The Attitude Of Aggression returns for Chapter 2 of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE's Big Four PPVs. On this Episode, Dave is joined by the one and only PC Tunney to discuss two hugely important events in pro wrestling history, WrestleMania III and the inaugural Survivor Series. WrestleMania III is, of course, known for its missive live crowd, the titanic clash between Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant for the WWF World Championship, and the epic encounter between "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat for the Intercontinental Championship, a match considered by many to be the greatest WrestleMania match of all-time. The backstory for the very first Survivor Series is fascinating and shows how nasty things were between the WWF and NWA many years before the Monday Night Wars even existed. The first Survivor Series was loaded with great action and featured, quite possibly, the greatest Survivor Series team of all-time. Curious? Intrigued? You should be as Chapter 2 of The Big Four Project covers a stretch in WWE history that might very well have been the most important year in the history of the industry. Tune in and enjoy!

After a length delay due to a myriad of technical issues on the site, the Attitude Of Aggression returns to celebrate its 5th Anniversary. It is a celebration too big for one Episode so we have broken it up into two parts. Here on Part 1, we have some fantastic interviews. The first one was a sit down Big Dave had with the one and only Tracy Smothers and author John Cosper. Recorded shortly after COVID-19 changed the world, and a couple of weeks out from WrestleMania 36, Tracy and John talk to Dave about Tracy's great autobiography "If You Don't Buy This Book Everybody Dies." Tracy and John discuss how they put the book together and there are loads of great stories from Tracy about his experiences, his triumphs, his tribulations, and everything in-between. Fans of the Great American Bash in 1990 will definitely want to listen in as Dave got to ask Tracy his recollections from one of our favorite WCW PPVs of all-time. It is a fantastic interview that any wrestling fan will want to hear. The second interview is a special one as Dave welcomes Chris Silvio back to the show for the first time in a few years. Chris was gracious enough to come on the show and give his insight into the challenges his colleagues are facing performing in front of empty arenas. He also gives us an update as to his status and offered his thoughts on WrestleMania just a few days prior to one of the most unique events in the history of pro wrestling. Fans of Chris, and all fans in general, will want to give this a listen. From there, Dave does a Semi-Retro Review unlike any other in the history of the show. It begins with recaps of Super Showdown from February, AEW Revolution from February, and Elimination Chamber from early March. These three events really altered the landscape of pro wrestling in many ways. Then, Dave recaps the week that immediately followed Elimination Chamber as the world literally changed around all of us. He discusses Raw and AEW Dynamite, both of which took place in front of full arenas. But he also discusses NXT, that was moved to the WWE Performance Center and closes by talking about the March 13, 2020 SmackDown, the first of the empty arena shows, which have now become the new normal for all of us. It is a somber recap of events that seem like something straight out of a sci-fi horror movie.....but which are now all too real to all of us. Still, it is a celebration of the 5th Anniversary of the Podcast so please join us for Part 1 of this mega-event.

With the world seemingly falling apart more and more by the day, the Attitude Of Aggression returns with an Episode long overdue. We begin this Episode with a great interview that Big Dave conducted with a fantastic wrestler making a big name for himself on the Indy scene, Daredevil Dave Doll. Find out the background of this great wrestler, the origins of his name, his influences, experience, and outlook in this excellent interview. From there, Big Dave conducts a different type of Semi-Retro review as he recaps four recent PPV events in WWE. Unlike prior Semi-Retro reviews though, Dave keeps his focus on the events themselves and not all the Raw, SmackDowns, and NXTs in between. In this segment, Dave reviews NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool II, Worlds Collide, the 2020 edition of the Royal Rumble, and NXT Takeover: Portland. Wedged right in the middle of all this is the return of the Tri-Cast as Kinny Killa was coaxed out of retirement to join Big Dave, PC Tunney, and DPP as they previewed the Royal Rumble and made some very interesting predictions, some of which have now come to pass. All of these events really shaped the landscape for WrestleMania 36 and NXT Takeover: Tampa, assuming they happen as planned. With Covid-19 threatening to postpone or even cancel the Showcase of the Immortals, travel back in the not too distant past with us and revisit some great action from a simpler time here on Episode 266. And, by all means.....stay safe out there Aggressionaholics.

Recorded in multiple parts over a span of two weeks, we run the gamut of emotions as the Washington National went from the brink of disaster to 2019 World Series Champions. Meanwhile, the pro wrestling world prepared for war. It was not just the Big 4 war brewing between Wednesday Night rivals NXT and AEW, Raw, and SmackDown, it was the warzone existing within each brand respectively. Highlights of this Episode include: The rise of Humberto Carillo, The Street Profits vs The OC, the conclusion of the AEW Tag Team Championship tournament, Jon Moxley and PAC going to a time limit draw, the Kabuki Warriors returning to NXT to defend the Women's Tag Titles, Keith Lee, Dominik Dijakovic and Roderick Strong tearing the house down, Brock Lesnar's attack of Rey Mysterio and Cain Velsaquez, the return of Drew McIntyre to Raw, the contract signing between Cody and Jericho for the AEW Championship match at Full Gear, Moxley v Omega becoming a Lights Out match, Finn Balor's fiery promo, War Games beginning to take shape, , and the NXT invasion of Friday Night SmackDown. Also on this Episode, we recap and review Crown Jewel 2, a historic event from Saudi Arabia and the first of the Saudi shows that did not feel like a glorified house show. It was an event with real ramifications and we touch on this here on Episode 261. Latin for "prepare for war" is parabellum (as anyone who has seen John Wick 3 will tell you) hence the title of this Episode. The wrestling world prepares for war on multiple fronts and we begin our look at a very exciting time here on this Episode.

What was good about it, what was bad about it, and which brand came out on top? Big Dave has a full analysis of the Draft here on Episode 260. We also discuss the build to Crown Jewel II, that feels less like a glorified house show and more like a blatant attempt to grab the attention of boxing and MMA fans and to try and convert them into WWE fans. That and some very curious matches being set up in the wake of the Draft. Over on NXT, the black and gold brand continues to deliver quality with Lio Rush capturing the NXT Cruiserweight Championship, Keith Lee and Dominck Dijakovic putting on another classic, and Damien Priest continuing to make a strong case for consideration as a top contender for either of the men's singles titles in NXT. August 31, 2019 was going to be a historic day in pro wrestling. After all, AEW was going to host its second ever major PPV, All Out, in Chicago, IL, in the same building where All In created a movement that led to the birth of the All Elite Wrestling. To say excitement and anticipation were at an all-time high would not be much of an overstatement. But, a funny thing happened on the way to All Out. Earlier in the day, halfway across the globe, in Cardiff, Wales, NXT UK was also hosting its second major event, NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff. Both shows were excellent, but Takeover: Cardiff might have actually been the better show. Opinions have varied widely on this topic and on Episode 256, Big Dave is back to recap both of these huge events and much more. With Clash of Champions looming this weekend, Big Dave begins by recapping events in WWE, NXT, and NXT UK between August 20 - August 31, 2019. Highlights include continuing recaps of the King of The Ring matches, an incredible rematch between Keith Lee and Dominick Dijakovic, Killian Dain and Matt Riddle destroying each other, Sasha Banks's explanation, a massive tag team gauntlet match, the ongoing Roman Reigns saga, Rhea Ripley showing up in NXT and the Undisputed Era making history by becoming the first ever 3x NXT Tag Champs. From there, Big Dave recaps NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff. It was a night of incredible action, title changes, a brutal Last Man Standing match, and a Main Event that will certainly gain consideration for Match of the Year. Who would answer Cesaro's open challenge in Cardiff? Who was the Last Man Standing between Dave Mastiff and Joe Coffey? Did Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews make history? How did Kay Lee Ray defeat Toni Storm mentally before she beat her to take the NXT UK Women's Championship? Could Tyler Bate do the unthinkable by defeating the unbeatable, Walter, with the WWE UK Championship on the line? What made this card so great? We cover it all for you on Episode 256. We then close things out be reviewing AEW's All Out. Make no mistake, this was a tremendous card as well. Did Kenny Omega fail to adequately adjust his strategy against PAC? Who would end up challenging each other for the AEW Women's Championship on the October 2 debut episode on TNT? Could Cody Rhodes gain a measure of revenge against the main who blasted a chair into his head, Shawn Spears? Did the Young Bucks and Lucha Brothers have the greatest ladder match of all-time? And how did Chris Jericho defeat Hangman Page to become the first ever AEW World Champion? We recap all the events from this amazing event and recap whether NXT's British cousin actually stole the weekend from AEW. Tune in to Episode 256 for all this and more.
