You don't need a sales funnel. You don't need a VA. And you definitely don't need a huge Instagram following to grow your practice. What you do need? A way to get in front of a new group of people who already care about what you have to say. And that's exactly what being a podcast guest does. In this episode, I'm spilling the tea on why being a guest on someone else's podcast is one of the best (and most overlooked) marketing strategies for wellness practitioners like you. Whether you're flying solo, in the process of scaling your practice, or just starting out, this is something you can do right now to get your name out there, build trust, and get more eyes on your practice in the most organic way possible. I'm breaking it all down step by step - no PR team required. Here's What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✨ Why you don't need to be famous to land a podcast spot ✨ How to find the right podcasts (even if you're brand new) ✨ What to say in your pitch (with a copy/paste email template!) ✨ Topic ideas that get instant attention ✨ What to do after the episode airs to turn listeners into warm leads If you've been stuck trying to “do more marketing,” this episode is your permission slip to try something different - and likely way more effective. Want More Support? Here's Where You Can Find It:
If the word “marketing” makes you break out in hives, you are not alone. Most wellness practitioners didn't get into this work because they wanted to become full-time marketers, post 24/7 on Instagram, or host flashy online events. You're here to help people heal - not become a content-producing machine. But here's the thing: if no one knows who you are or what you do, it's going to be really hard to grow the practice (and life) you want. The good news? You don't need complicated tech, a big ad budget, or a virtual assistant just to show up online. In fact, some of the most effective marketing strategies right now are also the simplest. In this episode of The Clinical Entrepreneur, I'm giving you 10 of the best, high-impact ways to market your practice - especially if you're a team of one, short on time, and allergic to self-promotion. Here's What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✨How to create trust-building content without being on social all day ✨The four (maybe five) emails that encourage the reader to schedule ✨Why mini workshops and casual Q&As beat webinars every time ✨Where to post and share your free offer for maximum visibility This is for the practitioner who wants to stay in their zone of genius - serving patients - and have a practice that stays full without grinding it out online. Want More Support? Here's Where You Can Find It:

In this candid conversation, Anna and Kendall discuss the realities of work-life integration for wellness practice owners. They challenge the concept of "balance," preferring to focus on integration and intentional choices around how they spend their time.As Kendall notes, "I think most of us mean integration when we say balance. Right. That we're hoping for in owning our own business is that we can go to our kids school and see their project... we can build our own schedule, we can have our weekends... and we can feel integrated and grounded."The hosts share practical strategies they use to maintain boundaries while acknowledging the inevitable overlap between business and personal life. They respond to questions about discussing business with partners and children, working from home, and preventing work from consuming family time. Both Anna and Kendall emphasize the importance of self-care, with Anna noting, "I take a lot of time off, and I'm unapologetic about it." They acknowledge that maintaining these boundaries is an ongoing practice rather than a perfect system. This episode offers realistic perspectives on work-life integration, with both hosts sharing their personal experiences, challenges, and strategies for maintaining wellbeing while running successful wellness practices.Get all the links, resources and show notes here: https://wellnesscentercreators.comSponsored by Jane App, Jane offers online booking, charting, scheduling, secure video and invoicing on one secure, beautifully designed system: https://jane.app/ Use code wellness1mo for a one-month grace period on your new Jane account.

Today, Anna Rudel and Kendall Hagensen explore the various ways wellness practices can grow and innovate without necessarily expanding physically. They challenge the common assumption that growth always means getting bigger, instead focusing on how practices can develop deeper and more efficiently within their existing framework. As Anna notes, "I find myself always on the brink of either throttling back because I know I don't want to grow the clinic into another location... But then how do I keep engaged? How do I keep that creativity going?" This perfectly captures the dilemma many practice owners face. The hosts discuss the importance of systems in managing innovation, share personal experiences with growth decisions, and offer practical advice on implementing changes. They emphasize that growth can take many forms, from adding new services within existing teams to improving operational efficiency through better systems. The conversation also covers the crucial aspects of managing transitions and communicating changes effectively with team members. This episode is particularly valuable for wellness practice owners looking to innovate and grow their businesses thoughtfully and sustainably, without necessarily expanding their physical footprint or team size.Get all the links, resources and show notes here: https://wellnesscentercreators.comSponsored by Jane App, Jane offers online booking, charting, scheduling, secure video and invoicing on one secure, beautifully designed system: https://jane.app/ Use code wellness1mo for a one-month grace period on your new Jane account.

Welcome! and Thank you for listening. Today I am joined by Addie Majnaric, RDN to discuss Thanksgiving Survival Tips. We will discuss Thanksgiving Dish Substitutes as well as hidden ingredients in what may seem like a plant based dish. Thanksgiving food and overeating is not just hard on your waistline but can be very hard on your heart. The sodium in a day's worth of overindulgent foods can very quickly make the blood pressure skyrocket, and the water retention can lead to heart failure. A few quick tips can go a long way to keep you healthy. The holiday season can be very stressful. Honesty is the best policy. Being with your family and friends is of utmost importance. The first step is to tell people how much they mean to you and how much you enjoy their company. However, you also need to ask for their support in your food choices. Make it easy and bring a few dishes as possible. Keep the food talk minimal and light. It is not the time for a health lecture. If you get through this first feasting holiday, you will have the confidence to continue on your health journey. Make every day count. It is the people that make the holiday not the food. Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving from all of us at Jami Dulaney, MD Health and Wellness Practice.

Today we'll be talking to Tiffany who is a family N.P, she started a DCP practice a couple of months ago that has had a slow start. Tiffany originally came to the show looking for assistance in increasing her practice's patient volume and deciding which services and products to provide. In this episode we have a very particular situation, Tiffany goes from looking at how to increase revenue on a practice she doesn't really own to deciding to start her own practice and changing the focus of the services she will provide. Like we've said in previous episodes you need to be ready to pivot, you have to listen to your patients and deliver on their needs, being able to change focus and meet the demands of a specific area even if it means changing your business or scraping it and starting a new one from zero.
Today we'll be talking to Marie who is an adult and gero NP, she's currently working full time doing Medicare home assessments but also does mobile and acutte care visits. Marie is looking to start her own wellness practice but she's not yet sure about which services she will be offering, she needs assistance figuring out what to provide and how to get the business up and running. This is a great episode for those looking to start up their own practice, Marie has a lot of interesting and very pertinent questions regarding the first steps to take when opening your own business, one of the most important points we talk about here is to keep your business opening lean, you don't need to spend tens of thousands of dollar to start your practice and in the case you don't succeed remember, a business that was cheap to open will be cheap to close down.
Today I am sitting down with my brother Luke as he shares his journey from struggling with his weight and his body as a child to completely transforming his life through fitness & wellness practices. This is the ultimate motivation to just start & be kind to yourself along the way

This may be hard to swallow, however, your truth, and what you currently believe to be the truth is actually inaccurate and simply an opinion of yours that you hold – it is not Truth. See, the Truth is belligerent. The Truth is uncomfortable, it is what is “real”, is “accurate”, and it is not open to interpretation. It is not an opinion, thought, perspective, experience, belief, or representation either formed or portrayed by humans. The Truth is universal for all humans it is what objectively “is”. In this Friday's rebroadcast, I joined Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast to share: The differences between vertical breathing, circular breathing & box breathing. We learn to breathe from our parents as babies. Babies are born breathing through their nose & as life goes on we essentially forget we have a nose. Mouth breathing is a coping mechanism. Fighting in front of kids isn't always bad. If you have to choose between meditation & breathwork, choose breathwork. Hope this interview enrichens your wellness journey towards higher consciousness.
