Today's conversation invites us to look at karma in a very different way.My guest is Yael Eini, spiritual teacher and author of Karma Healing: Unblock Your Life on the Soul Level. In this episode, we explore what karma really is, how it shows up in our relationships, patterns, and life experiences, and how we can consciously work with it rather than feel trapped by it. Yael brings a grounded, heart-centered perspective that reframes karma as an opportunity for growth, release, and choice — not something to fear.If you've ever wondered why certain themes repeat in your life, or how to move beyond old cycles with more grace and awareness, this conversation will resonate deeply.IN THIS EPSIODE: Karma is not punishment - How karma as a way of learning, not something that rewards or punishes, but something that helps the soul evolve.Life blocks often originate on the soul level - Repeating patterns — in relationships, health, money, or purpose — may stem from unresolved karmic imprints rather than conscious choices alone. You are not here to “pay off” karma, but to heal it.Soul Fragments and how this affects us. Curses and vows from previous incarnations/lifetimes.ABOUT YAEL:Yael Eini is the developer of the Karmic Constellation method and an acclaimed teacher with more than two decades of experience. A certified family constellation teacher with a master's degree in family counseling and extensive training in energy healing, trauma work, and Somatic Experiencing, Yael lives in Israel. She works with karma and past lives, teaching clients how to "drop" karma. Dropping karma means being the creator of your own existence rather than letting the recent, distant, intergenerational, or soul-based past run your life. Sometimes it happens magically; most of the time it takes work. Karma does not change on its own.LINKS: https://www.yaeleini.comhttps://www.instagram.com/yael_eini_karma_healing/Thank you so much for listening, and thanks to my sponsors. This Episode is brought to you by: • The Sattva Collection - 10% off with code TheConsciousDiva• Birds & Beans Organic Coffee - 10% off with DIVA2025The Conscious Diva Podcast wouldn't be possible without your support! Current Energies and Seasonal Transitions: As this podcast airs, we find ourselves in June, at the very last phase of the spring season. The light of the moon is increasing, and the days are getting longer. We are at the height of the season, opening up to so much, recognizing our abundance and growth, perhaps even pulling a few weeds along the way. It's a time to acknowledge all that we've planted and what is unveiling and unfolding for the year ahead. We can now step forward a little more on this great wheel of life as we recognize our path and what we truly want to focus on. The entire year is opening up, and summer is just around the corner, a time for relaxation and enjoyment of all our hard work. I often talk about the "wild woman" of summer coming forward, as it's a season to get outside and appreciate the patience that comes with growth. We can find ourselves urging the growth to happen faster, but that can lead to frustration. Instead, it's a time to shed a few layers and embrace the fun and joy that will help us transition and truly appreciate all the work we've done. The divine feminine emerges in summer, reminding us of our growth, beauty, and the wisdom we can share. It's a time, as I like to call it, to shapeshift our body, mind, and spirit. I know I often struggle at this time of year, feeling self-conscious about my body and sometimes turning to emotional eating. It prompts me to reflect on what's underneath those urges. What's holding me back? Am I processing emotions in ways that might not be healthy, like stuffing them down with food, or through other addictions? When we avoid addressing our emotions, we often seek distractions, whether it's too much wine at night, compulsive shopping, or binge-watching Netflix. We all have our coping mechanisms for not dealing with what's going on inside us. The essence of summer brings forward the element of water and our emotions, prompting us to ask: What am I working with? What's preventing me from processing my feelings? This is the time of year when we can experience a bit more freedom in how we choose to view ourselves and our lives. How can you shapeshift your existence? What emotions tend to lead you toward those distractions? We all have them. Perhaps you find yourself caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts driven by your emotions. However, simply being outside with Mother Earth can lead to greater understanding. Summer is indeed the time to shed those layers. After all the hard work we've put in during spring, we might find ourselves doubting our capabilities as summer arrives. This self-doubt can stir emotions that cloud our minds, leading to stagnation. It's crucial to navigate this transition effectively. Last week, I discussed the concept of "midwifing" the soul, caring for it not just at the end of life, but throughout all transitions, even the smaller ones. These small transitions help us comprehend the larger shifts in our lives. By moving through the seasons and understanding our position on this great wheel, we can align ourselves with our path and honor our commitments. We promise ourselves and make these vows, believing we understand our path, only to find ourselves in a state of confusion. Often, it's our emotional body that gets in the way. However, when we allow ourselves to recognize this, I find that embracing my identity as an emotional eater allows me to love myself even more. I can breathe through it and ask myself important questions: What am I avoiding? What is it that I really need? I often use tapping techniques, which help me break free from those patterns and gain clarity so that I can realign with my path. Many times, the seeds we plant in spring lead us to new experiences that leave us feeling vulnerable. We may wonder, "Can I really do this? Is this truly me? Who am I pretending to be?" When we align with our emotions and how we're showing up, it empowers us to move forward with clarity and understanding. Even though the seasonal transition may not seem like a big deal, summer brings many changes. We can embrace a different diet, incorporating more cooling foods and adjusting how we process energy. With longer days, we have more opportunities to get outside and enjoy the fun that summer offers. Understanding seasonal transitions can provide insight into how we can navigate change. The body often resists change, so we must learn to work with it, regardless of our desires. By mastering our transitions, we prepare ourselves for larger changes in life, such as death, job changes, and family dynamics. This process is essential for caring for our souls as we journey along our paths. I currently have openings in my private Mentoring Empowered Spirit program. Show Notes Welcome to The Modern .NET Show! Formerly known as The .NET Core Podcast, we are the go-to podcast for all .NET developers worldwide and I am your host Jamie "GaProgMan" Taylor. In this episode, I spoke with Oren Eini about RavenDb, he shared some practical tips for databases (it's not just a case of "index all the things", who knew?), and we talk about the speed at which Modern .NET is evolving and how that could possibly put new developers off. Oren has a very unique perspective on Modern .NET's innovation speed, as he's been around since the beginning: "I can tell you something really frightening. I started using .NET when it was before the One release, which was C# 10, which didn't have generics. And then we got generics at 2.0 and link at 3.5 and async I think in 50 or something like that. And when you realize the pace of change is amazing. Some of the things that I'm looking at right now, we have switch expressions now and pattern matching. They allow you to write very succinct code. But I think to myself, if I was trying to learn C# right now from scratch, the scope that I would have to deal with is far larger and some of those things are really complicated" — Oren Eini So let's sit back, open up a terminal, type in dotnet new podcast and we'll dive into the core of Modern .NET. Hello everyone and welcome to The .NET Core Podcast is a podcast where we reach into the core of the .NET technology stack and, with the help of the .NET community, present you with the information that you need in order to grok the many moving parts of one of the biggest cross-platform, multi-application frameworks on the planet. I am your host, Jamie "GaProgMan" Taylor. In this episode, I talked with Oren Eini about RavenDB, why he took the time to create his own NoSql database engine, and the fact that he built it using .NET Core before it was released (back in the pre-1.0 days, when it was known as `dnx`), and some of the optimisation stories that he worked on when creating RavenDB. Along the way, we cover what the GC (or garbage collector) is, performance issues to look out for when dealing with large JSON objects, and some tips that he has for those who want to optimise their applications. Wesley Reisz talks to Oren Eini about the history of RavenDB. RavenDB is a fully transactional NoSQL Document database that implements both CP and AP guarantees at different times. During the conversation, the two discuss those CP/AP distributed systems challenges, the choice of implementation language (C#), and the current plans for RavenDB 6.0, which includes a server-side sharding implementation. Starfsfólk Hótels Borgarness sagði í vitnaskýrslu hjá lögreglu að það hefði aldrei átt við kjörgögn úr alþingiskosningunum í Norðvesturkjördæmi. Eini umgangurinn sem sést við talningarsalinn eftir að yfirkjörstjórn er farin eru starfsmenn hótelsins að ganga frá. Karl Gauti Hjaltason, sem kærði endurtalningu atkvæða í Norðvesturkjördæmi til lögreglu, segir að ákvörðun um að sekta yfirkjörstjórnina staðfesti að fyrsta talningin eigi að gilda. Allt starfsfólk New York borgar verður að láta bólusetja sig að fullu gegn kórónuveirunni á næstu dögum.

How do you manage your non-relational data? While at Techorama in Belgium, Carl and Richard talk to Oren Eini about his work with RavenDB and getting companies to really think about organizing non-relational data in a sensible way. The conversation focuses on how much relational database methodology (like normalization) has permeated thinking in development, so that we tend toward similar behavior when working on a non-relational data store. Store the objects as objects, it's going to be okay!Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/net-rocks/donations
While at the NSBConf in Brooklyn, Carl and Richard talk to Oren Eini about the latest version of RavenDB. Oren talks about the huge number of changes that have happened in version 3 of RavenDB - it's come a long way from a little transactional document store of years ago! The conversation digs into how the feature set was developed; Oren talks about digging into various customer projects to see how they have pushed his product in ways he had never considered before. The discussion also digs into other document stores, including Microsoft's recently announced Azure DocumentDB - and Oren is not that impressed, but it *is* a preview after all. Oren also talks about his views on MongoDB and what its strengths and weaknesses are. There are lots of different ways to store data, and you can pick the one that is right for you... there is no one way to do it!Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/net-rocks/donations
On the .NET Rocks! Visual Studio 2012 Launch Road Trip, Carl and Richard stopped in at the NoVa Code Camp in Reston, Virginia and talked to Oren Eini about the role of NoSQL in modern application development. Oren explores the compromises that developers make to work with relational databases - compromises that are made by reflex, with almost no thought. He makes the case that in many cases, building applications that store data in NoSQL stores (including RavenDB) are simpler, more reliable and faster to develop. So what is the role of SQL Server in this new world? Listen to find out!Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/net-rocks/donations
