Whether it's discussing business strategies, leadership skills, or philosophical concepts related to the industry, Bill covers it all with enthusiasm and expertise.
It's hard to find any negative aspects about The Real Build podcast as it consistently delivers high-quality content. However, one minor drawback could be that some episodes might not be as relevant or applicable to certain individuals depending on their specific interests within the construction or real estate industry. Nonetheless, the vast majority of episodes offer invaluable insights and information.

In this episode of The Real Build, I wanted to discuss what you will see from a Value builder. I'm always searching for ways to add more value than the competition. Value is what you get for the overall price you pay. How can I give my clients the most value as a custom builder? Beginning stages - What do you offer? It isn't always just what it is - Cost cutting - Meeting today with Licari - Where can the client cut the cost to get to their desired price? Your outside team - What does the builder offer that others don't Experience - Sell the overall experience of the build itself Hands-on approach - We've heard a lot of clients say they've been on their own with other builders An organized system - We heard our process is better. Family-owned and operated. Treat clients like family. Long-standing relationships with subs - We take care of them, and they take care of us. Multiple sources of communication. Buildertrend Honesty and integrity - We don't BS to avoid conflict. We take it head-on. We learn from mistakes and improve. Performance over profit - How can we perform to a higher standard and get the job done faster We do things to make us stand out and be different. Show our good and bad on video. We do a good job and make sure we don't leave mistakes untouched. What's behind the walls? Is there something crooked they won't see? We don't care. We do it right. Forward thinking. What new things can we add to be better for the client? "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 In this episode of The Real Build, I had the privilege of sitting down with Pastor Anthony Hart, the Lead Pastor at Greenbrier Community Church in Virginia. Over the past couple of years, Anthony and I have developed a strong connection through our bible study group, Warriors For Christ, and I was thrilled to have him as a guest on the show. We dove deep into a conversation about actively incorporating our faith into our businesses, aligning our professional lives with God's purpose. Pastor Anthony shared powerful insights on the importance of keeping God at the center of our families and what it truly means to be the best husbands, fathers, and leaders in a world that often pulls us in different directions. We explored how we are all called to honor God by striving to be the best versions of ourselves in every aspect of life. One of the most impactful parts of our discussion was around the concept of being "leaders of leaders"—men and women who are called to lead with integrity and faith, especially in a world that is so often broken. Pastor Anthony emphasized the power of great leadership and our responsibility to influence others positively through our actions, words, and example. This episode is for anyone looking to integrate faith, family, and leadership in a meaningful way and be the light that God has called us to be. One night, standing on the edge of a bridge, Tre made a life-changing decision to turn his life around and never look back.
