Alain Scherrer è in formissima e ha scelto Palazzo Marcacci come luogo simbolo per ambientare un'intervista a tutto campo da rilasciare in esclusiva al Corriere del Ticino. «Sono stati gentili, abbiamo la possibilità di starcene nientemeno che nella sala del Municipio, dove ho lasciato un pezzo del mio cuore», afferma carico d'entusiasmo con il suo immancabile sorriso, salutando la ragazza allo sportello della cancelleria. «Credo sia passato il tempo necessario per poter rispondere alle vostre domande senza voler apparire invadente», aggiunge mentre sale le scale a passo spedito verso la stanza dove per lungo tempo ha retto il timone della Città di Locarno. Hanno visione, competenza, e soprattutto il mio successore ha un vero senso dello Stato, orientamento strategico, conoscenza profonda delle tematiche e il suo saper fare è lucido e concreto. Li vedo lavorare con serietà, e ho fiducia. È un sentimento raro, e me lo tengo stretto». Il neo sessantenne («Ma non mi sento vecchio, eh? Facciamo solo... meno giovane di prima, dai») riavvolge il nastro del tempo: «Ho cominciato a fare il sindaco proprio il giorno del mio cinquantesimo compleanno. Nove anni intensi. E se ci mettiamo anche i tempi in Municipio, sono quasi vent'anni. Vent'anni passati dentro queste stanze: riunioni interminabili, notti di scelte pesanti, migliaia di pomeriggi spesi per la Città. E, credetemi, ogni ora è stata viva».Si apre, tuttavia, una nuova fase. Più «distaccata», se si può definire così: «Sto molto bene, ho tempo per me e per la famiglia. Quando sei immerso in un ruolo istituzionale così in vista, non ti rendi conto di quanto sia totalizzante. Solo quando ti fermi capisci quanto correvi. Sono orgoglioso della mia Città. Leggo i giornali, mi rallegro quando trovo belle notizie e m'arrabbio per quelle negative, che però adesso vivo in modo differente. Oggi le decisioni sono in mano alla nuova compagine e il mio auspicio è che le sue scelte siano sempre guidate dal bene per la popolazione e non da speculazioni elettorali», esclama, citando i progetti principali che contribuiranno al rilancio di Locarno, come la riqualifica di piazza Grande e Largo Zorzi, il centro congressuale, la Rotonda, il Castello e il Museo di storia naturale. «Mi rendo conto che abbiamo avviato tanti progetti, forse troppi pensando alla forza finanziaria della Città e ciò non rende facile il lavoro a chi siede oggi nell'Esecutivo».E, a proposito di «arrabbiature», sul tavolo di Bellinzona era stata consegnata, ancora nella precedente legislatura, l'istanza di aggregazione con Lavertezzo, insieme alla collega Tamara Bettazza. Qualche settimana fa - dopo il «cambio della guardia» primaverile che ha portato Andrea Berri alla guida del piccolo Comune - colpo di scena: questi appare in foto con l'omologo Damiano Vignuta, di Gordola, voltando le spalle al «matrimonio» previsto con Locarno e avviando un altro tra i loro due Comuni. «Con tutto il rispetto per i protagonisti, questa fotografia mi ha fatto male», dice con rammarico.«Ad ogni modo il merito è stato di riaprire il dialogo, soprattutto con Losone e Minusio, che sono interlocutori preziosi. Altri, invece, sembrano solo approfittare della centralità di Locarno, rivendicano autonomia ma poi non sono capaci di gestire i progetti importanti, come è accaduto a Muralto con il nodo intermodale alla stazione. La fusione degli enti locali attorno al nucleo dell'agglomerato urbano è a mio avviso inevitabile, dato che la frammentazione rallenta lo sviluppo». Note più positive (letteralmente) per un altro capitolo importante nella vita dell'intervistato. Da due decenni, infatti, canta nel complesso «Vasco Jam». «La musica, il palco: è la mia seconda famiglia. Il gruppo ha 41 anni ed è probabilmente la cover band di Vasco più longeva di sempre. È casa mia. Noi sul palco ci divertiamo, e la gente lo sente».Sempre in ambito musicale, ecco spuntare un ulteriore tasto dolente: il ricorso di un esercente di piazza Grande contro i concerti estivi: «Mi rattrista vedere chi antepone interessi personali all'estate di Locarno. Piazza Grande è un simbolo potente. Qui sono passati nomi che hanno lasciato memoria nel mondo. Non possiamo rischiare che qualcuno rovini tutto per egoismi». L'altro pilastro della bella stagione è il Festival, la manifestazione culturale più importante a livello nazionale. Che vorrebbe anticipare la programmazione. Un'opportunità da cogliere? «La questione è delicata. Capisco l'industria cinematografica, ma anche il turismo vive di equilibri delicati. Il calendario è un incastro prezioso. Il Festival è un pilastro: Locarno grazie a questa manifestazione vive di cultura».Infine, la politica. Perché è proprio il «suo» PLR ad aver perso il quarto seggio del distretto in Gran consiglio. «Sì, anni fa avrei voluto fare un'esperienza a livello cantonale. Ma oggi non ne sono più attratto. La politica, parlo in generale, non dialoga più con la vita reale. È incompatibile con il mio modo di intendere il servizio pubblico. Manca il cuore. Manca il coraggio. Manca la coerenza. Manca la concretezza. Si preferisce apparire invece di agire, inseguire consenso invece di assumersi responsabilità. È un mondo che si racconta, ma non costruisce più. Io non ci sto. Voglio continuare a fare del bene, ma non accanto ai giochi di potere. Non come sindaco, voglio farlo come uomo. E le persone, non i ruoli, fanno la differenza».

La consecutio temporum (o concordanza dei tempi) è uno dei pilastri fondamentali della grammatica italiana. Si tratta di un insieme di regole che stabiliscono quale tempo verbale deve essere utilizzato nelle frasi subordinate in relazione al tempo del verbo della frase principale per esprimere un determinato legame temporale. La Consecutio Temporum: Esprimere Anteriorità, Contemporaneità e Posteriorità in Italiano Che Cos'è la Consecutio Temporum La consecutio temporum determina la relazione temporale tra l'azione della frase principale (o reggente) e quella della frase subordinata. Questa relazione può esprimere tre rapporti temporali fondamentali: contemporaneità (le azioni avvengono nello stesso momento), anteriorità (l'azione della subordinata avviene prima) e posteriorità (l'azione della subordinata avviene dopo). Il sistema della consecutio temporum italiano distingue principalmente tra due modalità: la concordanza con l'indicativo (per esprimere fatti reali e certi) e la concordanza con il congiuntivo (per esprimere possibilità, dubbi, desideri o dipendenze da verbi che richiedono il congiuntivo). La Consecutio Temporum con l'Indicativo Quando la frase principale ha il verbo all'indicativo, la subordinata utilizza anch'essa l'indicativo per esprimere azioni reali e concrete. La scelta del tempo dipende dal rapporto temporale tra le due azioni. Quando la Principale è al Presente Se il verbo della principale è al presente indicativo, nella subordinata si usa: Presente per la contemporaneità: "So che Maria studia in biblioteca" Passato prossimo o imperfetto per l'anteriorità: "So che Maria ha studiato ieri" / "So che Maria studiava quando l'hai chiamata" Futuro semplice per la posteriorità: "So che Maria studierà domani" Quando la Principale è al Passato Se il verbo della principale è a un tempo passato (passato prossimo, imperfetto, passato remoto, trapassato prossimo), nella subordinata si usa: Imperfetto per la contemporaneità: "Sapevo che Marco lavorava in banca" Trapassato prossimo per l'anteriorità: "Sapevo che Marco aveva lavorato fino a tardi" Condizionale passato per la posteriorità: "Sapevo che Marco avrebbe lavorato tutto il weekend" Quando la Principale è al Futuro Se il verbo della principale è al futuro semplice, nella subordinata si usa: Futuro semplice o presente per la contemporaneità: "Saprò se Giovanni arriverà in tempo" / "Saprò se Giovanni arriva in tempo" Futuro anteriore o passato prossimo per l'anteriorità: "Saprò se Giovanni sarà arrivato" / "Saprò se Giovanni è arrivato" Futuro semplice per la posteriorità: "Saprò quando Giovanni partirà" La Consecutio Temporum con il Congiuntivo Il congiuntivo si usa nelle subordinate che dipendono da verbi che esprimono opinione, dubbio, desiderio, timore, volontà, o dopo congiunzioni come "sebbene", "benché", "affinché", "prima che". La consecutio temporum con il congiuntivo segue regole precise e particolarmente importanti per comunicare correttamente in italiano. Quando la Principale è al Presente o Futuro Se il verbo della principale è al presente o futuro, nella subordinata si usa: Congiuntivo presente per la contemporaneità o posteriorità: "Spero che tu stia bene" / "Penso che domani piova" Congiuntivo passato per l'anteriorità: "Credo che Laura sia partita ieri" Quando la Principale è al Passato Se il verbo della principale è a un tempo passato, nella subordinata si usa: Congiuntivo imperfetto per la contemporaneità o posteriorità: "Pensavo che tu fossi a casa" / "Credevo che arrivasse più tardi" Congiuntivo trapassato per l'anteriorità: "Pensavo che Marco fosse già partito" Quando la Principale è al Condizionale Se il verbo della principale è al condizionale presente, nella subordinata si usa: Congiuntivo imperfetto per la contemporaneità o posteriorità: "Vorrei che tu venissi con me"

In questo articolo parliamo di un argomento che mi sta particolarmente a cuore: gli errori più comuni che sento fare spesso da chi studia l'italiano. E sapete una cosa? Anche molti italiani madrelingua cadono in questi tranelli! È arrivato il momento di sistemarli una volta per tutte. Preparate carta e penna per prendere appunti: perché stiamo per analizzare i 5 errori che potrebbero farvi sembrare un po' meno fluenti di quello che siete davvero! Scopriamoli insieme e impariamo come evitarli definitivamente. Non commettere più questi 5 ERRORI IN ITALIANO! Errore #1: "FA SENSO" - L'Influenza dell'Inglese ❌ SBAGLIATO: "Questo fa senso"✅ CORRETTO: "Questo ha senso" Perché è sbagliato? La confusione nasce dall'influenza dell'inglese "it makes sense". Molti studenti traducono letteralmente questa espressione, ma in italiano il verbo corretto è AVERE: "avere senso", che significa essere logico, ragionevole, comprensibile. Esempi corretti nell'uso quotidiano: "La tua spiegazione ha senso, ora capisco meglio" "Non ha senso arrabbiarsi per così poco" "Ha senso partire presto per evitare il traffico" "Il suo discorso non ha alcun senso" Curiosità linguistica importante: "Fare senso" in italiano esiste, ma significa "disgustare", "provocare nausea". Quindi se dite "questo cibo fa senso", state dicendo che vi fa schifo! Non proprio quello che volevate esprimere, vero? Questa differenza è cruciale per evitare malintesi imbarazzanti. Altri esempi con "fare senso" (nel significato corretto): "Quell'odore mi fa senso" (mi disgusta) "Non riesco a guardare quel film dell'horror, mi fa troppo senso" Errore #2: "GUIDO/VOLO/CAMMINO A CASA" - La Questione del Focus ❌ SBAGLIATO: "Guido a casa", "Volo a Roma", "Cammino al lavoro"✅ CORRETTO: "Vado a casa in macchina", "Vado a Roma in aereo", "Vado al lavoro a piedi" Perché è problematico? I verbi GUIDARE, VOLARE e CAMMINARE mettono l'enfasi sull'azione stessa (cosa sto facendo), a differenza di verbi come ANDARE, TORNARE, PARTIRE, che mettono l'enfasi sulla destinazione (quale luogo devo raggiungere). Dal punto di vista grammaticale queste espressioni sono tecnicamente accettabili, ma dal punto di vista semantico e dell'uso naturale della lingua, suonano innaturali agli orecchi di un madrelingua italiano. La regola pratica: Quando il focus è sulla destinazione: "Vado/Torno/Parto + destinazione + mezzo di trasporto" Quando il focus è sull'azione: "Guido/Cammino/Volo + complemento di tempo/modo/compagnia" Esempi corretti con focus sulla destinazione: "Vado a casa in macchina" (invece di "Guido a casa") "Torno in ufficio a piedi" (invece di "Cammino in ufficio") "Parto per Milano in aereo" (invece di "Volo a Milano") Esempi corretti con focus sull'azione: "Guido da tre ore senza sosta" "Cammino ogni mattina per mantenermi in forma" "Volo spesso per lavoro" Errore #3: "FORSE TU ABBIA RAGIONE" - Il Congiuntivo Mal Utilizzato ❌ SBAGLIATO: "Forse tu abbia ragione", "Probabilmente lui sia arrivato"✅ CORRETTO: "Forse tu hai ragione", "Probabilmente lui è arrivato" Perché è sbagliato? "Forse" è un avverbio di dubbio, ma non richiede il congiuntivo perché il congiuntivo si usa solo dopo espressioni che contengono un verbo principale (credo che, penso che, è possibile che, può darsi che...). La regola d'oro per non sbagliare mai: FORSE/PROBABILMENTE/SECONDO ME + INDICATIVO: "Forse piove domani", "Probabilmente arriva tardi" ESPRESSIONI DI DUBBIO (con verbi) + CONGIUNTIVO: "Può darsi che piova", "È possibile che tu abbia ragione", "Credo che sia giusto" Altri esempi corretti con avverbi: "Forse Maria arriva tardi" "Probabilmente hanno sbagliato strada" "Forse è meglio aspettare" "Secondo me dovremmo partire ora" Esempi corretti con espressioni verbali: "È probabile che Maria arrivi tardi" "Può darsi che abbiano sbagliato strada"
