Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are heading for a showdown...and McLaren won't protect them.Climb the ladder with me on Patreon: https://patreon.com/lawvsTensions are quietly building at McLaren as Andrea Stella confirms what many suspected: team orders between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are not just a possibility, but a certainty. The “when, not if” stance is a clear sign that McLaren is prioritizing championships over egos in 2025. With Piastri taking three wins from the first five races and Norris admitting to early-season struggles, the balance of power is shifting fast inside Woking. What does this mean for McLaren's future, and is Norris in danger of losing his long-held number one status?From strategic controversies in Japan to the looming pressure of the Spanish Grand Prix and the FIA's latest tech clampdowns, every race now carries enormous weight. Piastri's consistency, Verstappen's respect, and Mark Webber's backstage influence are shaping a rising title bid, while Norris must now fight to stay in the conversation. This video breaks down the stakes, the shifting dynamics, and why McLaren's ruthless new mentality could either crown a champion or crack the team in half. As the new Team Principal of Sauber, Jonathan Wheatley is taking on one of the most exciting projects in Formula 1. With Benetton, Renault and Red Bull Racing, Jonathan has won 19 World Championships over the last 34 years. Now, after nearly two decades as Red Bull's Sporting Director, he's in a very different role with a very different team. And not just any team, because, in 2026, Sauber will become Audi. Speaking to Tom Clarkson, Jonathan explains why he's chosen to make such a big change in his career, how his experience of winning at the very highest level will help Audi achieve their goals and the differences between Sauber and Red Bull. Jonathan also shares stories of working with Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen - revealing the common trait that makes them such great World Champions. He talks about the unique connection he made with Ayrton Senna in the pitlane, the ‘uncomfortable' team debrief with Vettel and Mark Webber after their infamous ‘Multi 21' incident, what it takes to produce the perfect pit stop and his memories of Schumacher's first title win at Adelaide in 1994. O Oscar Piastri στο Grand Prix της Σαουδικής Αραβίας γίνεται ο πρώτος Αυστραλός από τον καιρό του manager του Mark Webber που ηγείται το πρωτάθλημα οδηγών της Formula 1, και φυσικά ο Chris με την Alex αναλύουν όχι τόσο περιγραφικά τον αγώνα (έχει sites για αυτό) αλλά πιο πολύ τα επί μέρους συμβάντα στην πίστα της Jeddah. Ποιος έφταιγε στην πρώτη στροφή; Ποια ομάδα βελτιώθηκε ανέλπιστα; Ποιοι οδηγοί εντυπωσίασαν και ποιοι βγήκαν χαμένοι; Είδατε ποτέ τον Helmut Marko και τον Emperor Palpatine στο ίδιο δωμάτιο;
This week on Paddock 43, we're unpacking all the chaos from the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix — and trust us, there's plenty to talk about.From a lap 1 disaster between Gasly and Yuki, to a quietly brilliant drive from Oscar Piastri (yep, we're still screaming), this race gave us drama and redemption. Ferrari fans, it's your time to shine — we see you. And Max? Well, let's just say he wasn't exactly popping bottles on the podium either.Off-track, the F1 news cycle is delivering as always: Contract rumours swirl around Aston Martin and Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz lands a fresh ambassadorship deal, and the internet loses its mind over those steamy Totto Wolff pics. Plus: George Russell's new wheels, and an important update on everyone's favourite paddock pup, Roscoe.We've also got Antonelli and Hadjar hype and a little reminder that Oscar's finish marks the best result for an Aussie since Mark Webber's infamous 2010 Korea crash.Buckle up — this one's fast, fiery, and full of F1 gossip you won't want to miss.

Oscar Piastri may have quietly dismantled Lando Norris' golden status at McLaren.Climb the ladder with me on Patreon: https://patreon.com/lawvsTensions are rising at McLaren as Lando Norris faces his biggest challenge yet—not from Max Verstappen, but from within his own garage. Oscar Piastri has quickly become more than just a promising rookie. Backed by the strategic mind of Mark Webber and armed with race-winning pace, he's pushing for equal treatment, reshaping team dynamics, and threatening Norris's long-held alpha status at McLaren. With both drivers now in championship contention and McLaren leading the constructors' race, the stakes couldn't be higher. Could this be the next great Formula 1 rivalry?In this video, we break down the shifting power dynamics inside McLaren, the psychological pressure on Norris, and how Piastri's cool-headed rise is forcing a potential changing of the guard. From past teammate tensions to contract politics, behind-the-scenes team orders, and whispers of Norris eyeing Red Bull—nothing is off the table. If you're a fan of McLaren, F1 rivalries, or just love high-stakes intra-team drama, this is the story you can't afford to miss. Subscribe and hit the bell for more in-depth takes on the battles shaping the 2025 F1 season.
Tom Clarkson is joined in the paddock by 2012 GP2 champion Davide Valsecchi and ESPN'S Albert Fàbrega to dissect a thrilling Bahrain Grand Prix, which leaves race winner Oscar Piastri just three points behind teammate and championship leader Lando Norris. The guys compare very contrasting weekends for the McLaren drivers. Why did Oscar dominate? Why did Lando make some mistakes? Piastri's manager, and nine-time Grand Prix winner, Mark Webber joins the pod to share his thoughts on where Oscar has made a step this year. Also on the agenda: Is George Russell underrated? Have Ferrari taken a step forward? What went wrong for Red Bull? And how does the midfield battle look after big results for Alpine and Haas? It's All To Drive For. Be there! What Red Bull have done to Liam Lawson is an absolute disgrace. He's been given an opportunity to be the second driver in their team and has been given absolutely no support whatsoever - and now he's been demoted and Yuki Tsunoda's been given the seat. You won't convince me Yuki Tsunoda is a better driver than Liam Lawson. Lawson was put in there for a number of reasons, one of which is his mental resilience, and he's going to need all of that now as he tries to recover from this. In many ways, the pressure comes off a bit as he goes into the Racing Bulls team, but Yuki Tsunoda isn't going to be able to drive a car that is specifically set up for Max Verstappen any better than Liam Lawson can. Lawson had 2 races on unfamiliar tracks, one of which was in the pouring rain in Melbourne. It's too small a sample size for his driving to be accurately assessed. We're about to get to Japan, a track he knows, and they've taken the keys off him. Liam Lawson will now recuperate and no doubt drive well for Racing Bulls - but it paints Red Bull in an absolutely terrible light. Yes, they are a massive, results-driven organisation. But they have been utterly negligent in their duty of care. This is where we've now reached in such a landscape of instant gratification, we have lost any ability to be patient. Imagine if you opened a new restaurant and after a couple of nights, you didn't get the tables as full as you want, so you sacked the chef. Things take time. You cannot simply say, OK, well, he's had a couple of races, he hasn't done the job, we're dropping him. Mark Webber was on the radio with me last week. In the first seven years of his Grand Prix career, he made the podium twice. In the next five years, he made the podium 40 times. 40. It takes time. Red Bull have been shown to have absolutely no patience. I know they're under pressure, but we've lost the ability across a lot of elite sport to hover above things and say - actually it's gonna take a little bit of time. Imagine if we got rid of Graham Henry after the 2007 Rugby World Cup - we never would have had 2011. The same goes for Phoenix coach Giancarlo Italiano - they're calling for his head. And a year ago, he was top of the pops, having guided the 'Nix to their best ever finish. This drive for instant results is hurting players, drivers, coaches and everybody associated with elite sport, because those in charge simply can't see past the end of next week. An Aussie speedway star with a seriously impressive record. We’ve been wanting to get Robbie Farr on the pod for a while and he doesn’t disappoint. The influence of family (he started going to oval tracks like the Sydney Showground and Liverpool when he was just weeks old) and how he harnessed a bit of a ‘wild’ approach in his early years to become the complete package. Is the story of fudging birth dates to get a racing license an urban myth? How karting in his teens, when Mark Webber and Craig Lowndes were starting out, nearly lead to Formula Ford and a potential circuit racing path. The gripping yarn of driving a midget (speedcar) and learning that his car owner had saved his Mum’s life years earlier! And reflections of some of the teams he’s raced for in iconic cars that will bring memories for Speedway fans flooding back. Strap in and enjoy the ride. Send us a textKatie and Bridget hijack a snow plow as they re-watch the Nickelodeon movie: Snow Day! It's a movie all about how "anything can happen on a Snow Day!" - particularly lots of felonies, stalking, and engagement in every single winter sport that's ever existed. WE SAID ANYTHING GUYS! Come along as we meet Natalie, a girl with possible early onset schizophrenia who wishes for a Snow Day and gets her wish granted with a possible magic snow globe! But Natalie's not satisfied with just one snow day, she wants the apparently "impossible" double snow day ...Did we mention this takes place in Syracuse, NY? With the help of her friends they work to take down the evil Snow Plow Man. Oh yeah there's also a terrible stalking subplot with her older brother Hal and some of his friends, but honestly that storyline is just so terrible and creepy so we'll spare you the nonsense. We've got random cameos, little Josh Pecks, and a bird named Trudy all wrapped up into this time period of a film. Released in 2000, it stars Chevy Chase, Schuyler Fisk, Jean Smart, Mark Webber, Chris Elliott, Pam Grier, Josh Peck, Zena Grey, Damian Young, and Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas.

It's time for a very sad day on The Oz Network as for the last ever time, we bring you a film recap. And what a way to close it out, as we go over the cult classic that is the 2010 film, and one of Colin's favourites, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Why has Ben pissed off Colin perhaps the most of any episode in our history? Why doesn't Ben like this movie? Why is Colin so in love with this movie? Is Ben just not smart enough to get this movie? Why would we like to replace our furniture with an actor in this movie? How many Canadian references can we get by watching this movie? How much do we love Michael Cera? Is Knives the character in this film? How great are Brandon Routh and Chris Evans? Do we prefer a different Mark Webber than the Mark Webber in this movie? And does Colin finally get to kill Ben in this episode after all these years of wanting to?
