TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ JUAN EVANGELISTA Juan Evangelista's musical style is characterized by a compelling fusion of classic Techno with dense and archaic rhythms, drawing deeply from 90s Techno and the depths of ambient. His journey began in 2014 when he founded the underground movement “TCC” in Córdoba, aimed at advancing Techno culture in Argentina. This endeavor paved the way for him to share stages with international artists, honing his craft and expanding his reach. In 2023, Juan released three standout EPs that have left a mark on the scene: El Niño de los Ojos Tristes on Default Series, the Dark Matter EP on Enux Records, and the milestone Equilibrium EP on Tremsix, featuring a remix by Jonas Kopp that solidifies his growing reputation. Channeling a proper club night, our premiere for today arrives in the form of Polish producer, Rethe and his offering on Inner Tension's forthcoming VA, Resonating Pulse. Helmed by a fellow countryman, Blazej Malinowskis' personal imprint has featured a variety of familiar names, from Svreca to Oscar Mulero. With each release feeling impactful and tastefully done. Momentum Shift is a raucous affair, there's no doubt about that. The groove is established immediately, the bass line snakes along as punchy kicks and shakers give a playful atmosphere. What's missing… ah, the smoke and one or two hands in the air. Don't get too secure though tempos change, and a well done break down lends the track a nice twist and identity. Momentum Shift, and the entirety of the Resonating Impulse release will be out on November 7th. @r_ethe @innertension www.instagram.com/rethe_music/ www.instagram.com/inner_tension/ Write up by @huedj Follow us on social media: @itsdelayed linktr.ee/delayed www.itsdelayed.com www.facebook.com/itsdelayed www.instagram.com/_____delayed www.youtube.com/@_____delayed

French-based label Cielo Records is a techno project from JC Laurent that has so far been a vessel for his own cutting-edge ideas and diverse taste. Having over ten years of production experience to his name, JC Laurent has released on the likes of Coyu's Suara, Abstract Division's Dynamic Reflection, and Deepak Sharma's Hidden Recordings amongst others. Na Nich is a Ukranian artist who features with the solo remix here and can be found on the mighty Delsin Records, Svreca's Semantica, Viels' End of Perception and his own Rhythm Büro. Starting with "Comet" it's a melting pot of dub techno and modular sound effects with an ethereal, analogue presence. Second up is the "Comet (Na Nich Remix)" which adds an even more dreamy textures to some elements turning it into a dystopian soundscape. "Nothing But An Illusion" steps into a slightly leftfield approach with cyclical tones, shuffling beat and a sci-fi aesthetic. The final track titled "The Switch" is an overall deeper facet of techno that intertwines with a looming intensity. Vand's latest release on the esteemed Amsterdam-based Konstrukt record label is a true gem in their ever-expanding catalog. As the label's 18th release, following a lineage of impressive artists such as Svreca, Primal Code, Birds Ov Paradise, Shoal, Tin Man, and Artefakt, Vand's EP stands tall as a remarkable addition to this already stellar roster. Among the tracks featured on the EP, "Turbin" shines brightly as an absolute standout. "Turbin" immediately captivates the listener with its haunting pads, setting a mysterious and ethereal atmosphere from the beginning. The rumbling, driving groove that underpins the track adds a layer of intensity and propels the listener forward, creating a sense of anticipation and excitement. Amidst this atmospheric landscape, Vand introduces delicate and beautiful melancholy piano flourishes, adding a touch of introspection and emotional depth to the track. Undeniably, "Turbin" is one of Vand's most exquisite creations, showcasing his prowess in crafting deeply evocative soundscapes. English: Giuseppe started DJing in 2001. A few years later he starts his career in the studio producing Hardcore, achieving international success and performing at big festivals, mainly in Holland. In 2014 he produces something different than usual, something he had been longing for. And so D-Leria emerged releasing several EP's developing his new style, until joining the young label Delirio as musician and manager, hosting artists like Stanislav Tolkackev, Simone Giudice, Retina.it, Key Clef and more, aiming to spread a single message: live recording. In September 2017 he moved to Berlin to find new ideas and continue working on his first album 'Driving to Nowhere', which took five years to produce. The album immediately caught the attention of many artists such as Shifted, Donato Dozzy, Svreca, Neel, Marco Shuttle, Reeko, Refracted and many more, which allowed the artist to join labels such as Avian, Semantica, Non Series, Camera Magmatica, Aura Dinamica and more a year later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Español: Giuseppe empezó a pinchar en 2001. For more than ten years now, Robin Koek and Nick Lapien have been creating music together as Artefakt. Since then, they have consistently released music at the intersections of ambient, IDM, techno, with LPs on Svreca's Semantica, Delsin, and Delsin electronica sub-label Ann Aimee in addition to their many EPs. Their next release is 6 track mini album “Floodplain”, landing on the impactful Spanish label Semantica next month. Ranging from brooding ambient on openers and closers “Fugacity” and “Floodplain”, to dance floor-oriented tribal on “Diorama”, “Natura” and “Delta”, the LP showcases the duo's range and further illustrates their commitment to adopt techno “as an art-form rather than a genre.” On “Natant”, we follow the squirming, tenacious bassline's path that is at the forefront of the track, being amplified but never overshadowed by their signature style pad or sturdy kicks. The 3.5-minute track reaches its climax two-thirds of the way in before slowly beginning to disintegrate and letting the bassline say its last words. “Floodplain” comes out on April 7th, 2023 as Semantica's staggering 143rd release. The LP is available for purchase on vinyl (with the digital files included) via Bandcamp. write up by https://soundcloud.com/sabro96 https://soundcloud.com/artefakt-official https://www.instagram.com/artefaktofficial/ https://soundcloud.com/semantica-records https://www.instagram.com/semantica_records/ www.itsdelayed.com www.instagram.com/_____delayed/ www.facebook.com/itsdelayed

Born in Madrid, living somewhere in Europe, Irazu's connection with electronic music is just a symbol of sonic expressionism of self discovery to try to know what and who he is. Starting his contribution to music as a promoter of parties in Madrid, making music and releasing records was a necessary way to express emotions that he felt a few years later. His first records came out in the last two years in Kastil's label ‘'Stale'', working with artists like Acronym, Regis, Pessimist and Kastil, ‘'Study for portrait'' was released giving again his personal vision of techno as a mini album. After a few more releases in Platforms like Hooded or Artificial intelligence and some remixes, Irazu released ‘'140.15 EP'' on Kastil's label Stale giving his most intense and dance focused tracks he ever made. Irazu continues his constant search of new sounds and ways to explore his mind through music. His influences comes specially from the UK west Midlands, Holland, Italy and Spain, figures like Regis, Svreca, Autechre, Oscar Mulero, Donato Dozzy, Luke Slater or Surgeon are a way to define what he believes in a sonic way. This week we have the pleasure to host Unknown Movements' founder Other Form. Other Form is a techno producer originally from London, now based in Bristol, releasing music on Unterwegs (DE), Dissonanze Recordings (IT), Soptik (DE), and his own label Unknown Movements. His latest EP ‘Each to Our Own Divide’, released at the end of 2020, earned a wave of support from the likes of Ben Klock, Svreca, Takaaki Itoh, Stephanie Sykes, and Amotik.About the mix: "This is the first mix I’ve assembled in 2021, and is intended to be a celebration of all the incredible music that came out in 2020, especially the latter half. The inspiration from these tracks has offered light in an otherwise pretty dark year, and I hope they’ll offer further inspiration as we take on the challenges of this one. In particular, I wanted to showcase some of my favourite output from the South Korean labels Oslated and Huinali and Artscope, some gems from Arcing Seas’ in_vurt compilation, recent highlights from Edit Select, and two tracks from my favourite release of the year: Emily Jeanne’s Public by Default. And, as well as a few other recent highlights — including a just-released track from Kameliia’s debut EP — I’ve also worked in some tracks from my own label’s last two releases of 2020. I hope you enjoy the selections" ~ Elliot TRACKLIST: @vicky-zissou - Tiden [Huinali Recordings] @doltzdeep - Jyakujo [Oslated] @doltzdeep - Henka To Eien [Oslated] @einox - Posthuman [Oslated] @svarogtechnomusic - FF4 [Edit Select] Cavüm (@cavuma) - Merging Sees [Circular Limited] @svarogtechnomusic - FF2 [Edit Select] Cavüm (@cavuma) - Monographic Love [Circular Limited] @Einox - Unknown Totem [Oslated] Blazej Malinowski (@menesmusic) - Continuum [Arcing Seas] Wa Wu We (@sebastianmullaert) - the grip of the frost release itself [Hypnus] @felixfleer & @jonaslandwehr - Metanoia [Edit Select] @emily_jeanne - Sudden, Said, Separate [Semantica] Regis - Masterside 1 (remastered) [Downwards] @dc11music - mnml6 [Unknown Movements] @Einox - Tense Cube [Artscope] @AlternateCurrent - A Gradual Shifting of the Poles [Unknown Movements] @howtolevitate - Stasis [Unknown Movements] @felixfleer & @jonaslandwehr - Limerence [Edit Select] @emily_jeanne - The General Distress [Semantica] @athousanddetails - Narkof [Unknown Movements] @otherform - Further Still [Unknown Movements] @theladymachine - Resilience [Token] @audiounits - Particle Physics [Unknown Movements] @kamelia-parwanowa - Itself [Overbalance] @yohannoh - Your Meditation [Arcing Seas] Follow Other Form here: www.soundcloud.com/otherform www.facebook.com/otherformuk www.instagram.com/otherformuk Follow Unknown Movements here: www.soundcloud.com/unknown-movements www.unknownmovements.com www.unknownmovements.bandcamp.com OUTER DIMENSION www.soundcloud.com/outerdimension www.instagram.com/outerdimension www.facebook.com/OUTERDIMENSION www.formaviva.com/outer-dimension Premiere Requests, Infos & Promos outerdimension.au@gmail.com
One last mix to end the year. When Svreca sent me this set, he could not have known what it would mean to me. I have spent so much time looking back lately, reliving old discussions and re-imagining moments passed, often lamenting how much was lost along the way. In just under three hours this mix communicates the flow of years. An archived recording from a special memory, it reminds me that the passage of time is beautiful even in what it fades away. Listening to it, I become lost completely, as though I am everywhere at once. Thank you to everyone who listened this year, who sent warm messages and left comments, who supported us and kept us feeling connected. Asyl Cahier is a Tokyo-based DJ who also hosts a series of events entitled LSI Dream. While he was born in Japan, it was moving to New York that led him to explore music more deeply and begin to DJ. There he was influenced by, and had the chance to play alongside, house luminaries like Fred P, DJ Qu, and Baaz. There he also fell in love with the beauty of techno music and discovered more abstract sounds. When DJing Asyl seeks to fuse together these different influences, open to experimenting without ever losing sight of the dancefloor, with a consistent groove grounding his sets. His considered approach has established him as a name to watch in the Tokyo scene, and he has supported many international acts, including Shed, Svreca, Powell, Lena Willikens, Mosca and the Giegling crew. Proud to present our next guest into The Erratic Podcast, P.E.A.R.L.! Originally from Spain but based out of Berlin, he is the founder of Falling Ethics and has been putting out uncompromising cuts that span across both ends of the techno spectrum: from the cerebral and introspective to the driving and pounding. The imprint released its sixth EP this past January 2016 and already has amassed impeccable remixes by the likes of Mulero, Orphx, and Svreca, which is a testament to the quality of each contribution to the label. Sergio's mix for us is a truly delightful and eclectic journey through not only the sound that defines him as an artist, but also the diversity and depth of his taste. Ladies and gentlemen, please sit back, relax, and enjoy. Hello! Friends of the Monument. Our guest for this episode is Luigi Tozzi(@luigitozzi). An Italian based producer with releases on influential labels like Dynamic Reflection and Hypnus Records (Sweden). We could expect to hear more from Luigi in the future as you could read about in the Q&A. On the note of “future”, this mix showcases a futuristic landscape of techno sounds and grooves. A real treat for the mind. 1. Which DJ would you like to share a beer and a conversation with? Why? Probably with the guys from Northern Electronics, especially with Acronym. I am paying a lot of attention to their output and like it very much, it's interesting to me how they express all a similar mood in their music, but keeping a very distinctive and individual touch. They are very careful not to unveil too much about themselves, which is something that I respect, but I'd be very curious to know a bit more about their methods and workflow. 2. How do you make your music? And whats up with the deep and sci-fi sound style? I make my music with an hybrid setup, I own some analog machines (Ms20 mini/Microbrute and a couple drum machines) but I tend to work and process a lot in the box with Ableton and some plugin bundles. This is the way I will continue to work in my solo project, but in the future I am planning to make a collaboration with a friend here in Rome which will be centered only on machines. I think that jamming and arranging live can be very stimulating for creativity and I'm very looking forward to give it a try. 3. What's happening in the future? (releases, gigs etc) A lot is happening in the next months, with Hypnus we will release a LP with great artists (such as Cassegrain,Ness, Svreca, Mike Parker, Alan Backdrop, Orphx, Cio d'Or and Edit Select) remixing our works from the past year. This will be released in January and in the following months I already have three solo releases confirmed and some remixes. Also I am very excited about starting to work on a live set, I know this won't be easy and will take some time but it's an objective I have fixed as a goal for 2015. 4. Any words to the people out there mesmerized by your sound? No I'll just take the chance to say THANK YOU to everyone who is supporting what I am doing, I would have never expected my first two releases to go out of stock that fast and I am very grateful for this. http://outis-music.com/artists/luigi-tozzi Artwork: (esa.int) True-colour image of Mars seen by OSIRIS Tracklist: 1)Sigha - Suspension 2)Claudio PRC - Echoes 3)Yuka - Umrao is Waiting 4)Voices From The Lake - Drop1 5)Refracted - Enlightenment 6)Voices From The Lake - Drop2 7)Luigi Tozzi - Chemosynthesis (Claudio PRC remix) 8)Etapp Kyle - Empty Mind 9)Donato Dozzy - Sotto ma Sotto 10)Evigt Morker - Nixa 11)Eastern Renaissance - 42°19'53 N 12)SS/S Siglo2 13)Blind Observatory - Beneath A Steel Sky 14)Silent Servant - Invocation of Lust 15)Abdulla Rashim - Asayita 1 16)TM404 202/303/303/303/808 (Svreca Remix) 17)Abdulla Rashim - Semien Terara 1 18)Edit Select - The Passing 19)Edit Select - Phlox Intro

Immersive, profound, and ritualistic is what succintly describes our next podcast episode courtesy of Semantica's founder, SVRECA. Without a doubt, every single set from him is unique and carries a degree of texture and richness that is just truly unrivaled. Rightly so, his label (a mixture of IDM, techno, and electronica in its 8th year run) has amassed and released one of the best electronic music catalogues out there. On this contribution for us, the journey (recorded live in Japan) is equally as enveloping as penetrating, taking you to places where your mind can't do but wander – in sheer amazement. But nothing tells the story better than music itself, so begin the voyage and lose yourself in it. This is Svreca, folks. DJ F has also just released his debut album '1974' featuring six tracks influenced by the early 90′s sounds of Detroit, electro and IDM. In this interview Flavio discusses the album writing process as well as the current state of the electronic music scene in Spain. inverted-audio.com/artist/dj-f/
Welcome androids to this weeks Monument podcast. For this episode we digged deep into Russia`s scene, and found Wunderblock(@ill-doggy) an electronic music project from Moscow. Three techno-masterminds met up to create something new, all adding their different spice to the soup. This podcast was recorded during back-2-back session by Michael Teploff and Vladimir Kochenov. Please check out our q/a to read up on this great concept and enjoy this weeks techno!! Q&A What inspired the creation of Wunderblock? It was an idea to fill the gap between experimental electronica and dance culture... How is the techno scene in Moscow today? Actually techno scene in Russia is pretty dead...The Govt's politics and the overall situation in the country is like a noose on the neck for creative people, and sure they all are looking for Europe as for the exit from the fascistic State... Which techno club should you absolutely not miss if in Moscow (without the obvious Arma17)? There is only Monasterio club has regular techno parties in Moscow, and it has an excellent unique Void Incubus sound system, which has been already tested by many big techno names. Unfortunately Arma17 now became more house-oriented club... What kind of sound are you searching for with Wunderblock? Now with our brand new label Wunderblock Records (http://wunderblock.org/) we are searching for more underground, techno and dub sound. http://www.discogs.com/artist/1454646-Wunderblock http://www.beatport.com/artist/wunderblock/144650 https://wunderblock.bandcamp.com/ Tracklist: 1.
