Our guest on episode 6 of Inside the SCCA is the guy responsible bringing us the news for nearly 40 years. Paul Pfanner is one of SCCA's 2022 Hall of Fame Inductees and for good reason. Paul started off in the SCCA as a Formula Ford Racer in the 1970's. Then he became Cal Club's newsletter publisher and that was a sign of things to come. In 1984, he began publishing the club's Sports Car magazine. Back before the interwebs Sports Car was how we all got the news. From there he launched Racer Magazine which to this day is, in my opinion, the most beautiful motorsports magazine in the world. That's the photographer in me talking. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/racingwire/support
