Welcome back listeners! Back on the air after a lengthy break your host Michael Martinz presents the new and improved "Martinz ELEVATED Review" broadcasting early this morning from a chilly wintery day in south central, British Columbia. In today's program we welcome back our friend and conspiracy analyst Vincent Gircys to have a frank and realistic discussion about the events which have taken place in Canada since we last spoke. Vincent was a former member of the Ontario Provincial Police. His 32 years of service included a number of duties throughout his career. From Emergency Response Team deployments to the Forensic Reconstruction of hundreds of cases. Having conducted over 4000 investigations he retired having received the Police Exemplary Service Medal. Having retired in 2016, the onset of the Covid era became highly suspicious to Vincent and he began investigating the many inconsistencies. He spoke out publicly and actively denounced the unlawful actions of government overreach resulting in arrest warrants against him and the freezing of his bank accounts. He was successful in obtaining a Superior court decision (The Mosely Decision) that determined the government overreach of the Emergency Measures Act was unlawful. He is now suing the government and those responsible in a civil action. For those of you who have not heard the previous episodes which feature Vincent, I highly suggest you give Episodes 48, 52, 63, 74, 98, and 125 a listen. Enjoy!

My guest this week is Vincent Gircys, a 32-year veteran of the Ontario Provincial Police who was unjustly treated by misguided police operations during the Covid fiasco. He describes his entry into the OPP in 1982 and the violations of the Charter and the Canadian Bill of Rights by government agencies and police forces that he observed during the lockdowns and the period of mask and vaccine mandates . . . and particularly during the Freedom Convoy and the unprecedented and unjustified use of the Emergency Measures Act.Learn more about Vincent Gircys at: https://police4freedom.caor on his Twitter page: https://twitter.com/VGircysTo contribute to the legal costs of his lawsuit, contact:info@lobergector.com 403-457-6680

Documents recently obtained under FOIPOP by associates of Jeremy Mackenzie, Canada's number one Enemy of The State, have begun to be analyzed and show an alarming level of malfeasance on the part of the Canadian Government and its security services, The RCMP and CSIS, as well as the media, and a state funded activist group called The Canadian Anti-Hate Network (CAHN). Voice of GO(r)D is joined by Toronto based Lawyer and independent journalist Caryma Sa'd, who has reviewed these very recently released documents, and with Elisa Hategan, another victim of CAHN and their penchant for smear campaigns, has drafted a deep expose and summary of this nexus where agents of the security state met a government incentivized to engage in a witch hunt by a client group driven by toxic identity politics, whom have afforded themselves illegitimate credentials as 'experts'. In essence, everything you read in the media about Diagolon, Coutts, and the rationale behind the invocation of The Emergency Measures Act, was high level misinformation, grossly so, and built on a pack of lies. The report/expose is a damning indictment of everyone involved, and is worth your time to read; in a normally functioning political culture heads would roll because of it. This is, however, Justin Trudeau's Canada, and democracy ain't what it used to be. And all of this with the backdrop of political prisoners in Alberta, and the current and ongoing trials of Tamara Lich and Chris Barber, who were prominent leaders of the Ottawa component of The Freedom Convoy Read the Expose here - https://static1.squarespace.com/static/64febd50f4fd8674296b61ae/t/6500bae1dced033b736564a4/1694546659244/The+HateGate+Affair.pdf https://crier.co/the-hategate-affair-unmasking-canadas-hate-industry/ You can read all of the released documents here yourself - https://truthpedia.ca/the-diagolon-files.html Follow this unfolding story - http://hategate.ca/ You can find Caryma on Twitter - https://twitter.com/carymarules If you want to find out more about Political Prisoners in Canada, I have recorded two podcasts and written extensively on the matter. https://www.newsweek.com/justin-trudeaus-political-prisoners-opinion-1812866 https://autonomoustruckers.substack.com/p/regime-stenography-and-the-maple https://open.spotify.com/episode/17bFkaB7NAiNErJc2eBzaS?si=f37bbe4096b24350 https://open.spotify.com/episode/5G7xofPQYCgaD0xEaYLf5t?si=7680ad9ddef7497e If you want to help with legal defense for the Coutts Men, please donate here - https://www.givesendgo.com/G9HX4 Feel free to contact the show - gordilocks@protonmail.com Subscribe to my Substack - https://autonomoustruckers.substack.com/
East Coast Canadian came up with the title and it was just too good not to use. As you may have surmised, much is afoot in the Empire of Diagolon lately as the empire strikes back and the kvetching is truly remarkable to witness. The entire Diagolon-terror narrative has been exposed as nothing more than the fantasies of a drunk high school teacher and Toronto Pride homosexual as the RCMP and CSIS could not substantiate any of the claims made, and advised the government as such. The Government enacted the Emergency Measures Act anyway. #HateGate and #BanCAHN have been trending for two days, keep it going. Besides that, I'll probably make fun of Rachel Gilmore for about 88 minutes and fourteen seconds.
When is a protest no longer a protest? We ask this today in light of our PM saying he believes Chinese citizens should have the right to protest, while many in Canada feel that the right to protest was taken away when he invoked the Emergency Measures Act. It's my search for common ground... And it's your call. Join me live on www.BlastTheRadio.com weekdays at 2pm ET
Today Lowell wants to know how you feel about the complete lack of leadership at all levels of government and policing during the convoy? The inquiry into the use of the Emergency Measures Act is revealing that there clearly was none. Anywhere. Also... We ask what do you think should happen to school workers who choose to walk off the job on Friday despite new legislation that makes that illegal. Should they be fined? Docked pay? Fired? Three topics on the table today - firstly, should Doug Ford testify at the inquiry into the use of the Emergency Measures Act, even though that law is that of, and was imposed by, the federal government? Also… When asked WHO stayed in the $6,000 per night room in London for five nights, the PM responded by announcing he had more cheques for Canadians. And… Lowell continues to see empty OC Transpo buses, one after another, driving through residential neighbourhoods at night. With OC Transpo running an $85 million deficit, is there not a better plan we can put in place? Is there not a better plan that should have been put in place pre-pandemic? NDP leader Jagmeet Singh says he will continue to support the Liberal government even if it is determined that they broke the law when using the Emergency Measures Act. Today we ask your thoughts on Singh, he support of the government despite Canadians having voted for a minority government and certainly not an NDP/LIB coalition. Today Lowell expresses his disgust for the things he's hearing in some of the testimony at the inquiry regarding the use of the Emergency Measures Act. From the police to the province to the MP's to the Prime Minister to the mayor to our city council… Nowhere was there any semblance of a leader. Lowell is live weekdays at 2pm ET on www.BTRradio.com and at www.LowellGreen.com

Today Lowell suggests that Justin Trudeau is the most dangerous person in Canada. Who actually decides whose bank account is frozen? Under what parameters? Can we not freeze the bank accounts of anyone who opposes the Liberal government? Talk show hosts? Members of other political parties? None of the actions taken to remove protestors from the streets of Ottawa required the Emergency Measures Act. None. Lowell says he has every confidence that the PMO are behind his and Rob Snow's firing from their successful shows at CFRA. We hear from you and get your feelings on this frightening move by our government.
