TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ JUHO KUSTI Since 2001 Juho's style has stood firmly on deep underground sounds mixed together smoothly with plenty of groove and swing. David Henriques is a Portuguese artist and musician based in Lisbon. David founded Relapso in 2013 after 5 years learning production and DJing. The Finnish space techno pioneer and half of Deep Space Helsinki radio show, @SamuliKemppi launches a new label together with Toronto-based Fredrik Hatsav. The first release of @BlackLabelDistillery is Finnish @Latmos's EP, featuring remixes by Mike Parker and the label boss Kemppi. Monument premieres Samuli Kemppi's remix of the name track Pool of Intuition. The Pool of Intuition EP is out on November 5th.

It's time for a new podcast and we bring you a powerful mix from one of the hottest new talents of Portugal, Relapso ! Relapso is a Portugese Techno artist and the owner of Relapso Records. His first experience with turntable in 2008 and thereafter concentrated more in the electronic music and started to produce in 2009. After his first steps into Techno genre with some releases as his prior project “Delko”, he decided to implement a new face and was born Relapso in 2013 with his first release on Relapso Records. He started to play in Portugal in 2009 in clubs such as: Faktory Club, Hard Club, Inabar, Via Latina, Opart, etc. Also played in the famous Stattbad Club in Berlin. Since 2013 with Relapso Records he already had many interactions with many talent artists around the World like, Mike Parker, Mark Morris, Brendon Moeller, Echologist, Samuli Kemppi, IORI, Go Hiyama, Xhin, Positive Centre and others. In 2015 at April came out his first Album in his own label where show the guideline in his music and new way in Techno genre. These days Relapso continues to develop and is constantly evolving with his production. Joton opens 2014 with over 80 signed references, and among them there are collaborations with world-renowned producers such as Ben Sims , Oscar Mulero , Pacou , Paul Mac , Samuli Kemppi , Ben Gibson Grovskopa , A. Paul , Radial , Bas Mooy , Christian Wünsch , Jeroen Search... Joton is now indisputably a professional dj and producer. He finds the possibility, so long sounded to devote himself fully to music. As for work in the cabin: from 2005 shares space with devoted dj's as Kazu Kimura, Pepo or Exium ... and he continually learns from them. He runs with them their `tours’ around the peninsula. Before long his pieces of work are profiled in media such as magazine Dj1 or charts the likes of Dave Clarke , Ben Sims , Rolando , Jonas Kopp , Ben Klock , Pacou , Tommy Four Seven ,Truncate , Go Hiyama , Jerome Sydenham . . . A consequence of this increased media presence, increases Joton visits abroad, playing in the Netherlands , Germany , Ireland , Italy , Uk , Croatia Slovenia , Portugal ... so far. A prophet without a vision. A song without a melody. A deejay without a hype. We welcome: @juhokahilainen, a Finnish Dj and producer who started his career by pushing techno tracks back in the nineties. Next to being a journalist and family man, Juho has had limited time devote to his passion for music. But despite this he has put out some releases on labels like BPitch Control, Prologue and M_Rec Ltd. He has also produced under his own label HYV, a label that concentrates on strictly “raw” music with machines like TR-909, TR-808, TR-606 and SH-101. Well that’s a lot said about the past, what about the present? Juho is currently working on his secont M_Rec release hopefully to be released vary soon. So grab your copy as soon as it hits the record shop. Also he working and releasing a second HYV featuring not only himself, but collaboration with Juho and his friend. [CONTAINER PODCAST] [06] [LIUS] Dj and multimedia artist, bonded to experimental theatre and installation, very interested and operating in the field of the avant-garde art, Lius promotes and organised events characterised by international artists involved with electronic music. Beside being the head manager of The Zone, Lius together with Ampetek and Dj Mat is the creator of The Zone. [The-Zone History] Radio program was officially founded in 2002 by Alessandro aka Marenga Amptek collaboration with Lius, from 2004-2005, the formation of The-Zone is officially composed by Mat & Lius, both authors and presenters of the show. After almost a decade in which it has been “the lighthouse of radio stations” for the electronic music turned to dance scene in Rome, Italy and not only, supporting and promoting hundreds of artists and labels, The-Zone since 2010 has also become Label The-Zone Records was born with the same purpose of the radio programme, which aims to promote the sound of the best established and emergent artists through the realization of sheer releases, that will permit to the sound of The-Zone to get out of the radio and spread his label all over the world. The-Zone artists have been selected through all the radio experience that The-Zone acquired during these years, also with the events where The-Zone have taken part in as organizer or as media support. Our label was born neither for the need of a producer nor for any other commercial goal, but it comes from the wish to represent Italy abroad as an international label and also to spread the sound of the artists which sustained The-Zone till now.
