Keith L. Williams, the talented 16-year-old actor and entrepreneur, gained recognition for his roles in films like "Secret Headquarters" and "Good Boys," as well as TV shows like "The Last Man on Earth" and "The Astronauts." Beyond his acting career, Keith launched Slyck, a 100% black-owned organic hair care line at the age of 15. Frustrated with the lack of suitable products for his hair texture on set, Keith took matters into his own hands, exploring natural, organic, and herbal ingredients from his kitchen and garden. Slyck by Keith aims to set a new standard in hair care, offering products suitable for various hair types, promoting growth and moisture retention. With a commitment to affordability, Slyck's price points range from $8 to $35, ensuring accessibility for all, while guaranteeing quality results or a refund. Keith's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to providing effective, natural hair care make Slyck a noteworthy venture for individuals of all ages and hair types.

On this episode we talk about “Good Boys” A coming-of-age comedy starring three actual teenagers. I'm not going to bury the lede here we thoroughly enjoyed this film. Granted it's not your big budget Blockbuster or Oscar contending biopic. It is in the purest sense a comedy that uses humor to tell some interesting anecdotes about being a real teenager. Directed by Gene Stypnitsky and written by him and Lee Eisenberg. And Starring three wonderful actors, Jacob Tremblay, Keith L. Williams, and Brad Noon. These young actors bring a genuine comedy and understanding of the material and somehow elevate a raunchy comedy.

Welcome friends to another podcast about movies!  Yes another one….. Anyways today Mysterious Mike and Incredible Matt finally review the coming-of age raunchy comedy Good Boys.  The guys mostly stay on topic until the end of the pod when Mike and Matt really start talking about their childhoods.  Other topics you don’t care about include streaming services are they the next cable companies, drones: reality versus myth, and the Wish Man film. Good Boys is a fun raunchy comedy that is reminiscent of Superbad blended with American Pie.  There is a lot of heart throughout the film and quite a few laughs too.  The recurring theme that works best, even though it is used over and over is the main characters not understanding adult oriented items and phrases.  It is incredibly funny even though the gag is used way too much. The acting was decent especially Keith L. Williams who plays Lucas a kid who is way too honest and nice.  Overall Good Boys is a fun film but you can wait until this one comes out at RedBox or one of the many streaming services.  Mike Talent enjoyed the film giving it 3 out of 5 Reels.  Matt was a bit harsher than Mike but not by much. Let’s hope this is only a phase.  He gives Good Boys 2.5 out of 5 Reels.   Next week the guys will talk about the sequel to the 2017 break out horror hit It Chapter Two.  If they can get two reviews in and Mike has the film in a theater near him they will talk about the independent adventure comedy The Peanut Butter Falcon, if not you will just get It Chapter Two which probably will be over our time limit to begin with.  Thank you faithful listeners for tuning in to another pod, we will chat at you next week.     If you want to listen to way better podcast's don't forget to check out our sister podcasts The Bluemilk Podcast, The Mile High Show, and Rogues Radio Podcast also based in beautiful Prescott, Arizona.  If you have a film you would like Matt and Mike Talent to review you can email us at nerds@reelfilmnerds.com, listeners we are talking to you too. Chandler and Carolina take a trip down (mostly Chandler's) memory lane as they review Good Boys, a coming-of-coming-of-age story about a trio of sixth graders who stumble their way into their first "kissing party." Chandler and Carolina also briefly chat about the trailer for Last Christmas, starring Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding. Good Boys is directed by Gene Stupnitsky, written by Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg, and starring Jacob Tremblay, Keith L. This journey is made all the easier by AMC Theater's A-List subscription program, which is not a sponsor but which does come in clutch when you want to see a lot of movies and spend as little money as possible. The raunchy story surrounds three 12-year-old boys, best friends since kindergarten, dubbing themselves the Bean Bag Boys because -- well, they all had beanbags. Now they're in middle school and finding it hard to cope with the pressure of their peers to be considered cool among them. Max (Jacob Tremblay) has a crush and might be able to finally make a connection with the object of his desires once he gets invited to a 'kissing party' where the popular kids are all going. Trouble is, he doesn't know how to kiss (or, apparently, how to figure out where to find out). Thor (Brady Noon) is the gifted singer who gives up on it because he doesn't want to be teased, especially as he already is getting the nickname of "Sippy Cup" because he refuses to drink from a bottle of beer with the other boys. Lucas's (Keith L. Williams) parents are getting divorced, leaving him feeling out of sorts, and his sense of right and wrong tend to make him unable to understand why his friends are so willing to bend the rules to score points with other kids that don't seem to care about their well-being at all.

After being invited to his first kissing party, 12-year-old Max (Room's Jacob Tremblay) is panicking because he doesn't know how to kiss. Eager for some pointers, Max and his best friends Thor (Brady Noon, HBO's Boardwalk Empire) and Lucas (Keith L. Williams, Fox's The Last Man On Earth) decide to use Max's dad's drone -- which Max is forbidden to touch -- to spy (they think) on a teenage couple making out next door. But when things go ridiculously wrong, the drone is destroyed. Desperate to replace it before Max's dad (Will Forte, The Last Man on Earth) gets home, the boys skip school and set off on an odyssey of epically bad decisions involving some accidentally stolen drugs, frat-house paintball, and running from both the cops and terrifying teenage girls (Life of the Party's Molly Gordon and Ocean's Eight's Midori Francis).Director: Gene StupnitskyWriters: Lee Eisenberg, Gene StupnitskyStarring:Jacob Tremblay...MaxKeith L. SADIE is the story of a 13-year-old girl who lives at Shady Plains Trailer Park with her mother while her father serves repeated tours in the military. Her dad has broken many promises that he will return, but Sadie (Sophia Mitri Schloss) idolizes him and believes in his cause, so she waits, preserving his place on the home-front. Less patient is her mom, Rae (Melanie Lynskey) who stopped receiving letters or calls from her husband years ago. She has been half-heartedly dating the counselor from Sadie’s school, Bradley (Tony Hale) but it isn’t until a mysterious newcomer moves in next door that she truly considers moving on. Rae’s best friend is Carla (Danielle Brooks,) who works at the local bar and has a penchant for unavailable men. Carla's son Francis (Keith L. Williams) and her retired father Deak (Tee Dennard) are Sadie’s charge and confidante, respectively. The arrival of Cyrus (John Gallagher, Jr.) disrupts the balance of life at Shady Plains. When Sadie sees a relationship developing between Cyrus and Rae, she pledges to come between them, whatever it takes. Cyrus becomes the enemy, and if she’s learned nothing else from the world she inhabits, it’s that the enemy deserves no mercy. Director and Writer Megan Griffiths joins us to talk about her gritty, heartfelt drama about class, addiction and growing up on the margins. For news and updates go to: sadiefilm.com
