What does it really mean to be a good steward? In this powerful message, we unpack the call to serve with excellence by exploring three foundational truths of stewardship:God is the OwnerA good steward appreciates what they've been givenA good steward lives with accountability in mindThrough 1 Corinthians 15:58, Ephesians 4, 1 Peter 4, and the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25), we are reminded that every believer has received a gift — and burying it is not an option. Fear is not an excuse. Comparison is a trap. Laziness is costly.Whether you serve on a team, in the marketplace, at home, or in your community, this message will challenge you to recognize what God has entrusted to you, develop it, multiply it, and steward it faithfully for His glory. The day of accountability is coming — and we want to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”Listen in and take inventory: What has God placed in your hands?

What happens when we walk away from God, pursue independence, and try to build life on our own terms? Does He withdraw, reject us, or wait for us to fix ourselves first? In this deeply moving message from the book of Hosea, we see the heart of a Father whose love does not give up. Through Hosea's prophetic life, the story of the prodigal son, and God's own declarations, we discover a love that pursues us even in rebellion, restores us in our brokenness, and calls us back into belonging. This sermon speaks to anyone who has ever felt far from God, unloved, disqualified, or alone. It reveals how independence can lead to emptiness, but also how God breaks that independence to restore intimacy. In the very place where you felt rejected, God declares restoration. In the place where you felt “not loved,” He pours out mercy. In the place where you felt you did not belong, He calls you His own. This is the story of the Father who runs toward His children, who says “How can I give you up?”, and who restores identity, dignity, and purpose. If you have ever wondered whether God still loves you, whether you can come home, or whether your life can be restored, this message will remind you of one truth:His goodness is still running after you.

What is the real battle over human lives—and why does God save us?In The Thief and the Life Giver, we unpack Jesus' words in John 10:10 and expose the enemy's agenda to steal, kill, and destroy, while revealing God's greater purpose: to give life—abundant life. This message goes beyond personal salvation to show why God rescues us: so we can become channels of life to others.Drawing from the dramatic deliverance in Mark 5, this sermon challenges believers to stop settling for comfort and silence and step into their assignment as witnesses. You'll hear why Jesus sends the delivered back into resistant places, how testimony becomes a powerful tool for evangelism, and why your story—no matter how ordinary it feels—matters. This is a call to vigilance, obedience, and action. If you've been saved, you've been sent.

What if the reason prayer feels hard… is the very reason you shouldn't stop?In this message, we explore why Jesus said when you pray, when you fast, and when you give—and how these practices position you to experience the abundant life He promised. From Daniel's 21-day prayer to the quiet battles of the flesh, this sermon reveals how prayer engages the supernatural, shapes your future, and transforms you from the inside out. This isn't just about praying for problems to go away. It's about growing beyond feelings, persevering when nothing seems to be happening, and learning to seek God for who He is—not just what He can do.If you've ever wondered, “Is my prayer even working?” — this message is for you.

Understanding Prayer, Persistence, and the Unseen Spiritual Battle.Prayer was never meant to be optional. In this sermon, we explore why Jesus consistently said “when you pray” and never “if you pray.” From the teachings of Jesus to Daniel's delayed answer in Daniel 10, Scripture reveals that prayer is a spiritual engagement that activates heaven—even when nothing seems to be happening. This message breaks down:Why prayer often takes timeWhat's happening in the unseen realm when you prayWhy persistence matters more than feelingsHow spiritual resistance can delay visible answersWhy giving up early can stop what God already releasedYou'll also hear powerful prayers for salvation, healing, restoration, divine relationships, and community transformation—reminding us that our prayers rise like incense before God and that heaven responds to every word spoken in faith. If you've ever felt discouraged in prayer, tired of waiting, or unsure whether your prayers were making a difference, this teaching will strengthen your faith and remind you: Jesus expected you to pray—and heaven still moves when you do.

Why do some prayers seem to work powerfully, while others feel unanswered or delayed? In this message, Principles for Effective Prayer (Part 2), we go beyond formulas and into the heart of how prayer truly works.Drawing from Jesus' teaching in Luke 11, this episode reveals that effective prayer is not just about what we say, but how we persist. You'll discover why prayer is often inconvenient, why it takes time, and why other people's wills can affect the timing of answers. Most importantly, you'll learn why staying power is essential in prayer—and how God is always at work, even when you can't see immediate results. This message also explores the deeper dimensions of prayer: praying with understanding and praying in the Spirit, growing in spiritual depth, and building a lifestyle of consistent, faith-filled intercession. You'll be challenged to move beyond quick, surface-level prayers and develop a prayer life marked by endurance, compassion, and spiritual maturity. The episode concludes with a powerful call to relationship with God, reminding us that prayer is not a religious tool but a living connection with our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ. If you've ever felt discouraged in prayer, this message will renew your faith, strengthen your perseverance, and help you pray with fresh confidence.Scripture Focus: Luke 11:1–13, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Daniel 10Listen and be encouraged to keep praying—because God hears, God is working, and your persistence will not be in vain.

What does it really mean when we ask, “Lord, teach us to pray”? In this powerful teaching from Luke 11, we go beyond memorized words and discover the heart, cost, and responsibility of true prayer.Jesus not only gives His disciples a pattern for prayer, but immediately follows it with an illustration that reveals how prayer actually works. In this message, we unpack key principles drawn from the story of the friend at midnight—showing that prayer is not meant to be self-centered, casual, or convenient. True prayer flows from a heart that genuinely cares, moves us into action, and is willing to sacrifice comfort for the sake of others. You'll be challenged to examine your prayer life:Are you praying only for yourself? Is your heart really in it?Are you willing to act on what you pray? Are you willing to embrace inconvenience? The sermon concludes with a strong time of corporate prayer, declaring God's healing, restoration, wisdom, mercy, and resurrection power over spirit, soul, and body. Whether you are new to prayer or seeking to deepen your walk with God, this message will reshape how you approach prayer and inspire you to pray with purpose, compassion, and faith.

Why We Must Pray | Sermon Podcast DescriptionWhy do we pray—especially when nothing seems to change? In this powerful and grounding message, Why We Must Pray, we explore prayer not as a religious routine, but as a spiritual necessity in a broken and unjust world. Drawing from Jesus' teachings, the temptation in the wilderness, the parable of the persistent widow, and key passages like Ephesians 6, Romans 8, and Luke 18, this sermon reveals prayer as the way God legally intervenes in human affairs. You'll discover why prayer:Invites God's reign, rule, and dominion into our situationsResists the work of the enemy and spiritual oppositionBrings justice into unjust and painful circumstancesSustains faith when answers seem delayedAllows the Holy Spirit to help us pray with accuracy and powerEmpowers believers to stand in the gap for others who don't know how to prayThis message also leads listeners into moments of guided prayer—lifting personal burdens, breaking destructive cycles, interceding for families, cities, and regions, and crying out for the salvation of the lost.If you've ever felt weary in prayer, confused by delays, or unsure why prayer still matters, this teaching will renew your understanding and stir your spirit to pray again—persistently, intentionally, and with faith.

What do you do when a new year begins—but the past still speaks loudly? In this message, Seizing the Promises of God, we confront the very first question ever asked in Scripture: “Did God really say?” It's a question the enemy still uses today to challenge God's character, weaken faith, and keep believers stuck in yesterday's disappointments or victories. This teaching calls us to reset our focus, realign our faith, and actively partner with God to see His promises fulfilled. God's promises are not automatic—they are invitations. Invitations to forget what lies behind, fix our gaze on what is ahead, and fight daily with faith, obedience, and responsibility. You'll be reminded that:God's promises are always future-focused, not past-definedNew seasons are God's gift for renewal and hopeChoosing God's future requires intentional decisions and real sacrificeEvery promise will be contested, but faith knows how to fightGod works in us—but we must work it out in partnership with HimThis message is both a challenge and an encouragement for anyone stepping into a new year, a new season, or a fresh start. If you're ready to stop circling yesterday and start laying hold of what God has spoken, this word is for you.Scriptures referenced include: Genesis 3:1, Philippians 3:13, Hebrews 4:1–2, Psalm 2, 1 Timothy 1:18, Philippians 2:12–13, Jeremiah 29:11.

In this compelling message, Pastor Nana reveals the truth that you did not end up where you are by coincidence. God Himself predetermined your times and the boundaries of your dwelling, and every disappointment, transition, and delayed plan has been woven into His purpose. Your sending may look different from others, but God's purpose for you remains the same: reconciling the world to Christ.Drawing from the life of Joseph, the Great Commission, and the early church, this sermon confronts fear, excuses, and spiritual complacency. Pastor Nana shows that the harvest is already plentiful and that the real shortage is not opportunities, but available laborers. You are the answer to the prayer you've been praying. The message calls listeners into a deeper place of surrender. A place where you give God your hands, your intellect, your resources, your will, and your love, declaring, “Ever, only, all for You.”If you are wondering why you are in this city, in this season, or in this position, this word will give you clarity, courage, and conviction.Listen with a ready heart. God is sending you.

God's desire is that no one will perish in their sin. This desire must become the vision of every member of the body of Christ, because that is the vision of our Head - Jesus Christ. Nana explores several reasons why we must embrace the ministry of reconciliation and continue to do the work of God with joy.

In this deeply stirring message, Pastor Nana calls us back to the heart of God's mission: the salvation of the lost and the obedience of the believer.Drawing from 2 Peter 3:9, the sermon uncovers one of God's greatest desires — that every unsaved person will be saved, and every saved person walking in sin will return home. With powerful storytelling and spiritual urgency, Pastor Nana walks through the universal human condition, the redemptive truth of the blood of Jesus, and the divine call placed upon every believer. We are reminded that evangelism is not a department — it's an identity. It is the ministry entrusted to all of God's people. One of the most striking moments of the message centers on Mark 1:14–15, where “John was put in prison… and Jesus came to Galilee preaching.” This unexpected contrast becomes a prophetic teaching on discernment, obedience, and knowing what truly pleases God.Pastor Nana exposes the subtle traps of loving human approval, delaying spiritual assignment, and giving our strength to noble activities that are not God's priority. This episode will challenge you to:Rethink what matters in God's sightDiscern the times and respond with bold obedienceEmbrace the mindset of Christ — humility, no reputation, servanthoodStep fully into your role as an ambassador of ChristStop postponing what God is asking you to do todayWhether you are new in the faith or have walked with Jesus for years, this message will awaken fresh urgency, clarity, and conviction to live for what truly matters. This is the call. This is the moment. This is the mission.John was put in prison… but Jesus preached. Now it's your turn.

In a world that glorifies hurry, pushes us from one demand to the next, and leaves little room to breathe, God is offering something radically different—an invitation to Selah. In this transformative message, Pastor Nana unpacks the biblical meaning of “Selah” as more than a pause in Scripture. It is a divine call to slow down, reflect, and step into the quiet confidence that comes only from God's presence.Drawing from Psalm 46, Psalm 103, Hebrews 4, James 1, Isaiah 30, and more, this sermon confronts the dangers of rushing ahead of God, living in anxiety, and striving in our own strength. With a pastoral yet prophetic tone, we explore how hurry becomes the thief of intimacy, how Egypt often represents false stability, and why true elevation comes only from being led by the Spirit, even into wilderness seasons. You'll hear practical, heart-piercing truth about:– Mixing God's Word with faith– Walking in obedience– Choosing joy in trials– Slowing down long enough to hear God's voice– Escaping the traps and “pits” created by rushed decisions– Entering God's promise of rest– Being quieted by His love instead of driven by fearThis message will lead you into a posture of surrender, reflection, and renewed strength. Whether you've been striving, anxious, overwhelmed, or just spiritually tired, the Holy Spirit is whispering:“Pause. Selah. Let Me lead you.”Take a moment. Breathe. Allow God to speak.May this message guide you into the rest and peace that God has prepared for your life.

Life is about one thing - pleasing God (2 Cor. 5). Whether present in the body or at home with the Lord, our aim stays the same. Pastor unpacks how to break free from people-pleasing and live with holy focus: fear God, serve with sincerity(not eye-service), and do the will of God from the heart. We're reminded that God saved us to save others - He's entrusted us with the ministry of reconciliation. That means renewing our minds (Rom. 12:2), pursuing sanctification (1 Thess. 4:3), and relying on grace when we feel weakest (2 Cor. 12:9). Soldiers don't get tangled in civilian affairs (2 Tim. 2:4); they work with purpose. So we work hard to persuade others, not to perform, but because love compels us. Rest is holy, but quitting isn't.Practical checkpoints:Which choice makes me more like Jesus?Which path makes me rely most on God?What brings others closer to Him and gives Him the most glory?Lean in for a faith-stirring call to bold obedience, quiet integrity, and daily courage. Praise then accelerates prayer, shifting our focus from the problem to God's answer (Phil. 4:6; 1 Thess. 5:17–18).You'll learn to:Depend on God in humility (Prov. 3:5–6; 2 Chron. 7:14)Pray for spiritual growth and transformation (Jude 20; Col. 1:9–10)Lay hold of God's promises and inheritance (Matt. 6:11; Heb. 4:16)Engage in warfare and intercession (Eph. 6:12,18; Ezek. 22:30)Praise as an act of faith and part of our purpose (Ps. 42:11; Isa. 43:21)Center stage is Hannah (1 Sam. 1): after years of pain, she aligns her desire with God's will, prays fervently, worships before seeing results—and “the Lord remembered her.” Her story calls us to move from crying to praying, praising, and partnering with God's purposes.Listen and declare: “Not my will but Yours—teach me to pray, and I will praise as I wait.”Key Scriptures: Phil. 4:6; 1 Thess. 5:17–18; Luke 11:1; Col. 4:2; 1 Sam. 1.

In this powerful and practical message, Pastor Nana Boadum teaches how to train your spirit like you would train your body—through spiritual workouts rooted in God's Word. Drawing from Proverbs 20:27, Philippians 4, and more, you'll discover four key disciplines to build a strong, discerning spirit: meditating on the Word, practicing the Word, giving the Word first place, and instantly obeying the voice of your spirit. You'll learn why practicing Scripture is more than just reading or quoting it—it's a daily commitment to align your heart, mind, and actions with God's truth. Pastor [Your Name] also shares an urgent call to salvation, reminding us that Jesus welcomes everyone who comes to Him, no matter their past.Get ready to grow deeper in your relationship with God, learn to hear His voice more clearly, and live a life filled with peace, strength, and spiritual authority.

In this powerful message titled "Desire an Overflow of the Holy Spirit," Pastor Nana Boadum teaches on the difference between receiving the Holy Spirit for personal salvation and experiencing the Spirit's overflow for the transformation of others. Drawing from John 4, John 7, and 1 Corinthians 12, we are reminded that the Spirit in us is not only a spring for eternal life but rivers that flow outward—bringing life, healing, and revival wherever they go.This sermon is a call to move beyond settling for “just enough.” It's an invitation to desire more—to let God's Spirit overflow in our homes, cities, and nations. Whether you're new to the faith or deep in your walk with God, this message will stir your hunger for the Spirit's power and presence in a fresh way.

How can we guarantee a fruitful and fulfilled life? The good news is, that is God's desire for each and everyone of us. He desires for us to live an abundant life, a life bustling with joy, favor and full of purpose. A fruitful and fulfilled life is God's best for us, but the enemy (satan) has a focus on preventing us from experiencing God's best for our lives. He (satan) being the father of all lies, sets out steal, kill and destroy precious lives and he does that by selling us a lie, luring us to reject God's Word, especially when it seems uncomfortable to us, and settle for less. But all of God's word is vital for our fruitfulness and fulfillment in life. Nana shares wisdom keys to help us unravel the enemy's plan, so we can remain focused and experience God's best. #Prayer #GenerationP246 #Ohio #AthensOhio #BobcatNation #JesusGeneration #ohiouniversity #AthensOhio #LetsDiveIntoIT #IndispensableTruth #NanaBoadumPhD #GenP246 #PrayerWorks --- Stay Connected Website: https://www.generationp246.us/ Email: info@generationp246.us GenP246 on Facebook: https://www.fb.com/generationp246 GenP246 on Instagram: https://instagram.com/generationp246 GenP246 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/generationp246 On the go wherever you listen to podcasts: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/27fHtXivc0CiX1ekVnchBd?si=aNAM8VdUR2-OuYsbL6YMoQ Apple Podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/lets-dive-into-it-indispensable-truth/id1556118786 This message is the first of the series on 'Experiencing the Miraculous', and it challenges us to make room in our daily lives, to experience the extraordinary work of God, to experience the supernatural. We progress through life by making a series of decisions and choices. These are all decisions of faith. it is an expression of our confidence in the potential gains of one option versus another, or one career path versus another, due to your confidence in the data, the trends or the prospects that career path presents. So we are always putting faith to action. The challenge is when we are confronted with a situation that requires us to uphold our confidence in the Word of God against the odds. then it appears problematic. But because our journey on earth is a "fight of faith" (See 1 Tim 6:12), we are encouraged to hold on to our faith and not give up inorder to win in life (See Hebrews 10:35-36, Ephesians 6:11-17). This message is a sequel to the series on 'Experiencing the Miraculous', and it challenges us to uphold God's Word and continue to walk in faith in all aspects of our lives. In this message, Nana shares wisdom keys to help us navigate this tension, and break out of the realm of overwhelm, the boredom of routine, and embrace the glorious adventure of God's miraculous works in our lives. Using the story of a man who was born lame from his mother's womb and sat daily at a beautiful gate to collect alms, Nana shares about the greatest problem we all have as human beings, the problem of sin. The Word of God says we were all conceived in iniquity, the sin of the first humans (Adam and Eve) is inherited by all os us, and despite the gates we sit at in life, our income, social connections, net worth, or academic credentials, we all have a sinful nature which can only be removed when we accept the life of Jesus Christ and confess Him as our Lord and Savior. Then we receive His life and we can be born again. We wrap up our Bible study on the subject of "Kingdom Ambassadors" in this message. Almost every problem you would face in life is a wisdom problem. The Word of God admonishes us to pursue wisdom and in this message Nana shares keys to help us put this into practice. The call to followers of Christ who are ambassadors of Christ is to walk in wisdom since God has sent us as sheep among wolves. We need to be passionate about the message of the King, but walk in wisdom towards men as we engage with culture. Be blessed as you listen / watch. The Power of Prayer. Continuing our series on Prayer, this week we establish the fact that prayer is powerful only because of the entity involved in it - God. Because he is the all powerful one, inviting us to commune with him in prayer is an experience that we can describe as powerful. We are introduced to prayer as a weapon of warfare and through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Nana presents wisdom keys from the Bible to help us recognize opportunities to deploy the power of prayer in our daily lives. We are challenged to pray not just for ourselves, but for others in our community. It is our prayer that you would have a compassionate heart which leads us to pray for others always. Be blessed. A call to prayer. God is inviting us to a lifestyle, attitude, posture and practice of prayer. He made us and as a people who belong to God,we naturally yearn for Him, so going to God in prayer should not be difficult. Prayer is founded on relationship, so in the model prayer the Lord's Prayer we start off with "Our father" - that's relationship. Nana shares wisdom keys from the Bible to help us embrace this command and call, and to do it with understanding that the God who calls us to prayer, backs it up with promises or assurance of answers to the prayers. #Prayer #GenerationP246 #Ohio #AthensOhio #BobcatNation #JesusGeneration #ohiouniversity #AthensOhio #LetsDiveIntoIT #IndispensableTruth #NanaBoadumPhD #GenP246 --- Stay Connected Website: https://www.generationp246.us/ Email: info@generationp246.us GenP246 on Facebook: https://www.fb.com/generationp246 GenP246 on Instagram: https://instagram.com/generationp246 GenP246 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/generationp246 On the go wherever you listen to podcasts: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/27fHtXivc0CiX1ekVnchBd?si=aNAM8VdUR2-OuYsbL6YMoQ Apple Podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/lets-dive-into-it-indispensable-truth/id1556118786
