Werbung: Kostenloser Reparatur-Service von Mountain Equipment Ein intimes, schmerzhaft ehrliches Gespräch über Essstörung und Sportsucht im Klettersport. Meine Gesprächspartnerin Martina Demmel wurde vor wenigen Jahren schlagartig bekannt, weil sie innerhalb von nur vier Jahren den Grad 9a klettern konnte. Die Trainer des deutschen Nationalkaders wurden auf sie aufmerksam, wenig später nahm sie an Weltcups teil. In den Interviews aus diesen Jahren schien Martina immer unheimlich gut gelaunt und einfach richtig motiviert, am liebsten jeden Tag klettern zu gehen. Was aber niemand wusste: Sie hatte bereits in ihrem elften Lebensjahr Sportsucht und eine Essstörung entwickelt, anfangs Magersucht, später Bulimie und Binge-Eating. Wir sprechen darüber, wie ihr Leben damit aussah, was ihre persönliche Motivation für dieses Verhalten war und wie ihr Körper darauf reagiert hat. Erfreulicherweise gibt es in ihrem Fall eine Art Happy End, denn sie war inzwischen tatsächlich in der Lage, die Essstörung nahezu komplett abzulegen und hatte zudem den Mut, das Thema letztes Jahr öffentlich anzusprechen. Denn leider ist sie im Klettersport, nicht nur, aber ganz speziell im Wettkampfbereich, nicht eine rare Ausnahme, sondern eher die Regel. Ich muss zugeben, dass für mich diese Folge wahnsinnig aufwühlend und emotional war - m Gegensatz zu der Folge mit Alix von Melle über Tod und Trauer kenne ich mich im Thema Essstörungen einfach gar nicht aus und die Vorstellung, was in einem jungen Menschen los sein muss, um sich auf diese Weise zu verhalten, tut mir persönlich einfach weh. Trotz aller Empathie kann es gut sein, dass ich an der ein oder anderen Stelle auf eine Art reagiere oder Fragen stelle, die Betroffene womöglich verärgern könnten. Falls das der Fall sein sollte, habt bitte Nachsicht - ihr könnt mir dazu gerne privat schreiben. Und wenn ihr Euch in dem Verhalten von Martina wiedererkennt, zögert nicht, Euch entweder bei ihr persönlich zu melden oder Euch professionelle Hilfe zu holen - ich denke es kommt am Ende des Gesprächs sehr gut raus, dass Martina sich heute viel besser und stärker fühlt, als die Jahre zuvor, nicht nur an der Wand. Mal ganz von den körperlichen Schäden abgesehen, die eine Essstörung mit sich bringen. Ich wünsch Euch starke Nerven bei meinem Gespräch mit Martina Demmel. Und danach hoffentlich ein wenig mehr Verständnis für diese Krankheit.

Déposez les tranches dans des moules ronds ou des emportes pièces graissés pour éviter qu'elles ne s'affaissent et faites cuire environ 15 minutes. Une fois les 15 minutes écoulées, c'est prêt ! Je vous conseille de les goûter tièdes c'est encore meilleur ! À propos du livre : « La mort du procureur impérial  » paru aux éditions Grasset Un ancien Procureur impérial, Fualdès, est assassiné dans la nuit du 19 au 20 mars 1817 : c'est le début de « l'affaire Fualdès », fait-divers retentissant du début du XIXème siècle qui donna lieu à deux procès retentissants (Rodez et Albi), une instruction bâclée, des témoins manipulés… et la décapitation de trois innocents. Clarisse Manzon, accusatrice incohérente et séductrice virevoltante, devient vite la seule héroïne de cette ténébreuse affaire. Hilde Eisma (Monday) kreeg na haar eerste kindje en 3 miskramen een tweeling. Een zwangerschap die vanaf het begin medisch was en uitleiding met 36+4 werd ingeleid.Haar eerste bevalling begon thuis. Hopend op een thuisbevalling met een zoutlamp, moest Hilde uiteindelijk helaas toch naar het ziekenhuis. Gelukkig zonder spoed, maar thuis vorderde het niet meer. Na deze eerste bevalling kreeg ze 3 miskramen. Een intense periode die ze goed doorstond, omdat ze er vrij nuchter in stond. Alleen die derde miskraam had ze nog niet verwerkt voordat ze zwanger werd van een twee-eiige tweeling!Een zwangerschap die gelijk medisch was (want tweeling). De zwangerschap ging haar gelukkig goed af en op t eind kreeg ze wat meer controles om te kijken of met baby A en baby B alles goed bleef gaan. Elke dag moest ze naar het ziekenhuis voor een check. Met 36+4 werd ze ingeleid omdat een van de twee kindjes het iets te zwaar kreeg. De inleiding verliep mega goed en ze beviel vaginaal van beide kindjes. In deze twaalfde aflevering van de serie Bevallingsverhalen vertelt Hilde Eisma haar bevallingsverhalen. Welcome to the next episode of the midierror meets... interview series speaking to all kinds of people working in music and sound.    In this episode, we're speaking with MELLE BROWN - a London born Producer, DJ, and Presenter known for her uplifting combination of Jazz, Neo Soul, and House. Melle went to The Brit School, and found a love of production making music for her theatrical classes. Moving into Music Technology, she released her first EP 'Blossom' which was played on 1XTRA before she even graduated! Melle worked at Warner Records for over two years and went on to be part of radio shows on RinseFM, NTS, and Represent Radio.    Melle later got signed to influential DJ and Presenter Jamz Supernova's 'Future Bounce' label and released her 'Intersection EP' featuring Grammy nominated Tiana Major9 - which gained support from Elton John and Trevor Nelson. She was mentored by Fred Again and Kamille as part of the 'She Is The Music' programme, where she met Toddla T. Later on, her track 'Feel About You' - an unexpected collaboration with him and Annie Mac, won 'Best Dance Track of The Year' in the 2022 Billboard awards.  Melle has played Printworks, Glastonbury, Boomtown, Fabric, Field Day and she'll be playing a number of festivals this year: She also heads the 'Mellody Agency' - a music business with community at its core.
