Kristina Coccoluto is an advocate, public speaker, and avid runner. At age 25, genetic testing showed that she had a mutation in the BRCA1 gene that put her at much higher risk than the average woman for breast and ovarian cancer. It wasn't a matter of "if, but when" as her oncologist said. Kristina realized she was empowered to make a difference in her health, but it would require a big sacrifice. She decided to have a double mastectomy to reduce her risk of breast cancer. Post op, running became a metaphor for her comeback story and journey ahead. It gave Kristina the feeling of getting back to herself. Now with half of the Abbott World Marathon under her belt, it's safe to say she's found her stride while inspiring others through her powerful story and showing them that they can do hard things too."I'm no longer runnning from cancer, I'm outpacing it!" ~ KCFollow Kristina: @kristinacoccolutoRead more about Kristina's story HEREFollow Madison: @madisoncicconeMadison's Website: https://madisonciccone.com/Buy the Gratitude Journal on Amazon PrimeRide with her at SoulCycle in Boston

Savannah Simon a.k.a. Sav is the founder and creator of Sweat with Sav. After college she started a corporate career in PR and Music but soon found out that the career trajectory she was on was not doing anything for her soul. Throw in the whirlwind of the pandemic and she found herself jobless wondering what she was going to do with her life. She wanted to share her passion and mindset around fitness, and turned to a small group of friends to see if they would workout with her over Zoom. She suddenly realized that ‘something' (or the 'spark 'as we talk about throughout this episode) she was missing, for so many years, was a community of like-minded people. Through teaching, she found a deep passion for uplifting others and spreading joy, which lead her to creating and launching her own App. Sav started SWS in March 2020 to help others find confidence in their bodies and balance in their wellness routine. By helping others find this deeper sense of self love she has also lead herself to this beautiful vibrant lifestyle. Sydney Miller is the Founder and Creator of HOUSEWORK®, a full-body sculpting and cardio workout choreographed to the beat of the music. Her love for fitness came out of escapism from her corporate marketing career in NYC, which at the time was driving her a little crazy. Like many of us, she found her sanctuary and release within the four walls of, you guessed it, SoulCycle. It was this very class experience that led her to the instructor life in 2012 and she has evolved not only with SoulCycle, earning the title of Master Instructor, but also with her own brand ever since. Sydney's love for movement and music led her beyond the bike to different modalities in fitness and that is how she became Pilates certified before launching her signature class HOUSEWORK® in 2017. It's the perfect balance between low impact Pilates based exercises and high intensity cardio and strength, with the music driving you the entire time. She currently teaches HOUSEWORK® virtually on Zoom as well as on the HOUSEWORK® App for on demand classes. You can catch her on a Bike at SoulCycle a few times a week in Miami too!Follow Sydney: @SydMillerFollow HOUSEWORK: @houseworkofficialSydney's Website: https://www.sydneyamiller.com/Sydney's App: https://houseworkapp.com/
