feeling at a loss of how to escape the awkwardness. Speaking of chaos, Dr. Naomi helps set an intention for a Betch that is increasingly overwhelmed by the prospect of robots replacing all human interaction, and the hosts touch on the ever growing importance of making time for connection with others. It wouldn't be an Oversharing episode without a few Triggering scenarios and so Jordana and Dr. Naomi close out the episode with a little look at work/life boundaries and a friend and soon to be god parent that would rather scuba dive than celebrate their new god-child. The ups and downs of puppy ownership continue for Jordana while Dr. Naomi is working to embrace that which she can not control when it comes to gardening. The Overshare of the week dives into the often divisive issue of whether or not to post images of children on social media when one Betch expresses her concerns with AI porn and online imagery. Continuing down the lines of “immoral acts,” a listener asks about the ethics of one couple's choice to crowdfund a house downpayment in exchange for a wedding invitation and Dr. Naomi and Jordana have thoughts... Later, both hosts offer up some salient advice after a write-in asks for ways to get around a lack of self confidence when it comes to creative pursuits. The Triggered of the episode comes from a childless listener who was told she and her hubby are “not a family” and a new segment sponsored by American Home Shield, “Planting Roots,” discusses all the reasons house hunting alone is hard but a commendable achievement. Jordana and Dr. Naomi discuss parenting styles when it comes to a child's extracurricular activities and reflect on their own experiences from growing up. Things get juicy when the Overshare reveals that a listener has invaded her partner's privacy by reading his journal and now she needs help deciding how to feel and what to do next. Should she tell him? Should she let it be? The hosts discuss and Dr. Naomi brings her couples therapy experience to the situation. The Betchicst this week poses the question of whether or not “outsourcing” help with parenting means you are not maternal enough and explores the many styles in which we can choose to raise our kids (should we choose to have them). Dr. Naomi helps a listener set an intention around her dating anxieties and helps remind us all that self love and direct communication can be the keys to finding inner relationship peace. The Episode closes out with the Triggered segment with a gossiping therapist and a listener who needs some perspective on how to manage her long distance friendship better. In this episode, Jordana and Dr. Naomi Bernstein reflect on their recent Passover experiences and delve into the controversial topic of the telepathy tapes after many listeners wrote in with comments. The Overshare this week brings up the challenges of maintaining friendships as adults, particularly when it comes to feeling disconnected with them as we age. They explore the dynamics of friend groups from the perspective of then and now and discuss ways in which we can push to get what we want out of those relationships that seem the most tedious. This week's Betchisit continues the friendship theme when one listener asks how to address the elephant…erm… baby in the room that is causing distress in her circle of close pals. But anxieties with our friends aren't the only thing keeping us up at night so Dr. Naomi helps set an intention for a woman who sends in a voicemail about her guilt around buying things she doesn't need. Closing out the episode the hosts review some Triggered submissions around cancelled international weddings and the management of guests when you have a newborn baby.  Watch Oversharing on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EverythingsFineBetches Learn more about your ad choices.
