It's a true Throwback Thursday as I encourage you with some advice from my childhood! With all of the anger and ugliness of this world, I think we could all benefit from connecting with other people in the simplest way.Music: For Love by Jeff Kaale
Why is it so hard to ask for help? We all need it; we all give it, so how can we get over the hump and ask for the help we need?Music: For Love by Jeff Kaale
Peter Nygard is an infamous Winnipegger who used his money, and power for his own sick and twisted greed and fulfillment. He is often referred to as the Canadian Jeffery Epstein, due to his vast sexual based assaults, the fact that he had many high status friends and colleagues (ranging from former U.S. President George Bush, Actor Sean Connery, Former Prime Ministers Jean Chretein, and Brian Mulroney, world famous pop star Michael Jackson, and more), but primarily the way he used the Caribbean Islands of the Bahamas as his own personal playground for pedophilia, rape, and made his own ‘paradise' for his friends and business associates to join in. This is the longest case that we've discussed thus far on Girl, You Haven't Heard?? as his heinous acts discussed go back as early as 1979; and so it has to be a multiple episode segment. In the third and final part, we discuss everything that led up to the eventual downfall of Peter Nygard, the many lawsuits filed against him in New York -including the one filed by two of his own sons-, the F.B.I. raid on his New York and L.A. offices, his varying U.S. and Canada based charges, the complicity of the Winnipeg Police Service in nurturing this abuser, and we round out the case with my thoughts. This was a long case, with many different moving parts. I would love to hear your thoughts on what we discussed in this episode, and the other two episodes about Peter Nygard as well! It can be so hard to say no to things sometimes, especially good things, but the fact is, we can't do everything, so we have to learn to say no. This is something I've been thinking about a lot lately and wanted to be really vulnerable and share with you, my struggles with saying no so you can be encouraged on your own journey!Music: For Love by Jeff Kaale

It's been 84 years, but Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are not letting Clayton walk them out on their way to recapping the finale episodes of The Bachelor! We did a first this week and watched live at a bar in New York—and ran into Sanjana's favorite Bachelor alum! We do our best to wade through this dumpster fire of a finale and surprise, suprise—much like Gabby, Rachel, and Susie are very different women—we all have very different opinions on how it all ended. We can only be united by our hatred for Clayton. We end this episode with a little announcement and want to thank all of you for tuning in every week!Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are diving into a dormant volcano, but it feels active because they are recapping the eruption that was this week's Women Tell All and Fantasy Suites episodes of The Bachelor. They start off with the WTA and it turns out maybe the gaggle of women were bigger bullies than Shanae this season (no, no, she was definitely a bully). It was hard to hear over the constant yelling, so we pivot to the Fantasy Suites, where we only really talk about one thing. And that's because it was repeated three times over! But Clayton makes the fatal flaw of not editing your material based on your audience, and we discuss the hot topic of the Susie fallout. Moral of the podcast, stand your ground ladies! And if a douche canoe escorts you out because of it, then keep driving and don't look back.Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
This week, Sam and Sanjana take over Rose Watch without the watchful gaze of their cynic, their Producer Lauren and AP Monty! They break down this week's episode by dissecting the Sarah vs Mara feud, Sarah's new and temporary villain status, Rachel's unstoppable "melting" and more, while also diving into discussions about femininity, respect, and scrutinizing Mike Fleiss' recent tweets and trying to piece together how the rest of this season could potentially play out. Will there even be a final rose given out? Where to find us: Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Theme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are meeting at the clock tower to recap another episode of The Bachelor. We're relieved to finally bid Shanae adieu, but now that she's gone, we can't help but wonder, has Clayton been the problem all along? The next stop on this Bachelor cruise is Croatia, where the group date has the women going into "beast mode." Mara continues to have beef with Sarah, and we think Mara would be happier on a reboot of the Donna Reed Show than on The Bachelor. And it seems like Clayton prefers his women in tears of melting on him, he's all liquid, baby!Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam and Grace are coming to you from Fort Rose Watch to recap yet another episode of The Bachelor. We get a much needed (if brief) break from the Shenae drama and actually get to focus on some of the other women this episode. Serene and Gabby's one-on-ones lead to us discussing whether we also smashed fireflies on our faces. Our sorry lack of knowledge during the roast forces Sanjana out of hiding to fight for Russell Peters' good name. And Rachel brings sexy baby voice back, but it needs to go back down for a nap. We hope the two-on-one ends up with both women going over the Falls, because there is only one Meryl Streep, and it's neither Shenae nor Genevieve.Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam, Sanjana, and Grace crash a stranger's barbecue before recapping the latest episode of The Bachelor! Sam's dreams are slowly inching her closer to an inevitable appearance in the Bach franchise. We didn't think we would have to watch another two hours of Shenae shrimp content, and babe, we're full. We say adios to Elizabeth before taking an international trip to exotic Houston, Texas. And Rachel comes out of nowhere to crash land onto Clayton's heart. The group date brings back mandatory tackling with The Bachelor Bowl and Jesse Palmer is finally able to put himself to use. Of course Shenae crashes the group date and throws a trophy, because even when she is a loser, she's a winner? We are doing our best to get #sponsored, and unfortunately Sanjana misses her date with destiny with a one Chester Cheetah...Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam, Sanjana, Grace, and Lauren are finally reunited and are sexy slow running into the third episode of The Bachelor! We start off with the always cringy confessional group date and wonder why the hell are past cast members running this therapy sesh. Scavenger hunt and Van Gogh are two things we never thought we'd say together, but Sarah and Clayton's one-on-one makes the impossible happen! The Baywatch group date can't be saved by the red outfits, and Shanae is left floundering. Battle lines are drawn in the Elizabeth and Shanae shrimp finasco and Clayton must step in as the TV dad and give them a stern talking-to next week.Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
This week, Sam and Grace are coming at you from Rose Watch's bougie yacht to recap another episode of the Bachelor! ABC finally puts their money to good use and recruits two ICONS to host the group dates. We start at a kids birthday party with THE Hillary Duff, and Cassidy does her best to repel both the children and her childhood idol. Hey now! Clayton and Susie take a helicopter ride to a neighboring yacht and a conversation about relationships happens. Ziwe famously teaches the women about red flags, but Shanae-nae doesn't get the message and is #baited. The cliff hanger has us discussing the ethics of a FWB. And Grace finally clears her name after a previous episode's slander from Sam and Sanjana! No new Bachelor next week, but be on the lookout for a bonus episode next Friday!Where to Find Us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Happy New Year's Rose Watchers! We are back to recap Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor...is it too late to get off the ride? Grace and Sanjana discuss their thoughts on the first episode, because not even an 11-hour time difference can stop us from complaining about how much we dislike Clayton! However, a recording error can. We're back at the Bachelor mansion, swimming in a sea of blondes, so we have a little trouble picking which women stood out to us. Claire made us cringe, but she speaks for all of us! Sanjana and Grace agree that they are not here for the nostalgia tour the Bachelor is desperately clinging to and hope we can get back to the future (did we use that right?) Happy New Year! We did it, Rose Watchers, we made it through 2021 and another season of The Bachelorette! Our friendship hasn't imploded yet, so it's a victory for us. We are back for a belated recap of Michelle's finale and to reflect on our first season of podcasting and what we hope to bring to the future of Rose Watch. We pop open some bubbly and cheers to hopefully a better 2022. We wish all of you a safe and happy New Year's! Rose Watch is back and spicier than ever! Fresh from their Thanksgiving break, we dive into the whirlwind of Bachelor Nation drama. Grace is MAD about Clayton being cast as The Bachelor and begs to know how this happened. We get into hometowns and have a very honest conversation about why this is their least favorite part of the show. Sanjana and Sam make a bet over who Michelle will choose in the end, and someone's walking away with $20!*The middle of the episode has some audio issues, apologies in advance!Where to find us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Happy Thanksgiving! This year, we are thankful for all our Rose Watchers (and the eternal dumpster fire that is the Bachelor franchise). No new episode this week as we break for the holiday. All work and no play makes a cynic, a believer, and an in-betweener very dull podcasters. We will be back next week to share our spicy takes on the latest Bachelorette episodes and all the recent news in Bachelor Nation!Where to find us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
We're back to recap another episode of The Bachelorette! This week, Producer Lauren joins Sanjana and Grace on the mics, while Sam is away charting the stars. We discuss a slow week in Bachelor news and Sanjana makes a birthday wish for more hot goss in the coming weeks. We say Skol! to the Viking group date and discover "The Stadium" is the way to most of the men's hearts. Meanwhile, Clayton is finally given his shining (if undeserved) moment in the sun. Nayte's boating one-on-one reveals Lauren's STRONG commitment to boat safety and has us all wondering—does Nayte have a license? Team Joe is still holding strong this episode, and we wish Michelle would just pull a Clare, and sail off with him into the sunset on Lake Minnetonka (with a proper license, of course). Sam, Sanjana, and Grace may not have run a marathon this past weekend, but they are here to recap Episode Four of the Bachelorette! We attempt to discuss Martin's one-on-one date, but find it much more entertaining to talk about pretty much anything else. We talk about the guys' slumber party and Michelle revealing her insecurities during the group date. Rick becomes a top contender for some of us, but we're not sure the frog in his throat is doing it for any of us. We each predict who Michelle's top four will be by the end of the season, and is it even a mystery who they are?Where to find us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
Sam, Sanjana, and Grace are back to discuss Episode Three of The Bachelorette! Sanjana tells us about her spooooky encounter with Blake Horstmann on Halloween, and we debate how long Cat Ears can keep up his shtick. We try to figure out what's the deal with Top Gun (and bomber jackets) and talk about the final super soaker showdown between Peter and Will. Rodney has his one-on-one date and we wonder whether Michelle is still playing teacher with some of the men. We comment on the lack of actual poetry at the slam poetry group date and give Jamie about as much attention as he deserves in his final episode. A Squid Game x Bachelorette spin-off is proposed, are you in?#TeamLawrenceWhere to find us:Rose Watch:https://www.instagram.com/rosewatchpodcast/Sam:https://www.instagram.com/samanthas_stars/Sanjana:https://www.instagram.com/sanjiyer/Grace:https://podcasts.apple.com/co/podcast/cinders-a-cinderella-podcast/id1580299556?l=enTheme Music: Cookie by Jeff Kaale (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-kaale)
