  Declassification of Records Concerning the Assassinations of President John F. Kennedy – The White House Declassified CIA Donald Heath memo: 104-10103-10024.pdf The President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection | National Archives On January 23, President Trump issued an Executive Order for a creation of a plan to release JFK files. Why do we need a plan to release the documents? This is concerning to JFK researchers. Under Biden's 'plan', withheld JFK records wouldn't be released until the 2040's. Withheld JFK records are not limited to the collection of JFK files held by the archives. Larry wrote a letter to the White House Council, informing the council of the larger scope of JFK files. There are records not in the known JFK collection that should be searched for & disclosed. When the ARRB was shut down due to lack of Congress funding, several searches were underway. The ARRB entered an agreement with the CIA & National Archives to continue searching for files. The National Archives was responsible for supervising these searches, this ended with ARRB's closure. Bobby Kennedy had taken records from the White House very shortly after JFK's assassination. Could these files that Bobby removed from the Oval Office be related to Cuba? Before being shut down the ARRB had been negotiating with RFK's family trust to release RFK's files. The ARRB promised not to have Bobby's files included in the 'assassination' files. Sheridan was RFK's right hand man, working for NBC to undermine the Garrison investigation. When the ARRB requested Sheridan's files from the JFK Library, the library sent the files to NBC. The ARRB tried to sue Walter Sheridan's estate to try to get these records back. Case died with ARRB. In Carlos Marcello's recorded conversations to cell mate & FBI agent, does he admit to guilt in murder? Why haven't these recordings been heard? Where are the transcripts to review? Transcripts from another Marcello's sting that were released caused confusion within the ARRB. The FBI announced they have mysteriously 'discovered' 2400 new JFK records? How is this possible? Larry's court case against the National Archives exposed to him that the NSC has hijacked the process. Trump's administration offered early retirement for CIA officials. Will new staff comply with release? President Trump just fired 150 people from the NSC. Will the changing of the guard make a difference? Remaining unreleased RFK files are mainly files from the LAPD & LA District Attorney. The RFK files are not beholden to any particular statute like the JFK Act. The are MLK files are in the possession of the federal government & local government in Memphis. Supposedly a plan was submitted for release of files on Feb. 7th, with coverage from WCAB radio. Statutes do not stipulate that files can't be released until everyone mentioned in file is deceased. In efforts to stop records from being released, Congress denies requests if people are still living. We need someone representing the public interest involved in the release of the JFK files. There needs to be a public committee formed to help facilitate & supervise this entire process. Why does the National Security Council insist releasing JFK documents is AGAINST public interest? CIA officials conducted a private investigation into the Cuban exiles associated with the assassination. The JFK investigation isn't just a historical event, current policies were created based on false events. To avoid FOIA requests, Hillary Clinton & others use private servers, apps etc. to communicate. Deed of Gifts & IRS tax records are not currently included in Trump's Executive Order. The Manchester notes will not be released until 2067 under current legislation. We will see over the next couple of weeks if the JFK files will be released! Watch this carefully!

The truth about John Lennon’s assassination is very sinister & makes Len feel very uncomfortable. Mark David Chapman shot John Lennon, sat down & started reading a book? Odd behaviour! When we were in the recent illegal lock downs, David took on the Lennon researching project. David finds Black Op Radio a great inspiration & appreciates Len's hard work exposing truth. During the Spring of 2020, David was listening to an episode where Jose Perdomo was mentioned. The name Jose Perdomo is also connected to the JFK assassination, intriguing David's curiosity. David started to research Jose Perdomo, the doorman of the Dakota when Lennon was murdered. Fairly quickly David discovered that the two Jose's were not the same individual. People thought the Jose Perdomo at the Dakota was the CIA Cuban in Operation 40. Not so. As he researched, David’s notes started to add up & he decided it was time to publish his research. David needed to know if Perdomo was involved in Lennon's assassination. Was he a collaborator? John Lennon took out a billboard with the message 'War Is Over If You Want It To'. David was 14 when John Lennon was killed, not a major fan, it wasn't a pivotal moment in his youth. Once David saw Oliver Stone's movie 'JFK' in the theatre, came out of the theatre & red pilled! David never considered the John Lennon assassination as a CIA operation, considered the case closed. David was finding many discrepancies with the details surrounding the case, fuelling his curiosity. John & Yoko had been out mixing one of her songs before driving back to their home at the Dakota. There were four people at the crime scene, John, Yoko, Mark & the Dakota doorman, Jose Perdomo. Police reports state John was shot four times in the back as he walked through the Dakota parking lot. Mark believes he shot John in the back four times with a .38. Yoko has never gone into great detail about John's murder, never stating she saw Mark shoot John. Why haven't the authorities ever released the statements made by Jose Perdomo? The only witness left, is Mark David Chapman himself. What does he remember? David reached out to the surgeon & nurses who treated John Lennon at the Roosevelt Hospital. Dr. Stephen Lynn tried to deceive the public, stating he'd been the one operating on John. Lies. Dr. David Halleran was the surgeon that treated John Lennon, not Lynn. Dr. Hallernan & nurses confirm that John Lennon was shot four times in chest, 3 exit holes in the back. A professional must have performed the assassination as bullets were in a tight, professional grouping. There were ER reports & a stick figure drawing of John's wounds, however these went missing. Now when Len thinks of Mark David Chapman, he thinks of Sirhan Sirhan. It's the same situation. Why do doctors & nurses have different accounts than the media as to what had happened to John? Lead detective Ron Hoffman admits to doing a shoddy investigating, giving his files to Whelan. Journalists were reporting that there were rumours of a second shooter! How did John get from the driveway, into the back office, where he was found face down by the police. Mark wasn't a big fan of The Beatles, claims that he was obsessed are lies, he liked alternative rock. At the age of 16, Mark got into LSD. Who was his source? Mark went from stoner music guy, to a religious zealot within a matter of weeks. Mark became surrounded by a Southern Baptist group with military intelligence connections. Mark was hypnotized & gas lit to make him feel as if he was possessed by demons! Mark had a stint working at the YMCA in 1975 where he was sent to Lebanon during wartime. After the attacks of September Eleventh, the Family Steering Committee for the 9/11 Independent Commission lobbied for a credible account of what happened without preconceptions about its ultimate finding. The government stonewalled for 14 months, then created the 9/11 Commission. Its senior staff produced an outline of the inquiry's Report, prescribing what it would conclude prior to the investigation. The families presented over a thousand questions for the inquiry to investigate. Yet only nine percent were addressed, others glimpsed, and seventy percent ignored. In Unanswered Questions, by delving into their press releases, Ray McGinnis introduces readers to behind-the-scenes struggles of the families to keep the inquiry on track. Drawing from mainstream sources, he explores some of the unanswered questions the Commission omitted in its Report. While there is no consensus among the families regarding the Report, McGinnis shows readers why the Commission's findings, instead of being definitive, are dubious. There were myriad oddities in the conduct of its investigation. And the Commission's Report, by what it ignores, raises more disturbing questions. Two decades after the attacks, McGinnis agrees that the way to honor those who died is to become acquainted with the September Eleventh families' unanswered questions - and why they still matter.
