Midnight Sun Commences Exploration at Kazhiba Target on Solwezi Property, Zambia

Midnight Sun Director of Marketing and Communications Adrian O'Brien joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the start of exploration work at the Kazhiba Target on the company's Solwezi Property in Zambia. This initiative is part of the Cooperative Exploration Plan with First Quantum Minerals, designed to define near-surface oxide copper resources that could serve as a potential feed source for First Quantum's nearby Kansanshi Mine, located less than 10 kilometers away. O'Brien highlighted that the current work program includes 3,000 meters of reverse circulation drilling, partial ionic leach sampling, and an induced polarization (IP) survey. The drilling will target an average depth of 50 meters per hole, with spacing planned at 100 meters between holes in peripheral areas and 50 meters over the core mineralized zone. Additionally, a wide-spaced IP survey will be conducted over a previously untested anomaly at Kazhiba. This survey aims to detect stratigraphic-bound copper sulphide mineralization, potentially identifying the source of the existing copper oxide blanket. Seven survey lines, each spaced 200 meters apart, will cover a total of 6.5 line-kilometers. The results from this work are expected to provide valuable insights into the potential of the Kazhiba Target and its contribution to the overall resource potential of the Solwezi Property. #proactiveinvestors #midnightsunminingcorp #tsxv #mma #otc #mdngf #mining #CopperExploration #KazhibaProject #ZambiaMining #FirstQuantum #OxideCopper #MiningNews #ProactiveInvestors #MiningExploration #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

For all the women entering their third act in life, I have a message for you. Life does not have to be drab or monotonous. In fact it can be fabulously amazing. Meet Suzette who is taking the world by storm on her own terms. She even found love in this season. Goes to show, that can be you.  Let's talk about it.   ******************************** Suzette Vearnon is redefining her 60s on her own terms. Throwing away the handbook on ageism, retirement and what is "acceptable" in her 3rd act of life, this defier of boxes is writing her own script, choosing to go where joy leads her and trusting that her next will blow her mind. Coach Suzette, as she has lovingly been called for decades, has traded the demands of hustle and grind entrepreneurship - chasing success as the business owner of both a life and relationship solutions coaching business and an administrative/bookkeeping business - to bringing her passion for shared joy to the digital space as the self titled Chief Instigator of Captured Special Moments with some life and relationship lessons in between. If you asked Suzette what's next, she'd tell you she doesn't know. A return to when Connor and Jack explored Fady Joudah's poem "Additional Notes on Tea." They discuss how the poem moves around the globe, how it interrogates history, and engages with the concept of God. Close Talking Ep. 132: Poetry and Palestine - https://soundcloud.com/close-talking/episode-132-poetry-and-palestine UNBOXED Vol 15: Poetry and Palestine - https://us2.campaign-archive.com/?u=fd945ee0dcd8acdc0e3aa0f22&id=1551facf0f Additional Notes On Tea By: Fady Joudah In Cairo a boy's balcony higher than a man's deathbed. The boy is sipping tea, The view is angular like a fracture. Surrounding the bed, women in wooden chairs. They signal mourning with a scream. Family men on the street run up the stairs and drink raven tea. On the operating table in Solwezi a doctor watches a woman die. Tea while the anesthetic wears off, While the blade is waiting, tea. The doctor says the woman knows god is sleeping Outside heaven in a tent. God is a refugee dreaming of tea. Once upon a time an ocean married a sea to carry tea around. Land was jealous. So it turned into desert and gave no one wood for ships. And when ships became steel, Land turned into ice. And when everything melted, everything tasted like tea. Once upon a time there was a tea party in Boston. Tea, like history, is a non sequitur. I prefer it black. The Chinese drink it green. Find us on Facebook at: facebook.com/closetalking

Ever wondered how much trade is happening between the Zambian provinces? Forget SADC, forget African Union, just within Zambia. There isn't a direct road between Mongu and Solwezi. It can take up to 17hrs drive for a fisherman from Zambezi plains in Mongu to deliver fish to the lucrative market of Solwezi via Lusaka. If I am not mistaken, that is the case between Kasama and Chipata. Other than delivery methods to be developed by the new witchcraft course at UNZA, trade between North Western and the bordering Western Provinces is ZERO. Solution? The $2 billion rail project between Serenje and Chipata, should instead be used to develop these two corridors plus the Southern network.
