We've got some more 90's inspired techno to kick off our first premiere of the day. Young techno spearheads Darzack & Oposition team up to bring the funk back to French techno with their collaboration ‘3 Things', which is jam packed with rolling basslines, tribal percussion and blasting brass samples. Théo Rocca, better known as Darzack, is a pioneer in a new generation of techno producers in France. He has previously has released on Take Hit Records, VOLPHONIE, and his Maison Beryl imprint. The young artist's debut full-length record sees the DJ/producer consolidate his musical vision across a double LP after making appearances at festivals Panoramas and Les Transmusicales and enjoying a residency at Rex Club in Paris. Across ‘Rhizom', Darzack delivers ten tracks, each created with a different collaborator, with Electric Rescue, 14Anger, ZPKF, Öspiel, Mmork and more contributing to the release. Each track displays a common theme of irresistible rhythmic grooves and intricate, detailed textures underpinned by firm industrial atmospherics. The album is a precise and direct vision of hard-hitting techno from one of the genre's finest upstarts. Positioning himself on the darkest side of techno without making the slightest concession, Darzack's thrilling musical identity is as rebellious as it is meticulous. “People on the techno circuit are often a bit too insular during the creative process, which is one aspect that I don't much enjoy… That's why I wanted to invite other artists I really like to contribute to my album. Some of them I've been dancing to since I was a teenager, like Electric Rescue; while others, who are younger, I want to support.” – Darzack ‘3 Things' showcases Darzack's ability to lean away from industrious atmospheres as he collaborates with Oposition on a funk fuelled peak time hit. Laura Needs est une jeune Dj née le 11 décembre 1990 issu d'une famille de musicien. C'est tout naturellement que Laura se passionne pour le violon à l'âge de 4 ans. Elle passera de nombreuses années au conservatoire et se dirigera vers la musique électronique. En 2015 elle collabore avec le festival BUENA ONDA et décide, Grace à de nombreuses rencontres de se lancer dans le Djing ! Quelques mois plus tard elle jouera son premier dj set au PULSE à Marseille. Elle fut contactée rapidement par le festival WE ART, afin de faire partie de leur équipe d'ambassadeurs, et continuera l'aventure avec MMX en 2017. C'est en 2019 qu'elle décide de monter son propre projet (TECHCROSS AGENCY) qui lui permettra de s'auto produire dans le club Parisien le 4 ELEMENTS, mais aussi de manager plusieurs artistes. En parallèle elle accepte le poste d'assistante dans le label RUBIK'S REKORDINGS. L'année suivante, en 2020, elle devient résidente de la web radio MIXNFUN grâce à sa techno lourde aux sonorités Acid / Indus.  Seulement un mois plus tard elle partagera le line up avec Simina Grigoriu.  Elle se consacre aujourd'hui à ses nombreux booking en private party sur Paris, et assure des passages sur FLUX Fm Berlin, Lose Control People Italie, ou encore Militia underground web radio. Elle fera aussi partie de la radio Italienne RADIO THOR ITALIA et prévois une première production 100% Laura Needs pour ce début d'année.  Suite à son succès, Laura Needs poursuit ses efforts et ne cesse de s'améliorer afin de vous faire vibrer grâce à de futurs projets production, mix et prestations live.  Elle fut invitée à jouer pour le festival en ligne TECHNO CONSECRATION, organisé par TECHNO IS OUR LIFE pour cloturér l'année 2020.   Dès 2021, elle intègre l'agence PLAY AGENCY et participe à de nombreuses prestations sur différentes radios tel que MAXXIMIXX PLAY ou encore EIBIZA.  Elle se produira au festival POURIM Tel Aviv aux cotés de grands artistes tel que ELECTRIC RESCUE, ANJA SHEINDER, WLDERZ et bien d'autres encore ... Speloncato est une commune de Balagne, l'une des dix-neuf communes du canton de Belgodère, dans l'ancienne pieve de Tuani, en limite du parc naturel régional de Corse. Elle est adhérente à la Communauté de communes de l'Île-Rousse - Balagne.Bâti sur un piton rocheux à 570 mètres d'altitude, Speloncato domine la vallée du Reginu et le littoral balanin. Insolate, is a Croatian Dj, producer, Out Of Place label owner and co-founder of event series TRAUM. She is one of the main voices of the underground music scene in Croatia and a very integrated artist in the international techno scene. Having a long list of releases under her belt, she has worked with the likes of Ben Sims, Matrixxman, Jamaica Suk, Developer, Electric Rescue, POLI and Lorenzo Raganzini and many more. At the core of her art, sit her personal drive and passion and willingness to continuously experiment. Her early influences track back to the rave and dance scene of the mid 1990s when Croatia was just recovering from the war with Yugoslavia. She discovered a variety of electronic music from cassettes and eventually started her own DJ journey in the late 90s. Around 2007, she also started producing and launched her own imprint Out Of Place in 2015 together with her partner in crime (and in life) Volster. In our chat, we talk about the importance of music in social interactions and Insolate tells us how emotions are the main driver for her creation and for approaching remixes and collaborations such as the work done spontaneously with singer Sara Renar. We also discuss how creators may want to keep pushing the boundaries and learn to produce art to fit their own taste and not exclusively that of others. On parlera également des différents projets et actu de ces deux mythes de la scène électronique française. Electric Rescue, l’élégance électronique Depuis vingt ans, Electric Rescue est un pilier de la techno made in France, actif depuis les raves originales du début des 90'. Sa réputation très solide est issue de ses productions jouées par les plus grands de Laurent Garnier son compère à Sven Väth, mais aussi de ses performances en live et dj sets dans les plus grands clubs et festivals électroniques du monde : Berghain/Panorama Bar (Berlin), The Ego (Londres), festival Astropolis (France), etc. Electric Rescue c'est l'élégance incarnée, une techno sans concession, pure et sophistiquée à la fois. Plus de quinze années qu’il fédère un public fidèle, toujours plus nombreux, voyant en lui l’une des icônes intemporelles de la techno hardcore depuis les premières free party françaises en passant par les soirées underground du collectif Heretik. Les modes passent, les générations de raveurs se succèdent, des artistes, un temps sous le feu des projecteurs, retournent à l’anonymat quand d’autres savourent d’éphémères instants de gloire. Manu, lui, a traversé tout cela sans sourciller, demeurant un musicien incontournable et restant fidèle aux musiques qu’il affectionne.
