This podcast covers New Girl Season 5, Episode 11, The Apartment, which originally aired on March 15, 2016 and was written by Nina Pedrad and directed by Christine Gernon. Here's a quick recap of the episode:Cece is finally moving into the loft, and Jess is torn between helping her best friend pack up and scrambling to fix a surprise school budget mess her boss conveniently “forgot” to mention. Meanwhile, Winston learns the hard way that his new partner, Dunston, might be a bigger challenge than hiding his feelings for Aly.This episode got a 8/10 rating from Kritika whose favorite character was Schmidt and Kelly rated this episode a 8.5/10 and her favorite character was Jess!Episode Sections:(00:00) Welcome (01:52) Episode Recap: Packing up Cece's Apartment + Jess's Job(27:03) Episode Recap: Flasher + Winston's New Partner(42:20) Schmidtism(43:59) Pop Culture(48:42) Guest Stars(51:09) Trivia & Fun Facts + Bear Hunt(56:21) Rating & Favorite Character(59:32) SpoilersWhile not discussed in the podcast, we noted other references in this episode including:Paul Reiser / Dave Coulier / Urinetown / Pez - While returning Winston's belongings, Aly listed him having a signed biography of Paul Reiser, a photo of him with Dave Coulier, a ticket stub from Urinetown, and loose Pez. Looney Tunes - Jess commented one of the items Cece was deciding to get rid of or not was a wine stained sweatshirt with an off-brand Looney Tunes character named “George Bunny” on it. Green Bay Packers - Jess tried to make a pun to emphasize Cece was a bad packer, saying “Your favorite team is the Green Bay, NOT Packers”.G8 Summit / Climate Change - Winston made a joke about the G8 Summit and climate change to signify the mood had changed. Jackson 5 - Aly questioned whether or not Winston was referencing a song by the Jackson 5 when he said, "I want you back." David Letterman - Schmidt mentioned that he wanted to hear all of Cece's stories unless he gets tinnitus, to which he then commented that David Letterman had tinnitus. Last time on the Tales of Archeron, the Tempests successfully rescued Barnabus Che, Kasumi's adoptive father, from the clutches of a high ranking Fey creature known as The Lady of the Pass. But it would seem that Kasumi's search for family was not quite done as the fey possessed an item that came to be known as 'The Spiritual Tear'. A tear drop shaped gem stone that seemed to call out to Kasumi with a sense of longing and sadness. Confused by what it meant, Kasumi meditated on the item, attuning to it, and received a vision that further confused the poor woman. Moriko spoke with her own deity to see what she could ascertain about the situation, and was given a little more direction that Kasumi had found her 'new family', but had yet to reunite with her old one. After puzzling over the cryptic messages, the Tempests decided to head back into Chunsu to tie off these loose ends before continuing on their journey to help Lakin and Pez enter the Orc Lands. Barnabus was sad to see his daughter leave so soon, but seemed to be understanding that children must always leave the nest eventually and live their own lives. Assuring Kasumi he would be there when her journey was done, he sent them on their way. We rejoin the Tempests now as they approach the outer part of Takatari's capitol city, Chunsu. C3 Metals CEO Dan Symons joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the launch of a 14-hole, 6,300-meter maiden diamond drill program at the company's 100%-owned Khaleesi copper-gold project, as well as early drilling success at the company's 50%-owned Super Block joint venture with Geophysx Jamaica Limited. At Khaleesi, the maiden drill program is designed to evaluate copper-gold-molybdenum skarn and porphyry prospects, identified through detailed geologic mapping, strong soil geochemistry, and coincident geophysical anomalies, including magnetic and induced polarization (IP) chargeability highs. Symons reported that the first drill rig has already commenced drilling, targeting a broad zone of skarn-hosted copper-gold mineralization with coincident magnetic and IP anomalies. Seven holes, totaling 3,000 meters, will specifically test this skarn copper-gold zone, which correlates with a 470m x 400m copper-zinc soil anomaly averaging 1,260 ppm copper, as well as resistivity and chargeability responses. A second drill rig is expected to mobilize later this month to begin testing porphyry-style copper mineralization mapped at surface, expanding the scope of the program. In addition to advancing Khaleesi, C3 Metals has also reported early exploration success at the Super Block project in Jamaica. The first four scout holes, drilled from a single pad in the Pennants East Zone (PEZ) approximately 1.8 km from the historic Pennants Gold Mine, have intersected broad zones of gold mineralization. These intersections are associated with suspected adularia alteration in fault zones and irregular veinlets of carbonate, quartz, pyrite, and zeolite. The mineralization style is consistent with a structurally controlled, low-sulphidation epithermal system. Symons explained that drilling at PEZ was designed to test zones of highly anomalous soil gold values coinciding with a 1.5 km east-west trending radiometric anomaly. The initial results confirm the potential of the area and provide a strong foundation for follow-up exploration. Looking ahead, C3 Metals plans to drill an additional 10 scout holes along the 5 km gold trend at Super Block. The Phase 1 program, expected to run through 2025, will comprise 14 holes totaling 2,500 meters, testing targets at PEZ, the former Pennants Mine, and the DHZ zone. #proactiveinvestors #c3metalsinc #tsxv #cccm #otcqb #cuauf #CopperExploration #GoldExploration #PeruMining #JamaicaMining #KhaleesiProject #JuniorMining #MiningStocks #DrillProgram #MiningNews #FreeportMcMoRan #CopperInvesting #GoldInvesting

Escuchar audio

Meeting assets for record hotel lmal are ready!Hi David LivingstonThe following assets for the meeting - record hotel lmal are now available.Meeting summaryQuick recapSpaceX successfully conducted a Starship 10 test flight that achieved its key objectives despite some technical issues, though the delays have pushed back various mission timelines by about 9 months. The flight demonstrated successful satellite deployment capabilities and tested the vehicle's reentry technology, with plans to deploy real satellites on future missions. SpaceX is working toward a monthly launch cadence starting in 2026 with the Starship V3 version, while discussions continue regarding the vehicle's return to the launch site in Mexico.Next steps* SpaceX to continue development and testing of Starship V.3 with more powerful Raptor engines* SpaceX to work with FAA and Mexican government to address regulatory concerns about Starship returning to the launch site over Mexico* SpaceX to prepare for potential deployment of Starlink satellites on future operational Starship flights* SpaceX to analyze data collected from the heat shield performance during reentry* SpaceX to investigate the engine issue and flap damage that occurred during the Starship 10 test flightSummarySpaceX Starship 10 Test ReviewThe discussion focused on SpaceX's successful Starship 10 test flight, where Eric Berger from Ars Technica explained that the mission achieved its objectives of testing the upper stage performance, satellite deployment, and heat shield reentry, despite some engine issues and flap damage. David asked if the flight put SpaceX back on track, to which Berger replied that while they weren't off track, the delays have pushed back timelines for Starlink satellite deployments, refueling tests, and lunar missions by about 9 months. The conversation concluded with a discussion about SpaceX's reentry technology and the decision not to recover the Starship 1st stage during this test.SpaceX Starship Test Flight UpdateDavid discussed SpaceX's recent Starship test flight, explaining that while the vehicle reached nearly 200 kilometers in altitude, it intentionally stayed below orbital speed to ensure a controlled reentry. He noted that the flight successfully demonstrated the ability to deploy dummy Starlink satellites using a "Pez dispenser" mechanism, with plans to deploy real satellites on future flights. David also mentioned that SpaceX is working towards a monthly launch cadence starting in 2026 with the Starship V3 version, though there are ongoing discussions with Mexico regarding the return of the vehicle to the launch site.Special thanks to our sponsors:Northrup Grumman, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Helix Space in Luxembourg, Celestis Memorial Spaceflights, Astrox Corporation, Dr. Haym Benaroya of Rutgers University, The Space Settlement Progress Blog by John Jossy, The Atlantis Project, and Artless EntertainmentOur Toll Free Line for Live Broadcasts: 1-866-687-7223For real time program participation, email Dr. Space at: drspace@thespaceshow.comThe Space Show is a non-profit 501C3 through its parent, One Giant Leap Foundation, Inc. Apparently it is EA night here on Three Dads! Pez has spent some time in the war and on the gridiron with Battlefield 6's open beta and Madden 26. Court met with the dev team for NHL 26 and has some insight for the game, plus a new deep dive dropped today. Lastly, Vice has dropped a pretty good article on Gen Z buying less and less games. Does this signal a problem for the gaming industry?

The Enterprise is scooting around the galaxy when they get a . . . wait for it . . . distress call! The call is only confirmed by the resident empath's big feelings. Seems a starship went down on the M-Class moon of Mab-Bu IV 172 years ago! But hey, wouldn't all those people be dead by now? That is unless they had some old-ass Vulcan on board, right? (DId I say, “Went down on Mab-Bu IV”? I did. Yes, I did.) Unfortunately, the crew of the Enterprise D is unable to beam down to the moon's surface because of electromagnetic whirlwinds or E.M.W.'s, which nobody calls them. So, it's shuttle time, and the small one at that –'cause of all the E.M.W.'s probably – they play havoc on those big shuttle craft. Riker, Data, and Troi to the rescue, but before they know it, they crash on the Mab-Bu-ian moon. O'Brien beams down, and they all get their asses zapped! (Say, Riker hasn't had a good ass-zaping in a long time!) When the away team gets back up top ship-side, it seems they aren't the away team they were before going away, well, everyone except Riker. Very quickly we learn--thank you, Ensign Ro--that Team Baddie has hijacked Troi, Data, and Miles, and these bastards are ruthlessly snatching hostages and taking over the ship! Will a possessed Miles O'Brien phaser his new born baby? Will Troi show her badass acting chops? Will Data pop Picard's head like a flipping Pez dispenser? In 2017 Matt Caldwell, better known to music fans as 360, was riding high on the success of his third top five Australian album. On the outside, he had the fame, the money and the success he'd always wanted. But deep inside, the people pleaser in him was deeply insecure. Chasing that euphoria of success, he'd turned to drugs. Just two years later, Matt's addiction would result in him collapsing from an overdose during his biggest tour to date, forcing its cancellation. In this episode of Head Game, 360's candid conversation about how addiction gripped him for so many years, how rehab had little effect on him and what finally turned his life around. We threw a live Show & Tell at Dead Language Beer Project in Hartford, and invited public radio fans to bring an object they love, and the story that makes it matter. From a PEZ dispenser with family ties, to a holy (literally) beer mug, to walnut shell art that has mesmerized a family for generations, the night was full of big laughs, tiny treasures, and extraordinary moments. Luke is grumpy after a rough day of travelling around the Tri-City area, but Andrew found the perfect thing to cheer him up on an old VHS tape. Luke also has more dazzling details than you can imagine on the history of Pez dispensers!
Luke and Andrew aren't yet ready to talk about Pez dispensers or Kyle Mooney's new project, but they are ready to talk about what they might talk about when they are ready to talk about those topics. They also discuss the Mariner's new app, which may make watching games easier or more difficult, depending on what you read.
