Jed York was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio and pleaded no contest Monday morning to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. He was sentenced to two days in Columbiana County Jail — with credit for time served — and ordered to pay $1,150 in fines. A cell phone was ordered returned to York, and $160 in seized funds were forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force as part of the agreement.Â
