Đâu là những lợi thế của Pháp trong mắt các nhà đầu tư công nghệ ? Phúc hay họa khi trở thành « sân sau » của những nhà cung cấp dịch vụ trong thời đại digital ? 80 % các dịch vụ tin học tại châu Âu đều phụ thuộc vào các nhà cung cấp ở Mỹ : Các data center cho phép Paris tự chủ về công nghệ kỹ thuật số với Hoa Kỳ ? Tại hội nghị kêu gọi đầu tư nước ngoài vào Pháp Choose France hôm 01/06/2026, Pháp đã nhận được hơn 90 tỷ euro : Phần lớn trong số hơn 70 dự án tập trung vào lĩnh vực trí tuệ nhân tạo và công nghiệp số. Bất chấp rất nhiều khó khăn về địa chính trị hiện tại, trong 7 năm liên tiếp, Pháp vẫn là địa điểm đầu tư hấp dẫn tại châu Âu trong mắt các nhà đầu tư quốc tế, theo thăm dò của cơ quan tư vấn EY. Trước ngày khai mạc hội nghị tập đoàn Nhật Bản Softbank đã thông báo đầu tư 45 tỷ euro tại Pháp từ nay đến năm 2031 để xây dựng các trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu data center. Nhìn xa hơn nữa Softbank cam kết đầu tư đến 75 tỷ tại Pháp để « xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng phục vụ công nghệ AI ». Sáng lập viên tập đoàn Nhật Bản này, Masayoshi Son kể lại ông đã gặp tổng thống Macron tại Tokyo hai tháng trước đây. Khi đó nguyên thủ Pháp đã hỏi nhà đầu tư này liệu có thể nhanh chóng thông báo một chương trình đầu tư vào Pháp hay không và ông câu trả lời của chủ nhân Softbank là có. Masayoshi Son giải thích với báo chí Paris là đã quyết định đầu tư 75 tỷ euro để phát triển trí tuệ nhân tạo bởi nhân loại đang « bước vào thời đại của AI. Những quốc gia có cơ sở hạ tầng cần thiết cho lĩnh vực còn rất mới mẻ này sẽ nắm giữ một vai trò then chốt trong tương lai cả về công nghiệp lẫn công nghệ và đối với nhân loại ». 352 data center sử dụng 3,2 % tiêu thụ điện trên toàn quốc Tổng thống Macron từ khi lên cầm quyền năm 2017 luôn xem thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài là một ưu tiên. Ông đã chín lần chủ trì hội nghị Choose France tại lâu đài Versailles, ngoại ô Paris, với những khách mời sáng giá nhất trong giới tài chính, công nghiệp của Hoa Kỳ, Nhật Bản, châu Âu và trước chiến tranh Ukraina cũng đã có không ít các doanh nhân Nga tham dự. Riêng năm nay, trí tuệ nhân tạo, data center, công nghệ digital … đặc biệt được quan tâm. Tháng 2/2025 với hội nghị « hành động vì AI » Emmanuel Macron đã nuôi tham vọng, với 67 triệu dân, Pháp cũng có thể trở thành một mắt xích quan trọng trong thời đại công nghệ số, và là một « trung tâm quốc tế » về AI. Sức hút các data center của Pháp   Hiện tại Pháp đã có 350 data center và mục tiêu xây dựng thêm 60 trung tâm khác nữa trên toàn quốc trong 10 năm nữa. Đó sẽ là những trung tâm có công suất ngày càng lớn cho phép Paris giải quyết cùng lúc hai vấn đề : giảm mức độ phụ thuộc vào các cơ sở hạ tầng công nghệ số của Hoa Kỳ, và đẩy mạnh các hoạt động kinh tế của Pháp. Trên con đường chinh phục các nhà đầu tư trong lĩnh vực digital, Pháp có nhiều lợi thế, mà đầu tiên hết là khả năng sản xuất điện, như giải thích của François Monnier, tổng biên tập tuần báo tài chính Investir : « Điện khí hóa là một điểm mạnh của châu Âu mà đứng đầu bảng là Pháp. Hơn nữa đây là một lĩnh vực đang phát triển rất mạnh. Để đáp ứng nhu cầu của các trung tâm quản lý dữ liệu data center thì Pháp có nhiều tập đoàn lớn rất có uy tín như là như Schneider Electric chuyên cung cấp các dịch vụ, tìm kiếm những  giải pháp năng lượng đáp ứng nhu cầu cho các tập đoàn trong lĩnh vực công nghệ số … hay là Legrand chuyên cung cấp các thiết bị điện hay tập đoàn năng lượng. Lĩnh vực trí tuệ  nhân tạo chiếm 25 % doanh thu của Legrand. Còn Axens hiện diện trong nhiều lĩnh vực từ lọc dầu, hóa dầu xử lý năng lượng tái tạo, xử lý nước ».  Antoine Fournier, chủ tịch cơ quan tư vấn Thésée DataCenter ghi nhận : Các khoản đầu tư lẽ ra đổ về những quốc gia khác ở châu Âu, như Đức hay Hà Lan đang chuyển hướng về Pháp, bởi Pháp có một vị trí địa lý « trung tâm ». Điện hạt nhân Theo lời Régis Casstané tổng giám đốc chi nhánh tại Pháp của tập đoàn Equinix (nhà cung cấp thiết bị cho các data center lớn nhất thế giới), từ 2022 giá năng lượng của Pháp rẻ hơn so với một số quốc gia khác (như là Đức phải phụ thuộc vào khí đốt của Nga), Pháp lại có các nhà máy điện hạt nhân, lá chủ bài của Pháp trong mắt các nhà đầu tư AI và data center. Bởi vì trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu là một « nguồn tiêu thụ năng lượng vô cùng lớn », cần có nhiều điện để vận hành. …   Theo thẩm định của cơ quan quốc gia Pháp về năng lượng và môi trường ADEM, tiêu thụ điện của 350 data center sẽ tương đương với mức tiêu thụ của « hơn một chục thành phố với trên 100 ngàn dân » và đó là những « cực hút đến 3 % nguồn điện trên toàn quốc ». Đáng quan ngại hơn nữa là các trung tâm data đó ngày càng lớn « ngày càng cần nhiều năng lượng để hoạt động, do vậy trong hơn 10 năm nữa, nhu cầu về điện dành riêng cho các trung tâm này sẽ tăng lên gấp 4 lần so với hiện nay ». Năm 2025, điều trần trước một ủy ban tại Hạ Viện, Eric Schmidt cựu chủ tịch tổng giám đốc Google từng kêu gọi các dân biểu Mỹ đầu tư vào cơ sở hạ tầng điện lực : « Chúng ta cần nhất hiện nay là điện và nhu cầu rất, rất lớn. Nếu quý vị cho phép nói thẳng, thì tôi xin thưa rằng, chúng tôi mong đợi Hạ Viện phát triển điện lực, bất kỳ dưới hình thức nào, đó có thể là năng lượng tái tạo, là nhiệt điện. Miễn làm sao chúng ta có khả năng đáp ứng nhu cầu tiêu thụ và phải nhanh chóng đạt được mục đích này » Điều đó cho thấy vì sao mà các « ông lớn » trong thế giới công nghệ của Mỹ đua nhau chạy sang Pháp đầu tư. Gilles Babinet, tác giả cuốn « Green AI » NXB Odile Jacob nói đến một lá chủ bài của Pháp mà cả Mỹ lẫn Trung Quốc hai siêu cường kinh tế thế giới và cũng là những bên tiên phong trong lĩnh vực công nghệ số và trí tuệ nhân tạo đều không có được : «  Không một quốc gia nào trên thế giới có 15 giga Watt mà đấy lại là điện phi carbone. Mỹ không có khả năng này, Trung Quốc cũng không. Cho nên tất cả các nhà đầu tư trên thế giới cùng nhòm ngó khối lượng điện này của Pháp ». Gauthier Roussilhe, chuyên gia về môi trường digital điều hành công ty tư vấn Hubblo, Paris, do vậy cảnh báo trước nguy cơ các ông vua công nghệ kỹ thuật số và AI trên thế giới đang muốn biến Pháp thành « sân sau » của riêng mình : « Tất cả những thông cáo rầm rộ về các chương trình đầu tư rất lớn về công nghệ số tại Pháp, trước hết là nhằm bảo đảm rằng, hiện tại và trong tương lai, các tập đoàn này có thể tận dụng tiềm lực về điện lực của nước Pháp (…) Những trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu càng lớn bao nhiêu, thì càng cho thấy trong lượng khổng lồ của các doanh nghiệp Mỹ. Softbank thực ra đã bỏ vốn đầu tư và hiện diện trong rất nhiều các tập đoàn công nghệ cao và nhất là trong các tập đoàn của Mỹ. Hệ quả hiển nhiên kèm theo là khâu quản lý các data center sau này sẽ thuộc về phía Hoa Kỳ ». Điều này dường như đã được cả sáng lập viên lẫn giám đốc tài chính tập đoàn Softbank nhìn nhận. Ông Masayoshi Son nói rõ : « Softbank bảo đảm khâu tài chính cho các dự án. Khách hàng của chúng tôi là những hyperscalers, tức là những ông không lồ trong lĩnh vực công nghệ đám mây, như là Amazon, Microsoft hay Google ». Về phần Nahoko Hoshino, giám đốc tài chính Softbank, bà chỉ hờ hững khi nhắc đến các đối tác châu Âu trong lúc đã tiến hành đàm phán với những khách hàng nặng ký là Amazon, Microsoft hay Google, Open AI. Về câu hỏi, đánh cược vào những data center có cho phép nước Pháp vực dậy kinh tế và mang lại công việc làm cho người dân hay không, giới trong ngành đồng loạt trả lời là không. Một quan chức tại thành phố La Courneuve so sánh : Với một diện tích tương đương, mở một nhà máy công nghiệp chế tạo trực thăng Eurocopter, cho phép  tạo thêm 700 công việc làm, nhưng với một trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu thì chỉ cần tuyển dụng 36 nhân viên.

rWotD Episode 3286: Sunda Strait campaign of January 1794 Welcome to random Wiki of the Day, your journey through Wikipedia's vast and varied content, one random article at a time.The random article for Sunday, 3 May 2026, is Sunda Strait campaign of January 1794.The Sunda Strait campaign of January 1794 was a series of manoeuvres and naval actions fought between warships and privateers of the French Republic and a squadron of vessels sent by the British East India Company to protect trade in the region, later augmented by Dutch warships. The campaign developed as French forces based on Isle de France reacted more quickly than the British forces in the Indian Ocean to the expansion of the French Revolutionary Wars on 1 February 1793. French privateers rapidly spread along the British trade routes in the Far East, becoming concentrated around the narrow Sunda Strait between the islands of Java and Sumatra in the Dutch East Indies. These ships were soon joined by French Navy frigates and began to inflict losses on shipping in the region. The Royal Navy forces in the Indian Ocean were deployed elsewhere and so the East India Company, the private enterprise that ruled much of British India in the 1790s and maintained their own fleet and navy, raised a squadron of armed merchant ships to patrol the Strait and drive off the raiders.The arrival of this British force on 2 January 1794 was initially a success, the squadron over-running and capturing two large and well-armed privateers on 22 January, not long after the French vessels had been beaten off during an attack on the British trading post at Bencoolen. On 24 January an action against a larger French squadron was fought in the Strait itself, but ended inconclusively and the squadrons divided, the British receiving the Dutch frigate Amazone as reinforcement. Washington đang giúp Bắc Kinh trở thành một mắt xích quan trọng của chuỗi cung ứng năng lượng toàn cầu. Chiến tranh Trung Đông là bàn đạp cho năng lượng tái tạo Trung Quốc vào lúc quốc gia châu Á này đã đi trước phương Tây về công nghệ chế tạo bình điện cho ô tô, năng lượng gió và pin mặt trời.  Cuộc chạy đua tìm nguồn năng lượng thay thế Do tác động xung đột ở Vùng Vịnh từ hôm 28/02/2026, eo biển Hormuz gần như bị phong tỏa, thế giới mất đi 1/5 năng lượng hóa thạch (dầu hỏa và khí đốt) phải đi qua « vùng chiến sự này ». Châu Á lao vào một cuộc chạy đua tìm các nguồn cung cấp thay thế cho năng lượng nhập khẩu từ Trung Đông. Bản thân Trung Quốc vỗn phụ thuộc đến 13 % của Iran và gần 50 % vào năng lượng hóa thạch từ các nước trong Vùng Vịnh, đang phải đối mặt với nguy cơ tăng trưởng sụt giảm nếu chiến tranh Trung Đông kéo dài. Bốn năm sau « khủng hoảng năng lượng » vì chiến tranh Ukraina gây nên, Liên Hiệp Châu Âu một lần nữa lại lo « khủng hoảng dầu từ Trung Đông » làm tê liệt các nhà máy, thiếu hụt nhiên liệu máy bay trước thềm mùa du lịch cao điểm của hai tháng hè. Liên minh châu Âu, Anh, Pháp hay Nhật Bản, Philippines... các chính phủ đã phản ứng trước việc giá dầu và khí đốt tăng bằng cách kêu gọi « tăng tốc tiến trình điện hóa » và phát triển hạ tầng năng lượng sạch. Kêu gọi mở rộng mạng lưới cung cấp điện gió, điện mặt trời, sử dụng ô tô điện được coi là những giải pháp đầu tiên để bớt phụ thuộc vào năng lượng hóa thạch. Châu Âu vội vàng giảm nhẹ các chuẩn mực về môi trường để quan tâm hơn đến điện hạt nhân và kể cả than đá. Tại Seoul, tổng thống Lee Jae Myung cảnh báo tương lai Hàn Quốc bị đe dọa nếu như quốc gia này « tiếp tục bị phụ thuộc vào năng lượng hóa thạch ». Thậm chí tại Irak, một quốc gia dầu hỏa thì nhu cầu trang bị pin mặt trời mà Trung Quốc là bên cung cấp độc quyền, đã tăng mạnh trong tháng 3/2026.   Sau hai tháng eo biển Hormuz bị phong tỏa, nhiều quốc gia xem năng lượng tái tạo, ô tô điện là « những giải pháp thay thế », để bảo toàn tăng trưởng. Công nghệ và năng lượng xanh trong tay Bắc Kinh Trong tất cả những lĩnh vực này, Trung Quốc đang dẫn đầu : đã chinh phục 70 % thị trường ô tô điện trên thế giới và 80 % pin mặt trời các hộ gia đình đang trang bị hiện nay là sản phẩm made in China, theo số liệu của Cơ Quan Năng Lượng Quốc Tế AIE. Chỉ riêng trong tháng 2/2026 khi căng thẳng giữa Iran với Hoa Kỳ bắt đầu leo thang, Trung Quốc xuất khẩu hơn 20 tỷ đô la « công nghệ xanh » cho thế giới. Thống kê của hải quan nước này cho thấy khối lượng ô tô điện Trung Quốc xuất khẩu trong tháng 3/2026 tăng « hơn gấp đôi » so với cùng thời kỳ năm ngoái. « Trung Quốc là bên thắng lớn » Nhà nghiên cứu về khí hậu và năng lượng tại cơ quan tư vấn của Mỹ Council on Foreign Relations David M. Hart nhận định « Trung Quốc là bên thắng lớn ».  Trả lời thông tín viên RFI tại Bắc Kinh, Cléa Broadhurst, giáo sự Đinh Nhất Phàm ( Ding Yifan) thuộc Viện Nghiên cứu Phát triển Thế giới thuộc Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Phát triển – Institute of World Development Studies giải thích thêm về thành quả Trung Quốc có được hôm nay :  « Đây là kết quả của cả một quá trình hơn 10 năm Trung Quốc tìm cách đa dạng hóa các nguồn năng lượng. Bắc Kinh vừa đa dạng hóa các nguồn nhiệt điện, vừa phát triển năng lượng xanh trọng mọi lĩnh vực. Do vậy Trung Quốc đã chuẩn bị để đối phó với mọi tình huống, kể cả trong trường hợp đột ngột mất đi một nguồn cung cấp. Bắc Kinh đã đầu tư rất nhiều để phát triển năng lượng tái tạo. Hiện nay Trung Quốc là nguồn sản xuất điện gió và điện mặt trời số 1 trên thế giới, chiếm gần một nửa năng lượng xanh sản xuất trên thế giới. Nhờ thế mà quốc gia này giảm thiểu được đáng kể những nguy cơ thiếu hụt năng lượng hóa thạch ». Nghiên cứu của đại học Oxford năm 2025 cho thấy năng lượng tái tạo giúp Bắc Kinh bớt phụ thuộc từ 50 đến 60 % vào năng lượng hóa thạch của Trung Đông. Theo cơ quan tư vấn Ember Energy, trong giai đoạn 2022 -2030 sản xuất năng lượng xanh của Trung Quốc tăng « gấp đôi ». Bản thân Trung Quốc cũng đang là một tấm gương trong lĩnh vực này : 12 % xe hơi lưu hành tại Trung Quốc là xe chạy điện, 30 % xe vận tải mới bán ra trên thị trường ở Hoa Lục không còn chạy bằng xăng hay dầu.   Cú hích cho xuất khẩu Một nhà xuât khẩu pin mặt trời tại Thanh Đảo được báo kinh tế Pháp Les Echos trích dẫn cho biết, trong tháng 3/2026 doanh thu tăng lên gấp ba lần so với một tháng trước đó. Ngay những giờ đầu khi eo biển Hormuz bị đóng cửa, Philippines vốn phải nhập khẩu đến 98 % dầu hỏa tiêu thụ nội địa, đã lập tức « ban hành tình trạng khẩn cấp năng lượng » đồng thời « tăng tốc tiến trình phát triển năng lượng xanh ». Báo tài chính Mỹ The Wall Street Journal ghi nhận, để thực hiện mục tiêu này, Manila sẽ « phụ thuộc nhiều hơn vào thiết bị của Trung Quốc ». Điều đó cũng có nghĩa là Philiipines nên nhanh chóng quên đi những tranh chấp chủ quyền biển đảo với Bắc Kinh. Thủ tướng Tây Ban Nha vừa đến Trung Quốc và một trong những hồ sơ lớn được thảo luận liên quan đến « hợp tác phát triển năng lượng xanh », « bảo đảm an toàn cho các nguồn cung cấp khoáng sản chiến lược », nguyên liệu thiết yếu cho công nghệ xanh. Bộ trưởng Kinh Tế Đức chuẩn bị đến Bắc Kinh với những mục tiêu tương tự. Trong điều kiện đó, liệu Bruxelles còn dám đòi đánh thuế ô tô điện của Trung Quốc xuất khẩu sang châu Âu hay không ? Chuyên gia người Trung Quốc Định Nhất Phàm nêu lên một khía cạnh khác cho thấy xung đột ở Trung Đông vừa thách thức Bắc Kinh nhưng cũng vừa mở ra nhiều cơ hội cho nước này. « Tàu thuyền Trung Quốc đã được phép đi qua. Ngay cả trong trường hợp eo biển Hormuz có hoàn toàn bị phong tỏa đi chăng nữa thì với các nguồn cung cấp đa dạng như với Nga, Úc hay năng lượng đi qua ngả Alaska, dây chuyền cung cấp cho Trung Quốc không sợ bị đứt quãng. Nhưng đối với các doanh nghiệp thì khác. Tập đoàn vận tải đường biển Cosco, lớn nhất thế giới chẳng hạn, đang thực sự đau đầu vì tình hình ở eo biển Hormuz. Cùng lúc một số phương tiện giao thông khác lại có lợi, chẳng hạn như chuyên chở bằng đường sắt, hệ thống xe tải trên bộ … » Một cột trụ tương lai trên bàn cờ năng lượng quốc tế ? Nhìn xa hơn, Trung Quốc đang củng cố hình ảnh của một quốc gia đáng tin cậy trên nhiều phương diện kể cả trong vai trò một nhà cung cấp năng lượng đáng tin cậy, bao gồm cả các nước trong Vùng Vịnh. Chuyên gia Trung Quốc về khu vực này thuộc Đại học ngoại ngữ Chiết Giang, Mã Hiểu Lâm (Ma Xiaolin), phân tích với RFI : « Không loại trừ khả năng chiến tranh Trung Đông là bệ phóng cho công nghệ của Trung Quốc, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực trí tuệ nhân tạo, siêu dữ liệu, điện toán hiệu năng cao... Các Tiểu Vương Quốc Ả Rập Thống Nhất đang muốn phát huy các lĩnh vực này.  Năm ngoái, Abou Dabi đã đầu tư rất nhiều vào Mỹ để xây dựng các trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu. Nhưng với những thay đổi trong chính sách đối ngoại của Hoa Kỳ, với những xáo trộn ở Trung Đông và nhất là sau vụ Iran phá hủy những trung tâm xử lý dữ liệu của Amazone và Oracle, Các Tiểu Vương Quốc Ả Rập Thống Nhất có thể sẽ đẩy mạnh hướng hợp tác với Trung Quốc về công nghệ cao ». Công nghệ xanh và khoáng sản chiến lược Không có khoáng sản hiếm thì không có công nghệ xanh. Hiện tại, Trung Quốc đang kiểm soát đến 90 % xuất khẩu đất hiếm. Cả Mỹ cũng phải phụ thuộc vào đối tác châu Á này. Vừa có nguyên liệu, vừa làm chủ công nghệ chế tạo từ bình điện ô tô đến xe hơi, từ những tấm pin mặt trời đến công nghiệp chế tạo cánh quạt để tạo ra năng lượng gió. Thông tín viên Cléa Broadhurts từ Bắc Kinh nói đến thế áp đảo của Trung Quốc ở nhiều cấp độ khác nhau. « Giá đất hiếm tăng mạnh, nhu cầu về năng lượng tái tạo bùng nổ. Trung Quốc củng cố vị thế chiến lược ở nhiều cấp độ. Trước hết, liên quan đến đất hiếm. Đây là những kim loại thiết yếu trong công nghệ điện gió, cũng không thể thiếu để chế tạo bình điện ô tô hay xe điện. Trên tất cả những lĩnh vực này Trung Quốc đều chiếm thế thượng phong và nhất là đang kiểm soát phần lớn dây chuyển sản xuất. Việc giá cả tăng 45 % là tín hiệu mạnh. Lý do là Trung Quốc vừa hạn chế xuất khẩu vừa đang đối phó với căng thẳng ngày càng lớn với Washington. Mỹ muốn bảo đảm các nguồn cung cấp về khoáng sản chiến lược. Ngoài ra Bắc Kinh còn được hưởng lợi từ khan hiếm năng lượng toàn cầu. Chiến tranh Trung Đông gây xáo trộn trên thị trường dầu hỏa và khí đốt, như thể đang tạo đà cho năng lượng tái tạo. Nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới và người tiêu dùng tư nhân đang hướng về năng lượng mặt trời, năng lượng gió và bình điện để thay thế. Trung Quốc đang dẫn đầu trên tất cả những phương diện đó. Phần lớn pin mặt trời trên thế giới là do Trung Quốc sản xuất, bình điện hay ô tô điện cũng vậy. Hệ quả là kim ngạch xuất khẩu của Trung Quốc trong các lĩnh vực này tăng nhanh. Đối với nhiều quốc gia, giảm phụ thuộc vào năng lượng hóa thạch có nghĩa là phải chấp nhận để lệ thuộc vào thiết bị của Trung Quốc. Đây là một sự thay đổi thầm lặng. Chuyển đổi năng lượng cũng đang làm thay đổi tương quan lực lượng giữa Trung Quốc với phần còn lại trên thế giới. Chưa chắc đây sẽ là một mối quan hệ sẽ cân đối hơn ». Sau hai tháng chiến sự tại Trung Đông, Trung Quốc cũng như phần còn lại trên thế giới đương nhiên mong thị trường dầu, khí hạ nhiệt. Chỉ có các quốc gia phải nhập khẩu năng lượng thì đang chuyển từ tình trạng « phụ thuộc vào năng lượng hóa thạch » mà các nước Vùng Vịnh đến nay là một đối tác quan trọng bậc nhất, sang thế phụ thuộc vào Trung Quốc. Giới trong ngành nói đến một « cuộc cách mạng đang hình thành trên bàn cờ năng lượng quốc tế », có lợi cho Bắc Kinh. Chiến tranh Iran mà Mỹ và Israel khởi động là bệ phóng cho ngành công nghệ xanh của đối thủ quan trọng nhất trong mắt Washington.

À l'occasion de la COP30, la caravane fluviale Iaraçu remonte le fleuve Amazone de Manaus à Belém avec, à son bord, des spécialistes des forêts tropicales. Une formidable aventure scientifique pour échanger entre experts et avec les communautés locales sur les meilleures stratégies pour préserver l'Amazonie, les forêts du Bassin du Congo et d'Asie du Sud-Est. (Rediffusion du 14 novembre 2025)   Après huit jours de navigation sur les eaux tumultueuses de l'Amazone, la caravane fluviale Iaraçu est arrivée à Belém en Amazonie brésilienne. Parti de Manaus, le 28 novembre, ce bateau bleu et blanc à trois étages a embarqué à son bord une vingtaine de scientifiques, venus partager leurs savoirs entre eux et avec les communautés locales au rythme des escales. Nous avons eu la chance de vivre cette aventure organisée par l'IRD, l'Ambassade de France au Brésil et le Centre franco-brésilien de la biodiversité en Amazonie. Chaque matin, en ouvrant la porte de notre cabine, le spectacle était magique. La forêt amazonienne défilait sur les rives ponctuées de maisons colorées sur pilotis. L'Amazonie impressionne par son immensité : 4 millions de km² répartis sur neuf pays, soit l'équivalent de la superficie de l'Europe. Elle émerveille aussi par sa biodiversité exceptionnelle, avec près de 120 000 espèces animales et plus de 40 000 espèces végétales recensées. Mais les forêts du Bassin du Congo et de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée possèdent, elles aussi, une extraordinaire diversité de vie, tout aussi précieuse et spectaculaire. Les stratégies à défendre à la COP30 pour protéger l'ensemble de ces forêts tropicales étaient au cœur de nombreuses discussions à bord. Nous vous emmenons dans le nord-est du Brésil sur la caravane fluviale scientifique Iaraçu qui remonte le fleuve Amazone de Manaus à Belém avec une vingtaine de scientifiques à bord. Au rythme des escales, des hydrologues, des géologues, des archéologues échangent avec les populations amazoniennes sur le changement climatique, les pollutions ou la préservation des forêts. L'objectif est de renforcer les liens entre la science et la société pour alimenter les discussions à la COP30. (Rediffusion du 13 novembre 2025) Une vingtaine de scientifiques a embarqué à bord d'une caravane pas comme les autres : la caravane fluviale Iaraçu. Ils sont Brésiliens, Français, Congolais et Gabonais. Leur mission ? Remonter le fleuve de Manaus à Belém, à la rencontre des communautés locales, les Ribeirinhos, pour les écouter, partager leurs savoirs, et surtout porter leurs voix jusqu'à la COP 30. Souvenirs d'une jeunesse en Amazonie En 1979, Irène a 24 ans. Elle a tout pour être heureuse et pourtant... Elle part avec des carnets, un enregistreur et un appareil photo à l'autre bout du monde tel qu'elle le connaît déjà. Direction l'Amazonie péruvienne, chez le peuple maihuna. Elle y passera 5 ans, à se perdre, à s'oublier, à se faire peur et surtout à se trouver une raison d'être et de vivre. De cette époque, elle a tout enregistré : les cérémonies d'ayahuasca, la forêt mélodieuse, l'apprentissage de la langue maihunki aujourd'hui presque disparue, la rencontre pas à pas avec celles et ceux qui voudront bien d'elle et finiront même par l'aimer, les contes et mythologies oubliés et la mélancolie d'être si loin des siens parfois. Pourquoi et comment est-elle partie, pourquoi et comment est-elle revenue ? J'ai grandi avec ces questions. Et si je connais très bien l'Irène d'ici qui est aussi ma mère, j'ai toujours rêvé de rencontrer l'Irène de la Jungle. De COP30 is een klimaattop onder een slecht gesternte, met veel kritiek over bijvoorbeeld de locatie - midden in het regenwoud- en over de afwezigheid van de VS. En dan brak er ook nog eens brand uit. Maar er zijn ook veel mensen aanwezig die positief gestemd zijn.  Thomas Spekschoor en Sven Schaap van de NOS-klimaatredactie zochten voor deze podcast verschillende kampen op de top op die hard bezig zijn de wereld vooruit te helpen. En soms met succes.  Zo is er een Amerikaanse zogenoemde 'coalition of the willing', met als uithangbord de gouverneur van Californië Gavin Newsom. Daarnaast wordt er hard gewerkt om de regenwouden en de inheemse bevolking van Amazone-landen te beschermen. À l'occasion de la COP30, la caravane fluviale Iaraçu remonte le fleuve Amazone de Manaus à Belém avec, à son bord, des spécialistes des forêts tropicales. Une formidable aventure scientifique pour échanger entre experts et avec les communautés locales sur les meilleurs stratégies pour préserver l'Amazonie, les forêts du Bassin du Congo et d'Asie du Sud-Est.   Après huit jours de navigation sur les eaux tumultueuses de l'Amazone, la caravane fluviale Iaraçu est arrivée à Belém en Amazonie brésilienne. Parti de Manaus, le 28 novembre, ce bateau bleu et blanc à trois étages a embarqué à son bord une vingtaine de scientifiques, venus partager leurs savoirs entre eux et avec les communautés locales au rythme des escales. Nous avons eu la chance de vivre cette aventure organisée par l'IRD, l'Ambassade de France au Brésil et le Centre franco-brésilien de la biodiversité en Amazonie. Chaque matin, en ouvrant la porte de notre cabine, le spectacle était magique. La forêt amazonienne défilait sur les rives ponctuées de maisons colorées sur pilotis. L'Amazonie impressionne par son immensité : 4 millions de km² répartis sur neuf pays, soit l'équivalent de la superficie de l'Europe. Elle émerveille aussi par sa biodiversité exceptionnelle, avec près de 120 000 espèces animales et plus de 40 000 espèces végétales recensées. Mais les forêts du Bassin du Congo et de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée possèdent, elles aussi, une extraordinaire diversité de vie, tout aussi précieuse et spectaculaire. Les stratégies à défendre à la COP 30 pour protéger l'ensemble de ces forêts tropicales étaient au cœur de nombreuses discussions à bord. Nous vous emmenons dans le nord-est du Brésil sur la caravane fluviale scientifique Iaraçu qui remonte le fleuve Amazone de Manaus à Belém avec une vingtaine de scientifiques à bord. Au rythme des escales, des hydrologues, des géologues, des archéologues… échangent avec les populations amazoniennes sur le changement climatique, les pollutions ou la préservation des forêts. L'objectif est de renforcer les liens entre la science et la société pour alimenter les discussions à la COP30. Une vingtaine de scientifiques a embarqué à bord d'une caravane pas comme les autres : la caravane fluviale Iaraçu. Ils sont Brésiliens, Français, Congolais et Gabonais. Leur mission ? Remonter le fleuve de Manaus à Belém, à la rencontre des communautés locales, les Ribeirinhos, pour les écouter, partager leurs savoirs, et surtout porter leurs voix jusqu'à la COP 30. En première partie, direction l'Allemagne, la capitale doit faire rapidement le nécessaire pour s'adapter aux effets du changement climatique. En deuxième partie, direction le Pérou, à Iquitos, où les riverains du fleuve Amazone subissent les dégâts du changement climatique (sécheresse, inondations). Comme d'autres grandes villes dans le monde, la capitale allemande et ses quatre millions d'habitants doit faire vite pour s'adapter aux effets du changement climatique.  La municipalité a donc adopté un nouveau concept : celui de la « ville-éponge ». Il s'agit de permettre à la terre d'absorber l'eau. Ou bien de la collecter pour la rendre ensuite disponible en période de sécheresse.  Depuis 2018, pour chaque nouvelle construction, plus aucune goutte de pluie ne doit partir dans les canalisations. La pêche, l'agriculture, le transport, l'éducation, la santé, le logement… pas un secteur n'échappe à ces chamboulements, faute de plan d'adaptation des autorités, les habitants tentent de faire face au jour le jour. Nous sommes en 1542, au cœur de l'Amérique du sud. Deux conquistadors, Gonzalo Pizarro et Francisco de Orellana, tentent de trouver une nouvelle route vers l'Inde, au-delà de la gigantesque barrière des Andes. Leur quête se terminera par un échec et les contacts avec les populations indigènes seront la plupart du temps sanglants. En quête d'un mythique Eldorado, les conquistadors rencontrent de farouches guerrières et baptise l'immense fleuve sur lequel ils naviguent « Amazone ». L'Amazone qui draine 40 % du continent sud-américain. Le fleuve prend sa source dans les Andes, traverse le Pérou, la Colombie et le Brésil, et se jette dans l'océan Atlantique au niveau de l'équateur.
