I DID IT!! My 3 week plunge challenge is complete and I'm giving myself an A+ ! This has been one of my favourite challenges I've ever done & I truly feel amazing. On the episode I explain why I started, the benefits of cold exposure, what changes I saw, and why it's safe to say I am obsessed. By using the ocean to cold plunge the benefits I experienced were mental, physical & spiritual - I wen't from 1 minute & not being able to use my hands after to 8 minutes of swimming around & dunking my head.
