Putting together VideoFuzzy ep. 100 -- coffee certainly helps!   Hi! My name is Terry J. Aman, marking my 100th episode of VideoFuzzy, reporting the progress I've made in cataloging thousands of VHS transfers and digital recordings. This set covers discs 1751 to 1800 in my Classic Collection. I open with a project overview highlighting some of my finds. For my Fuzzy Feature, I encountered the 100th episode of "Bones" that recalled the first case Booth and Bones worked on together. I found a similar story construction in "In Plain Sight," and talked about that one as well. Under Cross Connections I trace Golden Threads Todd Giebenhain and, later, Michael Shamus Wiles. Also, appearances by Amy Acker, Lee Majors, Kathy Najimy, Bryan Batt, Alan Ruck, Stephen Root, Katie Sackhoff, Mark Bergeron, Angela Bassett, Sarah Silverman, Rita Moreno, Dana Delany, Sheryl Crow, Mary Pat Gleason, Marc A. Sheppard, Charlotte Arren, Johnny Broderick, Cyd Cherise, Fred Astaire, Jane Lynch, Olivia Munn and Brian Skala. And under Fond Reflections, love for Michelle Trachtenberg of "Buffy," "Mercy" and "Six Feet Under," and I share some headcanon from an "Angel" chat group I was in. In Video Outreach, I share comments from author and fellow podcaster Kemper Donovan on my review of "Loose Lips," available here: https://bit.ly/3C11ENN Kemper hosts the "All About Agatha" podcast here: https://bit.ly/43j4hnB Then I chat with my sister, Patti Ellingson, about shows we've enjoyed, including "Doctor Who," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Bridgerton" and "Stranger Things." I know I've mentioned my sister's influence on my television viewing different times over the course of this production, and this felt like a fantastic opportunity to chat with her directly. So much fun! In my Classic Collection, I take almost a disc-by-disc deep dive on what I was finding in this set, beginning with a third meet-cute storyline I encountered in this set: the first season finale of "Human Target." Also, comments on "Arrested Development," "The Simpsons," "FlashForward," "Archer," "24," "Caprica," "Community," "Mercy," "Ugly Betty," "Parks and Recreation," "Justified," 2002 and 2005 MTV Movie Award shows, "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report," "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" C-SPAN coverage of the Affordable Care Act, "Breaking Bad," "The Big Bang Theory," "Jawbreaker," "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" "Batman Returns," "The Three Faces of Eve," "Sybil," Union activity at The Minot Daily News, "Star Trek Voyager," "Fawlty Towers," "Monty Python's Flying Circus," commercials and music videos, "LOST," "Cougar Town," "Castle," "Fringe," "Chuck," "Broadway Melody of 1940," "Silk Stockings," "V" and "Damages."  Also surfacing in this cataloging effort I found home movies, including a one-act presented at the Carnegie Center in Minot in 2002 or so called "Excerpts." Friends of mine read from books in my collection: https://bit.ly/3DslFO6 It's a bit silly, but if you think of books on your shelves murmuring to one another, that was the idea I was going for. Then, from 100 episodes, I share 100 clips! But there'd only be 99, right? Well, one of the clips I shared referenced outtakes from a "Michael Caine in Space" sketch on "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" which, at the time, I had trouble locating. Since then, I was able to locate it here: https://bit.ly/4hnn9XM Enjoy! Finally, in What I've Been Watching, Ralph and I took in Larry Shue's "The Nerd" at the Vernal Theatre downtown, and I shared some thoughts. The company closes out its season with a production of Cole Porter's "Kiss Me Kate" coming up in mid-April, and we're looking forward to it. Tickets and information at https://www.vernaltheatre.com. TOP FIFTEEN: Here's a "Top Fifteen" episode guide for people looking for a quick read-in on this blog and podcast effort: https://videofuzzy.libsyn.com/about. Enjoy!

Holding Space? What about Thickening Space?? Inspired by The Muppets, Ani DiFranco, Sinead O'Connor, and Joni Mitchell- queer music icon - B*TCH is here to talk about her musical memoir, B*TCHCRAFT at wild project. Sarah and B*TCH talk about political art, musical theatre, "thickening space" in acting class, violin, One Long Earring, and much much more! B*tch (Creator/Performer) is a longstanding queer music icon who Yahoo Entertainment called “a feminist force that the world needs now more than ever” when she released “B*tchcraft,” her 9th studio album, on the legendary label Kill Rock Stars in 2022. With her signature electric violin and lyrical smarts front and center over huge beats and deep synths, B*tch coined the genre “Poet Pop.” “B*tchcraft is a masterpiece,” said Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls. Both Indigo Girls and Ani DiFranco took B*tch on tour as their opener. Joey Soloway (Transparent) directed the music video for “Easy Target.” B*tch first achieved notoriety as one half of the folk duo B*tch and Animal. The duo had met in acting school at DePaul University (formerly the Goodman School of Drama), where B*tch was the recipient of the Merit Scholarship for two years in a row. They toured with Ani DiFranco, and released two albums on her label Righteous Babe Records, and were nominated for a GLAAD Media award in 2003. In 2004, B*tch went solo, and shared stages with the Indigo Girls, acted in John Cameron Mitchell's film “Shortbus,” co-wrote a song with Margaret Cho, and produced two albums of her elder and folk hero Ferron. Recently, she played a role in the new Audible podcast of Alison Bechdel's “Dykes To Watch Out For,” alongside Jane Lynch, Carrie Brownstein and Roxane Gay. The series was directed by Leigh Silverman (Suffs, Violet, Well), and Bitch co-wrote a song for it with Faith Soloway (Transparent, A Transparent Musical). This week, look, we know you don't care, but we didn't kill our wife, okay?? We're heading out on the run with a hairy Harrison in search of the one-armed man, as we have a hell of a time with one the great dad thrillers of the 90s. It's 1993's The Fugitive, directed by Andrew Davis, and starring Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee Jones, Sela Ward, Joe Pantoliano, Jeroen Krabbé, Daniel Roebuck, L. Scott Caldwell, Tom Wood, Andreas Katsulas, Julianne Moore and Jane Lynch. Both a perpetual chase action movie as well as a taut conspiracy thriller, the movie is boosted enormously by a lineup of U.S. Marshals in dogged pursuit of our hero that all get to be funny and likeable without ever really feeling like the villains -- such a likeable bunch in fact that they'd all come back for a Ford-less sequel in 1998, four years after Tommy Lee Jones won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. Plus: Hayley's hooked on puzzles, and Justin's landed square in the middle of a red hot pro wrestling feud! If you'd like to watch the movie before listening to our conversation, The Fugitive is currently streaming on Crave and Starz in Canada at the time of publication. Other works discussed on this episode include Austin Powers in Goldmember, The Love Guru, Monday Night Raw, The Bikeriders, Azrael: Angel of Death, No One Will Save You, Mission: Impossible, Mission: Impossible 2, The Town, Lost, The Late Shift, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Lupin the Third, John Wick, Air Force One, The Departed, The Sixth Sense, Emilia Perez, The Incredible Hulk, The Living Daylights, Soldier of Orange, The Fourth Man, Minority Report, Die Hard, U.S. Marshals, The Matrix, The Simpsons, and Wrongfully Accused, among others. We'll be back next week as we continue to barrel toward January's canon consideration of Ocean's Eleven (2001) at the end of the month, and having already checked in with Bernie Mac to kick off the new year, it's time to recruit the leader of the gang in one of his first leading man movie star roles, the very first film ever released by DreamWorks Pictures: 1997's The Peacemaker, with George Clooney and Nicole Kidman which is sadly not available to stream north of the border currently but can be rented on Cineplex and YouTube. Until then, we'll see you at the movies!!

The lights go out at McKinley High, but much comes to light.Jenna & Kevin are not mincing words - they think one of the cringiest, worst moments of the entire show happens in this episode. Kevin shares how he felt saying certain lines and tried to protest it, but ultimately, he had no say in changing it. On a more light-hearted note ... the return of a glowing SJP, Sue Sylvester's brilliant singing, and fun numbers, like "Longest Time," where everyone was being silly, especially Melissa Benoist, who had Kevin in stitches the entire time.Plus, fun memories of the cast going to see Jane Lynch make her Broadway debut in "Annie" and the unintentional chaos they caused with their arrival!
