That's a 1.02% hiring rate for black applicants. Apparently, White people have been aware that the Long Island police departments are overwhelmingly White for many decades. Yet, nothing has changed. In fact, it reminded Gus that in Buffalo, which is in the western part of the state, they have the exact same problem - can't seem to hire black officers. We also discuss Oracle laying off thousand of employees to as more companies transition to artificial intelligence. This week we review how City of Fresno Code Enforcement employee La-Kebbia “Kiki” Wilson was awarded $15 million after suing her employer for retaliation and Racism in the workplace. She was allegedly called a "lazy" and "entitled niggra." When Wilson cursed in frustration about her mistreatment, she was branded an "aggressive" black female. Although the jury did award Ms. Wilson millions of dollars, this case may be subject to appeal and it took nearly six years to get to this point. The Fresno Bee was reporting about the Racism of this case before the Covid-19 pandemic. We also received an update from privileged black male school bus operator 'Tumblin' Dice.' He told us that this week, Racist Suspects on his job had enforcement officials present when they accused him of child neglect for allowing a White girl to be pummeled by one of the black boys riding the bus. With a brilliant stroke of counter-racist codification and composure, 'Tumblin' Dice' refused to say anything and requested to speak with his attorney. The White staff and officer eventually viewed the video footage and discovered they had the wrong driver. When patrons attempted to breach the kitchen area of the restaurant, a black male employee, Clarence James, allegedly fired several warning shots in the air to defend himself and his co-workers. No one was harmed, but James was arrested. His concealed carry permit had expired, so this was the only violation he faced. In Mukwonago, Wisconsin, 38-year-old Lenard Hale, black male, was charged with attempted homicide in a vehicular hit-and-run. It's reported that Hale was recently terminated from his job at Aptar. He's accused of stalking his former coworker and striking him with his vehicle. While nurses in the US started the new year with strikes for better work conditions, a black female nurse in he United Kingdom, Jennifer Melle, concluded a horrendous ordeal after being accused of "misgendering" a White Race Soldier and alleged child rapist. Employed at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Nurse Melle reportedly called a White patient "Mr" and "he." The Racist demanded that Nurse Melle address them as a female. She informed her patient that her religious beliefs forbid her from identifying them as female. The Racist began spewing Racist slurs and threatening Nurse Melle, who was later charged with "misgendering" this volatile Racist. When people beyond the hospital became aware of this conflict, Melle was accused of breaching confidentiality and sharing private information about the White patient. Although this happened across the pond, this harrowing workplace experience offers many lessons for Victims of Racism. around the globe. Prichard allegedly killed his wife, Jaymee Prichard, and stuffed her body in the trunk of his car. Jacob drove the vehicle with his wife's remains to a fellow co-workers residence, and once there, he allegedly killed Jamie S. Gustitus before taking his own life. The Kansas City star reports, "It's unclear what the relationship between the married couple and Gustitus was other than the fact they all worked at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Greene County." Renegade declared that the sickness of antiblackness is the reason 39-year-old Jennifer Harris was stabbed to death by her black co-worker in Michigan, the same disgraceful episode was repeated just down the road in Illinois. 44-year-old Kathy Bledsoe was criminally charged with shooting her co-worker's mother in retaliation to assault. Bledsoe asked her teen employee to empty the rubbish bins. The worker refused, and Bledsoe asked her to clock out for the day. The employee contacted her mother, Tynika McKinzie, who traveled to the Illinois McDonald's with another minor to confront Bledsoe. Once at the burger joint, McKinzie is accused of assaulting Bledsoe, striking her in the head and opening a gash that required 4 stitches. Bledsoe allegedly pulled a firearm and shot McKinzie in the leg. Both females are classified as black and facing criminal charges. The Context of White Supremacy hosts weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 05/15/25 During this past weekend's Compensatory Call-In, a listener dialed in to share how she confronted her White supervisor about his ongoing sexual harassment. This White man would leave "love notes" on her assigned desk and on her vehicle. She took pictures of the tacky messages and questioned him about what qualifies as appropriate conduct in the office. She disclosed that he's been loud and disruptive in the office since she confronted his lewd behavior. We also discuss White people using the phrase: "are you behaving yourself" in the the workplace. Gus submits that Whites consciously employ this phrase to infantilize non-white people. White "adults" have to keep an eye on their unruly non-white "children."
