"Die Maske" als Figur ist zu Olli unterwegs, Torsten erwartet "Supergirl (The Flash)".Natürlich besprechen wir in dem Zusammenhang dann auch gleich den Film und Jim Carrey als Schauspieler. Es geht auch wieder um's Kino und gewisse Benimmregeln. Film- und Serien-Tipps haben wir auch wieder parat, also für (fast) jeden wieder etwas dabei.

The latest edition of Kneel Before Pod brought together me (Craig) and Chris to talk about the recent TV crossover event that brought together The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl and DC's Legends of Tomorrow to take on invading aliens. It was exciting to see how these characters would work together in a sprawling story that takes place across three episodes of television. It was so exciting that Chris and I just had to talk about it and we cover the events depicted in some detail. Many things are covered such as how well Kara gets along with everyone, Ray's issues around who he is attracted to, how aliens appearing in traffic get covered up and the ease of multiverse travel. You can find my reviews of the individual episodes here. Find out what the trio thought of the action, drama, CGI and humor of the four-night event. Did it live up to their expectations? Which of the four nights was their favorite? What did they love the most and what made them go "huh?" The episode wraps with the three discussing Tyler Hoechlin as Superman on Supergirl. All this and more on this week's Geek Confidential podcast!

It's Friday so that means there's a 50/50 shot that a new Punch Drunk TV is ready for your listening pleasure. And you're in luck as this is the right Friday for you! Jack and Aaron talk about their trip to last weekend's Power Morphicon and, interestingly enough, virtual reality comes up a lot in this episode. Get ready to be jacked in! But first, the news: Hulu is adapting Marvel's "Runaways" to a series with "Gossip Girl" creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage behind the project. Here's hoping it's good because all of CWs shows will be leaving Hulu soon as their streaming deal has ended. Netflix will have the new episodes for each CW show available 8 days after their respective season finales end. Welp, there's always CWTV.com ... Speaking of The CW, we discuss the pending "Supergirl"/"The Flash" musical crossover and the rumor that Joss Whedon may direct the two episodes. Also, the network canned their "Friday the 13th" series as the idea wasn't "sustainable." Fear not genre fans, a new "Lost Boys" series is in the works from Rob Thomas -- the creator of "Veronica Mars" and "iZombie." Also, "The Nightly Show" was canceled, because of course it was. At least we can celebrate Brendan Dassey's release from prison ... right?
