What is the access point for all of us in talking about conquering the heart of Kṛṣṇa? We hear the pastimes in which great devotees conquer Kṛṣṇa's heart, but how is it that we all have access? Well, we heard this morning that one of the ways is to understand what "providential" means. Once, when I was having a managerial crisis, I consulted some godbrothers about what to do, and they tried to placate me by saying, "It'll probably be all right." And I've heard that a lot before, throughout my whole life, and it wasn't necessarily true. I came home and was still quite disturbed about the situation, which I won't go into now, because I'm sure you have many of your own. Then I got an email from one of my godbrothers who had been there when I had gone to consult with several of them, they happen to be in one place same time. And he said, "Oh, maybe this will help you." It was a verse from the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam in the pastimes of Pṛthu Mahārāja. Pṛthu Mahārāja had been engaged in performing his 100th horse sacrifice, but it was thwarted by Indra, as you know, who became envious and didn't want to see him complete it, because he's known as the one who's done 100 horse sacrifices—Indra, that is. He disguised himself several times as a sannyāsī (which he's not), and he stole the sacrificial horse and rode off into the sky with it a couple of times. Pṛthu Mahārāja, his son, chased after him. Finally, Pṛthu Mahārāja said, "Oh, I'm going to kill him." The priest there said, "Not a good idea. We'll kill him. We'll use our power of mantra, and we'll suck him into the fire, and he'll be killed in that way." Then Brahmā came and said, "You can't kill Indra. He's a devotee." And at that time, Brahmā gave a verse to Pṛthu Mahārāja, saying that these kinds of twists of fate come to us, and we have to learn to tolerate them when there's nothing else that can be done. In the purport, Prabhupāda said, "When something's providential, and you have to learn to tolerate, just as Kṛṣṇa says in the Bhagavad-gītā, what else can you do?" When I read that, I felt relief, amazingly, as if I had taken a magic pill. There's a way in which we have the opportunity to enter into the mercy of Vṛndāvana and avail ourselves of the Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu's mercy by ārya-vacasā—following the order of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In the Second Canto of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, in the matter of the catuḥ-ślokī Bhāgavatam, Śrīla Prabhupāda writes in a purport that "The order of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is a manifestation of His internal potency." I'll say that again: "The order of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is a manifestation of His internal potency." And then he goes on. You want to hear the second part? (Yes) "It is by that particular potency that one comes to see the Personality of Godhead face to face." When I read that, I thought, "Oh, this is access." I had spoken with the scholar and great devotee, Rādhikā-ramaṇa Prabhu, when we stayed at his house in Utah, and we had a conversation about access. And he said, "Scholars everywhere, philosophers everywhere, say that whatever philosophy you may present, if it has no access point for people in general, that philosophy is useless." What good is it to us? It sounds good, but where do we come in? And finding the access point is always important, because we want something to do, and we want to know what's in it for us, right? so this is the order. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, which is abundantly available to anybody. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/ https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/ https://thefourquestionsbook.com/

It comes from the root word viśeṣa, which means specific or special. It's a name of Kṛṣṇa, indicating that His creation is unique in every aspect, and that means that there's no one particle that's the same as another. There's no one relationship that Kṛṣṇa has, as Brahmā mentions in his prayers, in the 14th chapter, of the 10th Canto, that it's multifaceted, or unlimitedly faceted, his relationships with living beings—they're all unique. So it means "unique Kṛṣṇa's unique nature and His unique creation." It's also a name of Lord Balarāma, found in the Balarāma-sahasranāma, where it says He is the knower of Vaiśeṣika philosophy. And it's also an atheistic philosophy by Kaṇāda. In that philosophy, the word viśeṣa, or the root word viśeṣa, indicates his philosophy of how the universe works—their unique particles that, as I alluded to before, they have different properties, and when they mix in the combinations and permutations, they form, the different forms in the world appear from that process. And if you consider my name to be Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, and I would serve those who are illusioned by that philosophy by giving them Prabhupāda's books, that's a service that I would like to offer to the Vaiśeṣikas. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/ https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/ https://thefourquestionsbook.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Join us live on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FanTheSpark/ Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sound-bhakti/id1132423868 For the latest videos, subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@FanTheSpark For the latest in SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/fan-the-spark ------------------------------------------------------------ #vaisesikaprabhu #vaisesikadasa #vaisesikaprabhulectures #spirituality #bhaktiyoga #krishna #spiritualpurposeoflife #krishnaspirituality #spiritualusachannel #whybhaktiisimportant #whyspiritualityisimportant #vaisesika #spiritualconnection #thepowerofspiritualstudy #selfrealization #spirituallectures #spiritualstudy #spiritualexperience #spiritualpurposeoflife #spiritualquestions #spiritualquestionsanswered #trendingspiritualtopics #fanthespark #spiritualpowerofmeditation #spiritualgrowthlessons #secretsofspirituality #spiritualteachersonyoutube #spiritualhabits #spiritualclarity #bhagavadgita #srimadbhagavatam #spiritualbeings #kttvg #keepthetranscendentalvibrationgoing #spiritualpurpose

This letter, written at Minobu in 1277, is entitled The Workings of Brahmā and Shakra, because it contains the passage, “The time will certainly come when, by the workings of Brahmā, Shakra, and other gods, the entire Japanese nation will simultaneously take faith in the Lotus Sutra.” In this letter Nichiren Daishonin encourages the nineteen-year-old Nanjō Tokimitsu, who succeeded his father as steward of Ueno Village in Fuji District of Suruga Province, to maintain his faith. He also advises Tokimitsu on how to respond to those who attempt to threaten or deceive him into discarding his faith. For if they succeed in their attempt, the Daishonin warns, they will use him “as a means for making many others abandon their faith.”https://www.nichirenlibrary.org/en/wnd-1/Content/96

Moving Toward Safer Pediatric Transport Care in EMS Insights from Dr. Nick Cochran-Caggiano's Research on Pediatric Transport and Resuscitation By Bram Duffee, PhD, EMT-P Transporting children in ambulances presents unique challenges that EMS providers face every day. Issues like the correct use of safety equipment, performance of life-saving procedures like CPR, and the absence of universal standards can make pediatric care in emergency settings more difficult than necessary. Dr. Nick Cochran-Caggiano, an emergency physician and researcher, has taken a deep look into these challenges through two pivotal studies that every EMS worker should know about. Both studies were discussed on the latest podcast episode of “EMS Research with Professor Bram.” The Unsafe Reality of Pediatric Transport in Ambulances One of Dr. Cochran-Caggiano's studies, published in Pediatric Emergency Care (2023), examined how children are secured during ambulance transport. The study reviewed over 3,000 cases by observing video footage of ambulances arriving at a pediatric emergency department. The findings reveal a troubling reality:  Just 53.5% of children were transported using the correct safety device for their weight.  A staggering 77.1% of transport restraints were not used properly, putting children at significant risk.  Commercially made pediatric restraints were found to be the best option, yet these were still improperly used half the time.  For many patients, ambulance cots were the default method of transport, but this was only the correct choice in 18.2% of cases. Dr. Cochran-Caggiano shared his thoughts on this alarming data during a recent interview, emphasizing that the absence of consistent safety standards puts children at unnecessary risk. "Having some sort of ability to transport children safely is a must," he said. He also pointed out the pitfalls of the current patchwork approach to pediatric safety in EMS. "There's no appropriate way to secure [a child's car seat] to an ambulance stretcher. You can make a good faith effort, but that's really all it is." Why This Matters Improper restraint practices don't just violate safety protocols—they create scenarios where otherwise preventable injuries become inevitable. Reflecting on the need for systemic change, Dr. Cochran-Caggiano pushed for a proactive approach, stating, "Let's make a difference before

We find in the Bhāgavatam, in the second verse of the First Canto, the amazing statement: 'sadyo hṛdy avarudhyate 'tra kṛtibhiḥ śuśrūṣubhis tat-kṣaṇāt.' And that is, that when somebody applies himself or herself to hearing Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, then the Lord feels compelled to stay within that person's heart, or as Prabhupāda says He remains packed up within the heart of that person. He won't leave because He's so attracted by the Bhāgavatam and to a person who would give attention to hearing Bhāgavatam that it's presented as if He can't leave. That's emphasized also in the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, 10th Canto, 14th Chapter, where Brahmā says: 'sthāne sthitāḥ śruti-gatāṁ tanu-vāṅ-manobhir ye prāyaśo 'jita jito 'py asi tais tri-lokyām,' indicating that, although Kṛṣṇa is unconquerable, He becomes conquered by the devotee who steadfastly hears about Him. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/ https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/ https://thefourquestionsbook.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Join us live on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FanTheSpark/ Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sound-bhakti/id1132423868 For the latest videos, subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@FanTheSpark For the latest in SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/fan-the-spark ------------------------------------------------------------ #vaisesikaprabhu #vaisesikadasa #vaisesikaprabhulectures #spirituality #bhaktiyoga #krishna #spiritualpurposeoflife #krishnaspirituality #spiritualusachannel #whybhaktiisimportant #whyspiritualityisimportant #vaisesika #spiritualconnection #thepowerofspiritualstudy #selfrealization #spirituallectures #spiritualstudy #spiritualexperience #spiritualpurposeoflife #spiritualquestions #spiritualquestionsanswered #trendingspiritualtopics #fanthespark #spiritualpowerofmeditation #spiritualgrowthlessons #secretsofspirituality #spiritualteachersonyoutube #spiritualhabits #spiritualclarity #bhagavadgita #srimadbhagavatam #spiritualbeings #kttvg #keepthetranscendentalvibrationgoing #spiritualpurpose

Kṛṣṇa gives facility for everyone to either try to ensconce oneself in the material energy and pull the covers over their head and just be absorbed in the material energy. However, His ultimate purpose is to give an opportunity for everyone to realize the path of bhakti. Amongst the Vedas that I mentioned, Brahmā manifested earlier. He also manifested the Purāṇas. And of course, we get, in the recent age, the essence of all the Vedas and all the Purāṇas in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. And we also get the essence of the process through Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu of practicing all the Vedas through the nāma-saṅkīrtana, which is available to everyone. And then here we are connected to the line of Lord Caitanya and the great ācāryas. So, we have the opportunity to take the essence of the spiritual knowledge that Brahmā, manifested under the direction of Kṛṣṇa, and make it available, and take advantage of it ourselves and make it available to everybody in the world. How can he be satisfied in the self through this gratitude ? That is mentioned in one of the verses that Uddhava says at the very end of the Uddhava-gītā (SB 11.29.6), "naivopayanty apacitiṁ kavayas taveśa brahmāyuṣāpi kṛtam ṛddha-mudaḥ smarantaḥ," in which he says, 'When I think of you, Kṛṣṇa, the way you take care of me from within and without, I'm so grateful that I couldn't express that gratitude. Even if I had a few life spans of Brahmā, I wouldn't come to the end of it.' And based on that, one of our ācāryas says the devotees remember Kṛṣṇa's promise in the Bhagavad-gītā: "sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo mokṣayiṣyāmi mā śucaḥ. I'm here for you. I'll deliver you from all the problems. Just give them to me." And Jīva Gosvāmī says that the devotee always remembers Kṛṣṇa's promise. And in that, while we're chanting japa, we take the time to notice the conveyor belt. Just take shelter of Kṛṣṇa's mercy that he says, 'Just hand over your problems to me and take shelter of me. I'll absolve you of all these difficulties.' And then notice that you're not your problems. In this talk, we discuss something very edgy and maybe even quite dark: hating God as a legitimate mode of worship! This is lesser known bhāva is called vipaksha or shatru-bhāv, the "mode of the enemy" and applies to great devotees like Mahishāsura in the Candi, Hiranyāksha, Hiranyakashipu, Kamsha and Sishupāla in the Bhāgavatam and even Jacob in the Old Testament.Importantly, a discussion on how "hating God" can help one to realize God takes us into deep Tantrik waters regarding the use of all emotions, even darker ones like anger, pride, hatred, jealousy, greed and lust to make spiritual progress! I think tonight's conversation will reveal something very essential and profound about how spiritual practice works with regard to the centrality of intensity and consistency in sādhana. As we see in a few select Ramprasad poems and taking Sri Ramakrishna's idea of "tāmasic Bhakti" (dark devotion), we learn that this attitude of "frustrating" or "annoyance" with God actually only implies real intimacy, not distance.Naturally, this is a continuation of last week's excting 6 hour satsangh on madhura bhava, the romantic mode in Kali worship which you can watch here. Here are some of the references we made towards the end of the talk:In Bhāgavata Purāna, Jaya-Vijaya, Vishnu's doorkeepers were cursed by Sanaka, Sanandana, Sanatana, and Sanatkumara (mind born sons of Brahma) to etiher be born 3 times as enemies or 7 times as devotees. They chose the former and became, in three respective ages:Satya Yuga: Hiranyakashipu, HiranyākshaTreta Yuga: Rāvana, Kumbhakarna Dvāpara Yuga: Sishupāla, Dantavakra Also Kamsha/Chānura, Duryodhana etc. In Skanda Purāna, we find Tarakāsura whose boon is to be slayed only by Shiva's unlikely son (this is where we get the Shiva burning Kāmadev story), in Brahmānda Purāna we get Bhandasura, born of the ash of Kamadev  who is then slain by Lalitā Devī. In Shiva Purāna, we get Andhakasura who is born from Parvati's sweat after the world is darkened and then born to Hiranyāksha, who does penance and who then gets the boon to be killed only when he lusts after his own Mother. This is also a matrka origin story and resembles the motif from Raktabījā. Which brings us to the Candi demons:"Ebhirhatair jagadupaiti sukham tathaite kurvantu nāma narakāya cirāya pāpamsangrāma mrtyumadhigamya divam prayāntuMatveti nūnamahitān vinihamsi devi" (4.18)For more detailed instructions for how to perform Kālī pūjā, watch this playlist: https://www.patreon.com/collection/233799Lectures happen live every Monday at 7pm PST and Friday 10am PST and again Friday at 6pm PST.Use this link and I will see you there:https://www.zoom.us/j/7028380815For more videos, guided meditations and instruction and for access to our lecture library, visit me at:https://www.patreon.com/yogawithnishTo get in on the discussion and access various spiritual materials, join our Discord here: https://discord.gg/U8zKP8yMrMSupport the show

Just as a highly posted manager is almost as independent as the owner of a firm, Brahmā is described here as independent because, as the Lord's representative to control the universe, he is almost as powerful and independent as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Lord, as the Supersoul within Brahmā, gave him the intelligence to create. Therefore the creative power of every living entity is not his own; it is by the grace of the Lord that one can create. There are many scientists and great workers in this material world who have wonderful creative force, but they act and create only according to the direction of the Supreme Lord. A scientist may create many wonderful inventions by the direction of the Lord, but it is not possible for him to overcome the stringent laws of material nature by his intelligence, nor is it possible to acquire such intelligence from the Lord, for the Lord's supremacy would then be hampered. It is stated in this verse that Brahmā created the universe as it was before. This means that he created everything by the same name and form as in the previous cosmic manifestation. Even if one concentrates his mind on the boar form of the Lord, that is also yoga. As confirmed in Bhagavad-gītā, one who concentrates his mind constantly in meditation upon the Personality of Godhead in one of His many varieties of forms is the first-class yogī, and he can very easily attain trance simply by meditating upon the form of the Lord. If one is able to continue such meditation on the Lord's form at the time of one's death, one is liberated from this mortal body and is transferred to the kingdom of God. This opportunity was given to the demon by the Lord, and therefore Brahmā and other demigods were astonished. In other words, the perfection of yoga practice can be attained by a demon also if he is simply kicked by the Lord. Brahmājī confirms herewith that only persons who have developed the desirable qualities can enter into the kingdom of God. In the Caitanya-caritāmṛta, the devotee's desirable qualities are described to be twenty-six in number. They are stated as follows: He is very kind; he does not quarrel with anyone; he accepts Kṛṣṇa consciousness as the highest goal of life; he is equal to everyone; no one can find fault in his character; he is magnanimous, mild and always clean, internally and externally; he does not profess to possess anything in this material world; he is a benefactor to all living entities; he is peaceful and is a soul completely surrendered to Kṛṣṇa; he has no material desire to fulfill; he is meek and humble, always steady, and has conquered the sensual activities; he does not eat more than required to maintain body and soul together; he is never mad after material identity; he is respectful to all others and does not demand respect for himself; he is very grave, very compassionate and very friendly; he is poetic; he is expert in all activities; and he is silent in nonsense. Similarly, in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Third Canto, Twenty-fifth Chapter, verse 21, the qualifications of a saintly person are mentioned. It is said there that a saintly person eligible to enter into the kingdom of God is very tolerant and very kind to all living entities. He is not partial; he is kind both to human beings and to animals. He is not such a fool that he will kill a goat Nārāyaṇa to feed a human Nārāyaṇa, or daridra-nārāyaṇa. He is very kind to all living entities; therefore he has no enemy. He is very peaceful. These are the qualities of persons who are eligible to enter into the kingdom of God. That such a person gradually becomes liberated and enters the kingdom of God is confirmed in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Fifth Canto, Fifth Chapter, verse 2. The Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Second Canto, Third Chapter, verse 24.. Māyā means “mercy,” “specific knowledge” and also “illusion.” Therefore Lord Boar is everything; He is merciful, He is all knowledge, and He is illusion also. The sound which He vibrated as the boar incarnation was answered by the Vedic hymns of the great sages in the planets Janaloka, Tapoloka and Satyaloka. The highest intellectual and pious living entities live in those planets, and when they heard the extraordinary voice of the boar, they could understand that the specific sound was vibrated by the Lord and no one else. Therefore they replied by praying to the Lord with Vedic hymns. The earth planet was submerged in the mire, but on hearing the sound of the Lord, the inhabitants of the higher planets were all jubilant because they knew that the Lord was there to deliver the earth. Therefore Brahmā and all the sages, such as Bhṛgu, Brahmā's other sons, and learned brāhmaṇas, were enlivened, and they concertedly joined in praising the Lord with the transcendental vibrations of the Vedic hymns. The most important is the Bṛhan-nāradīya Purāṇa verse Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/ Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare. It is said, therefore, that Brahmā was created in the Mahā-kalpa as the incarnation of spiritual sound. The Vedas are spiritual sound, and therefore there is no need of material interpretation for the sound vibration of the Vedic literature. The Vedas should be vibrated as they are, although they are symbolically represented with letters which are known to us materially. In the ultimate issue there is nothing material because everything has its origin in the spiritual world. The material manifestation is therefore called illusion in the proper sense of the term. For those who are realized souls there is nothing but spirit. It is said that a supremely powerful living entity can do anything and everything he likes and such acts do not affect him in any way. For example, the sun, the most powerful fiery planet in the universe, can evaporate water from anywhere and still remain as powerful. The sun evaporates water from filthy places and yet is not infected with the quality of the filth. Similarly, Brahmā remains unimpeachable in all conditions. But still, since he is the spiritual master of all living entities, his behavior and character should be so ideal that people will follow such sublime behavior and derive the highest spiritual benefit. The statement here that the Lord manifests Himself before the devotee in the form in which the devotee likes to worship Him indicates that the Lord becomes subordinate to the desire of the devotee — so much so that He manifests His particular form as the devotee demands. This demand of the devotee is satisfied by the Lord because He is pliable in terms of the transcendental loving service of the devotee. This is also confirmed in Bhagavad-gītā (4.11): ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāṁs tathaiva bhajāmy aham. We should note, however, that the Lord is never the order supplier of the devotee. Here in this verse it is particularly mentioned: tvaṁ bhakti-yoga-paribhāvita. This indicates the efficiency achieved through execution of matured devotional service, or prema, love of Godhead. This state of prema is achieved by the gradual process of development from faith to love. On faith one associates with bona fide devotees, and by such association one can become engaged in bona fide devotional service, which includes proper initiation and the execution of the primary devotional duties prescribed in the revealed scriptures. This is clearly indicated herein by the word śrutekṣita. The śrutekṣita path is to hear from bona fide devotees who are conversant with Vedic wisdom, free from mundane sentiment. By this bona fide hearing process, the neophyte devotee becomes cleansed of all material rubbish, and thus he becomes attached to one of the many transcendental forms of the Lord, as described in the Vedas. When a living entity desires to serve the Lord in transcendental loving service, the Lord helps the devotee in so many ways as the caitya-guru, or the spiritual master within, and thus the devotee can perform many wonderful activities beyond material estimation. By the mercy of the Lord even a layman can compose prayers of the highest spiritual perfection. Such spiritual perfection is not limited by material qualifications but is developed by dint of one's sincere endeavor to render transcendental service. Voluntary endeavor is the only qualification for spiritual perfection. Material acquisitions of wealth or education are not considered. The only way to understand the Lord as He is, is by devotional service to the Lord, or by approaching the devotee of the Lord who always has the Lord in his heart. By devotional perfection one can understand that the impersonal brahmajyoti is only a partial representation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Kṛṣṇa, and that the three puruṣa expansions in the material creation are His plenary portions. In the spiritual sky of the brahmajyoti there is no change of various kalpas or millenniums, and there are no creative activities in the Vaikuṇṭha worlds. The influence of time is conspicuous by its absence. The rays of the transcendental body of the Lord, the unlimited brahmajyoti, are undeterred by the influence of material energy. In the material world also, the initial creator is the Lord Himself. He brings about the creation of Brahmā, who becomes the subsequent creator, empowered by the Lord. This is our special Guru Purnima talk, this time on the subject: How To Choose A GuruOf course we'll discuss just what the Guru Tattva (Guru Principle) is and why it is absolutely necessary in spiritual life but more importantly we'll focus on the question of how to find a guru and evaluate them to protect yourself from charlatans and cults etc.!At the end of the talk, we'll discuss a very powerful practice you can do right now even if you don't have a living teacher as of yet!On behalf of the auspicious occasions of Veda Vyāsa (Guru) Pūrnimā and alas Shrāvan Mas (the sacred month of Shiva which began the day we gave this lecture (July 22nd and goes till August 19th), let us all remember always that God alone is the Guru. As it says in the Guru Gītā:ब्रह्मानन्दं परमसुखदं केवलं ज्ञानमूर्तिंद्वन्द्वातीतं गगनसदृशं तत्वमस्यादिलक्ष्यम्एकं नित्यं विमलमचलं सर्वधीसाक्षिभूतंभावातीतं त्रिगुणरहितं सद्गुरुं तं नमामि“Brahmānandam Paramasukhadam kevalam jñāna murtim…bhāvatītam trigunarahitam sad gurum tam namami”:That true guru is the bliss of Brahman, the transcendent joy of non-dual knowledge, that reality beyond all name and form, beyond the touch of the three gunas. To That we bow!ईश्वरो गुरुरात्मेति मूर्तिभेदविभागिने ।व्योमवद् व्याप्तदेहाय दक्षिणामूर्तये नमः ॥७॥I salute that Dakshinamurthy Shiva, the sky of Consciousness which appears in the form of teacher, student and transmission!May He bless us all with knowledge and devotion! We honor all teachers of all traditions who through their perfect discipleship have each of them embodied what it means to be spiritual in this world. I bow to the servants heart in all teachers who are each of them God's grace personified!Let us never forget the teaching from the Kaula Sutra:avicchinam ovalli-kramāyāta-marīci-saṅkramaṇam evaiko guruḥ  (1)tad-upalabdham eva tattvam eko devaḥ  (2)tasyaikā sahajāhambhāva-bhūmiś cicchaktiḥ  (3)There is only one Guru: the unbroken ray of transmission that flows through the lineage. There is only one God: the Reality to which one awakens (as a result of that transmission)There is only one Power: the Power of Consciousness which is the ground of the spontaneous and natural “I-sense”You can watch all our previous lectures on the Guru here:https://www.patreon.com/collection/666741Lectures happen live on zoom every Monday at 7pm PST and Friday 10am PST and Friday at 6pm PST.  There's Q&A right after the lectures. It is free and open to the public. Seeing the Lord thus boldly revealing His true greatness, normally hidden, Brahmā was astonished. For a moment he too lost his gravity and began to cry.
