The total for Steelers-Ravens is looking like the highest it has ever been. What point total would the Steelers have to reach for you to feel safe? Do they have to reach 30? The Steelers defense has the second-best PPG in the game, but the guys are not sure 30 is enough. KDKA TV legend Bob Pompeani joined the show. Bob thinks Lamar Jackson will get his against the Steelers on Sunday, but likes the Steelers to win the game. Pomp does not expect Diontae Johnson to have a meaningful game. (22:55-33:53) – A listener of the show contacted Jake to ask him a question. Jake reveals what the question is and then has a conversation with Jimmy about the involvement of Jim Irsay. Bob also shares what he knows on how involved Jim Irsay is right now with the team, examines the future of Ryan Kelly with the solid play from rookie Tanor Bortolini, and assesses if the Colts should consider starting Joe Flacco so they don't hinder the development of Anthony Richardson with the number of injuries the Colts have offensively right now. (1:05:37-1:17:26) – NBC Sports lead college football analyst, Eric Froton, joins Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to preview this week's monster slate of college football games, believes that the Indiana Hoosiers can sustain success with the way Curt Cignetti has built this team, and evaluates the future of the transfer portal following the comments made earlier this week by Wake Forest's head coach about the portal. (1:17:26-1:24:39) – Hour number two concludes with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook trying to identify when Michael Pittman Jr. injured his back that will sideline him for multiple weeks. Also, they highlight how Pittman's absence impacts Anthony Richardson. (1:24:39-1:46:10) – The final hour of the program kicks off with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook discussing Anthony Richardson's development and how the absence of Michael Pittman Jr. impacts that. They question if the Colts should consider not starting Richardson if there is no Pittman, Josh Downs, or Jonathan Taylor on Sunday. (1:46:10-1:58:30) – Radio voice of the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Taylor, joins Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to recap who was in and who was out at practice today between Josh Downs, Jonathan Taylor, and a couple of other players. Smylie is then joined by Bob May, runner-up to Tiger Woods in the 2000 PGA Championship at Valhalla, to relive that thrilling playoff finish (and Tiger's iconic walk-in putt). Oklahoma didn't just win this game, they dominated it 65-21. Stoops talks about how he motivated the crowd before the game, how well his team played, and his relationship with Mike Leach.

I'm a lucky guy. I have the amazing opportunity to talk to Disney Legend and retired Imagineer Bob Gurr pretty frequently. Bob is an original WED employee and an original Imagineer. Walt Disney personally hired Bob to design vehicles for Disneyland way back in 1954. I ask Bob questions, both from myself and from listeners to the show, and he answers. On this particular occasion, his answer was so great and contained so many things I'd never heard before, I made it into it's own podcast episode. I hope you enjoy this week's Word of the Week – Bob (And the Magic Skyway). The Ford Magic Skyway was one of the four attractions built by Disney's Imagineers for the 1964-65 New York World's Fair. I had never really heard many stories about it…until now! Listen as Bob Gurr takes over the Word of the Week with some amazing Magic Skyway stories!
General Conference is often scheduled at the same time as Holy Week. While there is much in LDS History to suggest that the formal organisation of the church occurred not coincidently with Holy Week of 1830, we are according to Bob Rees, still missing out on the most important season of the Christian year. In this discussion, Bob and I share our passion for Holy Week and talk about how we would love to see it taken up in LDS liturgical and contemplative practice.

Listener Dan Crouch provides the ultimate answer on how to handle a good intentioned neighbor who regularly gifts you with lower quality drugstore cigars that you will never smoke. Dan will be receiving a DWCR patch for his suggestion! Bob interviews Matt Urbano of Urbano Cigars whose cigars are featured this week. Eddie DeJong of Vanderburgh Humidors takes time out to talk to Bob about his line of unique humidors that are handcrafted from glass, wood, rock and leather and his new Outback4 travel humidors. Toleton giveaway! In one week (on show #310), Bob will be smoking a La Tradicion Cubana Toleton, a unique cigar presented to him by Luis Sanchez. He will also give one away, compliments of Luis, during the show. The winner will be selected from Palio cutter contest entrants who have submitted their entry by January 20th. Cigar of the Week - Bob and Dale smoke the Urbano Corojo. Craig smokes La Palina Alison, last week's Cigar of the Week. The Corojo line by URBANO Cigars have a medium to full body with a reddish hue. Blended from carefully aged Dominican tobacco, these cigars have a hearty complex flavor with a hint of spice at the open, followed by hints of roasted nuts and smooth cedar undertones. Wait until you spark one up with its Cuban-like flavor, this cigar offers a mesmerizing and delectable aroma. Available in the following sizes: Churchill, Torpedo, Robusto and Toro. Dark Side - JUAN LOPEZ PETIT CORONAS What else have you been smokin' Dale? Cinco Vegas Miami Robusto - The one in the blue bands, the Miami line from 5 Vegas is a solid cigar that fits many occasions. Smooth, well behaved and elegant in appearance. Cedar, molasses, espresso and some yeasty biscuit undertones blend well. Famous Nicaragua 7000 by Pepin - Yes folks, another value bundle from the folks at one of the large internet retailers, but this one made in Nica by Pepin. Very earthy, savory and lots of in-your-face flavor. Not very unlike the Cuban Classic line. Esencia Robusto - One of our all time favorite lines, the red wine-like tannins, rich smoky notes and mature sweet tobacco flavors still elevate this to a “wow” cigar. Nothing has been lost or changed and these continue to be consistently GREAT cigars! What else have you been smokin' Craig? Partagas 165 Sublimes - Excellent exotic spicey flavors, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, lots of aged tobacco, perhaps even a bit of mint. Quick burn - 90 minutes. Cohiba Sublime - Tons of earthy tobacco. Savory in core and slightly sweet at times. Like the perfect bit of acidity to a heavy meal. Cocoa & nuts. Wow. Very strong but the 6 years of box time have smoothed out the edges. Montecristo Especial - The perfect ‘everyday’ cigar. Fruity, mocha flavors. Perfect draw, perfect burn, long experience; 120 minutes. Wonderful. What else have you been smokin' Bob? PUNCH PETIT CORONAS DEL PUNCH - What a delightful smoke. Wonderful rich flavors with a hint of spice. The kind of cigar experience you cannot stop smoking. The strong barnyard aroma of the unlit cigar gave testament to treasures found after lighting. The flavors were rich with hints of sweetness, spice and the bitterness of fine chocolate. Brun Del Re Premium - a mild bodied cigar from the lineup that is described by Carlo (the owner of Brun Del Re) as a great morning cigar. Truthfully, it is a good match for the coffees I like, but I find it to be a refreshing change of pace cigar any time of the day.
