Some people use spreadsheets and account for all the gifts, money spent, etc. Find something that works for you and your organizational level, whether it is a spreadsheet or a journal. Pay attention to how you feel. If something brings you stress or guilt, change it. If you feel great doing what you are doing- keep doing it! Don't be afraid to cross things off the list that just don't work for you. Look for innovations or compromises on things you don't want to let go of doing, but don't enjoy.
