I empower women on a Soul Journey to find their purpose through breathwork, nature & community. For most of my life, I'd found my self-worth in service, activity, and accomplishments. But now I'm devoted to living from my truest identity, the sound of my own soul. From CrossFit to six Ironman races, the Boston Marathon, to an Ultramarathon—I've stayed on the move. At the time it was thrilling and fulfilling, but deep down I could sense something was missing. I was looking for external achievement to fill an expansive void I was afraid might engulf me if I stood still long enough. At 45 years old, I became an empty-nester. Without my daughter in the house, I wondered, what was I supposed to do now? Have I done everything I've wanted? I felt an even deeper sense that something was missing. I felt lost. The sound of those questions reverberated in my chest and slowly began to crack something open. It was a turning point in my path where I began searching for the tools that would help me reconnect to myself. I began practicing yoga, breathwork, meditation and started experiencing more inner peace as a result. Fast forward now Living in Costa Rica, where I can walk to the ocean every day, I've never felt more connected to myself. This is why I'm spending the rest of my life creating supportive, communal experiences for women to rediscover themselves in the beauty of nature. To find their own path back home to themselves. Everything that you need to keep going is living inside you, sometimes we just need help sifting through the noise. My experiences and offerings are specifically designed for getting quiet so you can listen for the life that's burning in your soul, a life of limitless imagination. We'll find nourishment in healthy, organic meals as well as in each other's stories. We'll learn from local artisans and find solace in nature. We'll hike to waterfalls and linger by the ocean, soaking in nature's healing and grounding power. We'll do yoga and breathwork to release blocked energy and tension—sending fresh oxygen to our cells as well as to our dreams. We'll get in tune with the Divine Feminine living inside each of us as we sit under the stars, holding sacred space as we turn the page of a new chapter. We'll peel back the layers that stand in the way of that little girl inside you whose dreams are as expansive as her soul.
