THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS BETWEEN ISRAEL AND HEZBOLLAH Libby Znaimer is joined by Dr. Elliot Tepper, a professor of International Relations at Carleton University and Phil Gurski, President and CEO of Borealis Threat and Risk Consultants and a former strategic analyst at CSIS. First it was pager explosions followed by a wave of walkie talkie explosions. And, just yesterday, we were getting reports that Israel has commenced a small scale incursion of ground troops into Southern Lebanon. Could a small scale mission by troops lead to a larger scale one? And, how far does Nasrallah's death set back the terror group that has been firing rockets at Israel for months?
