Why It Is Time To Take Diet Culture Out of Nutrition Coaching w/ Christina Montalvo

Diet culture sucks. The stories that we have been conditioned to believe about our worth, the patriarchy, white supremacy, and so much more all play into how we feel about movement, exercise, and our bodies. Instead of viewing your exercise routine as a way to manipulate your body, I challenge you to embrace the limitless other benefits of movement.  Key Takeaways If You Want To Embrace The Infinite Benefits of Movement and Exercise You Should: Work to unlearn what you have been taught to be true and stop focusing on body manipulation Embrace the positive aspects of movement and exercise that do not have to deal with weight loss Acknowledge the false ways that you have been defining your worthiness and work to shift your mindset towards something more positive Lean into the things you don’t know and unpack the beliefs you have for yourself Removing Diet Culture From Movement with Christina Montalvo Christina Montalvo is a great friend, coach, gym owner, and someone who has personally been fucked over by diet culture. She created a unique women’s only strength and conditioning gym that does not encourage fat or weight loss. Christina is here to challenge you to unlearn what you have taught to believe is true and start thinking more critically about the ways you move your body and the reasons behind it. Embracing the Infinite Benefits of Movement If you start out having expectations of fat and weight loss when going into a movement routine or working with a trainer, the chances of you feeling disappointed and getting stuck in a cycle of giving up are much higher. Instead of putting pressure around how and why you are moving your body, lean into all of the other benefits of movement and exercise that have nothing to do with weight loss. This can lead to a higher retention rate as a provider and a greater sense of accomplishment as a client.  Unlearning What You Have Been Taught To Believe Is True There is a good chance that if you choose to engage in movement solely to manipulate your body, there is a much deeper reason guiding your decision-making. By acknowledging the false ways that you have been defining worthiness, checking your privilege, and making yourself your first priority, you can frame your purpose in a nourishing way instead of ripping yourself down.  While it may be hard to unlearn how society has told you to engage with movement, it is only by leaning into the things you don’t know and unpacking the beliefs that you hold within yourself that you can truly start to embrace holistic movement and reject diet culture.  Have you ever experienced an inclusive space where the infinite benefits of exercise and movement are prioritized over weight loss and body manipulation? Share how you work to create that space for yourself and reject diet culture in the comments section of the episode page.    In This Episode The importance of separating movement for health and wellness sake from movement for body manipulation sake (8:12) Why associating movement and weight control or body manipulation is a problem (11:10) The role of social justice when dismantling patriarchal standards and diet culture (18:24) How to navigate the space between body autonomy and potentially harmful diet practices (23:38) Common themes that are signs of searching for something deeper than a surface physical transformation (27:02)   Quotes “I think what’s harder than learning anything new is unlearning everything that we have always thought to be true.” (10:14) “The benefits of exercise and intentional movement are absolutely infinite, and it’s so crazy because I think that the benefits can be and are different for everyone.” (13:33) “In any case where you are solely operating or participating in something from a place of fear or shame, that is not healthy, that is inherently unhealthy, and that is such a detriment to the wellbeing of anyone.” (18:19) “Obviously a human can autonomously choose fat loss or weight loss, but there is a much deeper reason why they are choosing it.” (26:01) “Whenever we are engaging in intentional weight loss, everything else in our life becomes much more grayscale. We turn down the intensity and the importance of everything else in our life, and the most important and prevalent thing becomes our bodies, our food choices, our calorie burn, what we look like, what we weigh. And so in some ways, it is a really socially acceptable way to just ignore and pacify ourselves to all these deeper, much more real, much more powerful, much more impactful problems or areas of focus in our lives.” (28:46)   Links Join the Tune In Membership Group Here What Is Intuitive Eating Free Training Series Follow Christina on Instagram Join the Listen To Your Body Newsletter Steph Gaudreau Website Check out the full show notes here! Episode #105: Quit Counting Macros with Christina Montalvo

Quit Dieting for Good

Christina Montalvo is the founder of The Confidence Project. She’s a personal trainer and intuitive eating coach, with a course called Diet Culture Drop Out. Today, we focused on counting macros. Christina has a really interesting story about getting started in the wellness space, and how dramatically her approach has changed since those early days! To learn why you shouldn’t be counting macros, listen in today! (Plus, a few notes on why using your phone to tell you when to cook, workout, or go to sleep isn’t the greatest idea.) Reminder: You have two days left to leave a review of the podcast and get FREE access to my holiday workshop! This is a fun giveaway in honor of my 100th episode, and I’d be honored if you took part! Just leave your review and send me your screenshot. In November, I’ll send you your access to the workshop and feel amazing throughout the holidays! Anti-Diet Strength and Conditioning Christina started as fat loss coach! Since then, she’s realized her entire education was steeped on intentional weight loss. Being a personal trainer meant helping people lose fat….it just came with the territory. However, since then she’s pivoted. Now, she owns an all-women’s strength and conditioning gym outside of Chicago, where she’s an anti-diet strength and conditioning coach. Her first memory of her body being a “problem” was when she was 10 years old. That’s when she started dieting, which launched her disordered relationship to eating and food. It was never considered disordered by others however; instead, it was applauded as what she “should” do to maintain her lifestyle and weight. During these time, she tried pretty much every diet under the sun. When she found counting macros, she thought she had found “food freedom”, because she could eat anything she wanted. Christina noted there was nothing and no one to point out how disordered and unhealthy all of this was. It wasn’t until she was an adult that she was able to identify the fear-based, confirmation biased-based information that the diet (and nutrition) industry so often spread. Freedom in Counting Macros? During her honeymoon phase with counting macros, Christina thought she was living the dream of food freedom. However, that all came to a head as she realized it didn’t provide the freedom from diet culture that she had hoped for. The macro nutrient component to a food can be found in everything we eat. These are carbs, proteins, and fat. When you do macro-counting, you create a caloric deficit and then create a plan when you’re “allowed” a certain number of macros for each of the big three categories. Some people add fiber counting as well. If you’re into macro counting, you’re usually attached to a tracking app AND measuring and weighing everything. Serving sizes, number of ounces, and ratios of macros become all consuming! In Christina’s personal and professional experience, macro counting is limiting and based on control and restriction. You may be “allowed” to eat pizza….but as a result, you can’t eat almost anything else for the day (or are restricted to very few items). Macro Counting Wasn’t Worth It Christina would work hard in the gym, often doing two-a-days, and religiously track her macros. Eventually, she realized that for the amount of time and energy she was expending….the results weren’t that phenomenal. The celebration of losing .5 pounds, or of making incremental changes to her body, started to no longer make sense. As a result, she started thinking more deeply about her relationship with food and exercise. She started making changes in her own life and habit first. (At the time, she was teaching macro counting to clients as well!) She would find that when her clients would participate in healthy activities, nothing mattered to them if the scale didn’t change. Even when they were doing things that should feel really good in and of themselves….they weren’t enough when the focus was on losing weight. Christina also noted that professionals in the field, as well as clients, weren’t prioritizing or celebrating behaviors that felt good AND that were good (like getting sleep, enjoying moving your body, and living a life you can enjoy), unless they could directly attach them to losing weight. Tempted By Counting Macros? Christina notes that there is something to be said about relying on technology, like macro counting apps, to tell you what to feed your body. A previous client of Christina’s, who was macro counting at the time, broke her phone. She immediately spiraled, because she couldn’t make eating decisions without seeing the “green bar” or knowing how she was “supposed” to eat, based on her app. The idea that we need outside intervention and technology to tell us what food to eat is ridiculous. Humans are born knowing how to eat, sleep, and use the bathroom. We know how to read our bodies and understand what we need. Rather than relying on external voices (diet industry! apps!) to tell us about our own bodies….what if we tried listening to our bodies instead? I loved that Christina talked about this, because it is so important! A few weeks ago I talked about my own relationship with my phone. I think we can all learn a lot about how technology interacts with our bodies, and how we sometimes use it to override our own biological cues. Another issue? When you’re counting macros, sometimes you’re really hungry…and sometimes you’re “force feeding” yourself plain chicken breast in order to meet the requirements of your macro plan. Rather than listening to your actual body and the needs she is communicating….you end up relying on “rules”, restrictions, and often an app to tell you what you MUST consume. So many of us are SO attached to our screens: TV, smart phones, tablets, and more! If that’s you….be sure to listen in to this full episode! Tracking It All! Christina and I also discussed the current fad with tracking everything on smart watches. For instance, so many people track their daily step counts, and often 10,000 steps is the “goal”. As Christina notes, that step number is arbitrary. It doesn’t mean anything, and it isn’t special or accurate. However, many of us like to have yes/no, or right/wrong rules to follow. We like to think that when we hit a step number, burn a certain number of calories, or complete a certain sequence of events, we’ve done everything right! And we love being right, and feeling we’ve been doing the right thing…even if it isn’t ultimately serving us. Too often, people attach morality to fitness trackers. (Christina has a whole podcast episode on this HERE!) We think of ourselves as being “better” people when we do everything our trackers say we should be doing. However, the also means being unattached to our own volition. We end up stripped of our own power, following rules instead of listening to our bodies and following our own intuition. We need to make something very clear before we dive in: we are NOT anti-racism educators.   This is the second instalment in a series of episodes with myself and Christina around the topic of anti-racism, Black Lives Matter, and racial injustice. These episodes can be heavy, and we will potentially get some of this wrong but we need to have these hard conversations, and get it wrong while we continue to do the work we need to do as White Womxn. Today we talk about: White privilege; a continuation into this conversation, how it shows up for us, and what we are still learning about it. How the online coaching world is trying to link the idea of  "manifestation" to this movement, and why we're just a little more 'go fuck yourself' than we are 'love & light' when it comes to that idea. Breaking down microaggression; what it means, what it can look & sound like, and why white folk need to stop it. and so much more... Our only goal and hope, from doing these types of episodes is that we hopefully help you spark some conversations in your own life, as well as raise awareness to help you figure out some more things to Google learn about. We are not here to be the experts, but we ARE here to have the conversations and show up for the hardship. Are you ready? Get listening right away by clicking the link above! Let’s do this! This is the project I’ve been working on for months, and it’s going to teach you how to not only bring your podcast to life, but to increase your visibility, promote yourself and your podcast, use it to grow your business in a strategic way, and most importantly, help you to have a massive positive impact on the very people you’re trying to reach that need to hear from you. All the details here!   Tomorrow is my birthday, and that usually puts me in a reflective mood.   It got me thinking: some people would say I've had a *really* bad year.   And yet, I'm calling it a smashing success.   In the course of less than 1.5 years, I’ve managed to: Quit my FT corporate job after more than a decade Pivot my entire business focus (from holistic nutrition to podcasting & business coaching End my long-term relationship of 9 years Sell my house, car, and almost everything I owned Left Canada to move to Bali, the farthest corner of the globe that I could go from my hometown (literally - I googled it), on a “working vacation”….and have ended up living here instead of leaving. Made more new friends and incredible connections than I could even count Put more muscle on my frame than I’ve ever had Built greater emotional strength & resilience than I knew was possible Gain whole new levels of confidence in myself and my ability to handle things when shit hits the fan Laugh harder and more often than I have in years I'll be honest, I barely recognize the person I was a year ago, and in today's episode I'm sharing 12 of the biggest lessons I've taken away from the past year.  This episode addresses everything from how unexpected and inconvenient grief and the healing process can be, how motivation and inspiration are wildly different, the fact that we are often the ones in our own way, best ways to force yourself to take action, and feeling untethered in life while simultaneously creating your own family. I really felt this one on a deep level and I'm excited to share some of my biggest takeaways this year because I think there's a lot that all of us can learn and apply in various ways in our own lives.   Here's to 33! When Thing Go Wrong: Lessons From Crying in An Apple Store

I cried in an Apple store the other day. 2 weeks without use of my laptop that refused to turn on, more than a dozen hours logged on the phone with Apple across divisions on 3 different continents, multiple round trip flights between flying to Honolulu from a different Hawaiian Island and then again from Bali to Australia just to have the same repair completed, and an urgently growing and anxiety-inducing to-do list that I could do very little about until I could get my hands on a computer finally had me breaking down in a combination of frustration and exhausted jet-lag. And I’m telling you this because I want you to understand that shit is always going to go wrong. But that doesn’t mean you can’t figure it out. I always want to be transparent with you, and I have to tell you that travelling full time can come with serious, stressful downsides. But it builds self trust pretty fucking fast. You learn quickly that you will figure it out when things inevitably go wrong. Because you HAVE to figure it out. And because you always make it happen. Today we're talking:  A peek behind the scenes of my life and business the last few weeks and some of the lessons encapsulated in an unexpected 2 week break from my computer How consistency is earned What to do when life punches you in the face and how you can make the best of it, at the same time as realizing that sometimes things just suck and it's ok to not see the bright side.  Or to cry in an Apple store. "I trust myself the most in the areas of my life in which I've taken the most action." -said by yours truly. Hi, I'm Christina Montalvo, and my life can be categorized by a series of shitting my pants- and taking big action anyway. Action produces results- no matter which way you spin it. Sure, we have to manage our expectations of the outcomes that are produced from said action, but the other option is inaction, which produces nothing. In order to take action, we need to act "as if"- and that's what this episode is all about- acting "as if" the thing we want is already here. If we're sitting around waiting to make money before we take our business seriously, we'll never get there. We have to ask AS IF our business is already viable, and then it will become viable. It is as complicated and as simple as that all the same time. This episode is jam packed with mindset work. You'll probably want to take notes as you listen.

Ok, here goes.   With wedding season upon us, Christina and I are prepared to take some serious heat for this episode, because we have some potentially unpopular opinions about all of the hoopla that accompanies most weddings these days.  The average price of a wedding is around $30,000, and the wedding industry itself is multi-BILLION dollar business.  And yet, we as a society continue to feed the beast.  Plus, there's all of the expectations around a number of traditions that go along with most weddings, and throughout all of this, it can feel like we're placing more importance on the wedding itself rather than the marriage.   Don't get me wrong, I'm very pro-love, and I'm even pro-wedding.   But sometimes it seems like things have gotten a little out of hand. Christina and I are having a VERY honest conversation (do we know how to have any other kind?!) about past experiences with weddings, what each of us would like to see for our own, what the deal is with engagement rings, and how to handle the potentially heavy financial hit that can go along with simply being a guest at a wedding much less in the bridal party.   We're not holding anything back here, and personally we both think this episode is pretty hilarious and had a great time recording it, so even if you don't agree with our opinions, hopefully you'll have a good laugh listening!   Christina and I join forces at the end of every month to do a joint episode that airs on both of our podcasts, so if you love these episodes make sure to check out our previous ones: Episode #24, Victim Mindset with Christina Montalvo Episode #43, The Art of Maintaining Friendships with Christina Montalvo Episode #79, How Your Money Mindset is Holding You Back From More Success with Christina Montalvo Episode #88, Save the Drama for Your Mama with Christina Montalvo   FIND CHRISTINA Christina’s website The Confidence Project Podcast Iron Phoenix Strength Cluboutside Chicago, Illinois Instagram @christina_montalvo   FIND EMILY Emily Gough Coaching Room to Grow Podcast info@emilygoughcoaching.com Instagram @emilygoughcoach Private Facebook Group: Room to Grow Podcast Facebook: @ Emily Gough Coaching   DON’T MISS… Questions?  Comments? Do you have a person in your life where it seems like every story they tell you about their life is drama-filled?   Or, the tougher question: are YOU the person who is always at the centre of drama?   Life happens and shit hits the fan sometimes, but when drama is a constant in your life, either from yourself or from others, it's probably twisting you down a more negative path and keeping you from joy.   Ms. Christina Montalvo of The Confidence Project is back today for her regular guest spot, and we're talking: Being solution focused vs problem focused Identifying with emotions over facts as a way to stay stuck in drama The ripple effect of drama (hint: it's SIGNIFICANT) Victim mindset Taking a close look at who you're surrounding yourself with How to readjust your attitude towards drama, whether it's your own or someone else's, and how to handle drama gracefully when it comes your way. One of my best friends Christina Montalvoof The Confidence Project podcast is back on the show today! How often do you think to yourself, "I can't afford that"? We've all been there, but as one of my coaches James Wedmoresays, "the transformation is in the transaction" and sometimes that means forking over the money to commit to making change.  And if you're a coach, sometimes it takes receiving that money to show up for your people in a BIG, impactful way.   Christina and I are digging into why the way you think about money is holding you back, both as a coach and as a client, along with: Time vs. priorities. Catching ourselves when we think we're too busy and examining if that's really true.  What happens if we don't charge enough money as coaches The confidence of your work being so important that it's worth charging for if you're a coach, and the confidence that you're going to do the work to get the results if you're the client. Learning how to trust yourself and take responsibility for your own success.  How to deal with the discomfort around money conversations.  Can't wait for you to check this one out, and Christina and I have more joint episodes coming up over the next few months that are extra juicy.  Hit subscribe wherever you listen so you don't miss a single one!    REFERENCES Room to Grow Podcast episode #24, Victim Mindset with Christina Montalvo Room to Grow Podcast episode 43, The Art of Maintaining Friendships with Christina Montalvo   FIND CHRISTINA Christina’s website The Confidence Project Podcast Iron Phoenix Strength Cluboutside Chicago, Illinois Instagram @christina_montalvo   FIND EMILY Emily Gough Coaching Room to Grow Podcast info@emilygoughcoaching.com Instagram @emilygoughcoach Private Facebook Group: Room to Grow Podcast Facebook: @ Emily Gough Coaching   THAT NEW NEW There is a NEW weekly challenge in the Room to Grow Podcast Facebook group every single Monday.  Something small but meaningful, and things that can give you huge rewards for minimum effort and output. Today's my birthday. I don't generally make a big deal about it, to be honest. I didn't even think I was going to do a special podcast episode about it, but this has been a big year.   I quit my corporate job after 11 years.  Became a full-time entrepreneur.  Ended a podcast. Launched a second one on my own.  Launched a brand new coaching program.  Made some incredible friends.  Laid all kinds of incredible plans for next year and beyond.  Though I have to tell you, this past trip around the sun has been the most challenging, painful, exciting, stressful, and significant yet. There have been major growing pains, with the highest highs and the lowest lows.  I've learned a LOT about myself.  And I'm hoping that some of it will help you bring more joy into your own life. Say "thank you" more often.  Say no to protect your energy.  Say yes to things that scare you (despite the cliche, it's damn true.) Stay in your own lane: don't let the Internet rush you or make you feel less-than.  Care for your mental health as well as you would for your physical health.  It's even more important.  Letting go: learning to forgive quickly and release old beliefs and stories that are dragging you down.  Celebrate the smallest everyday wins and victories.  Female friendships matter.  Take full responsibility for yourself and your own actions.  Stop waiting for the right time.  Life is going to knock you down, sometimes more often than you thought you could survive.  There are two things to remember when that happens.  Get super clear on your WHY.  If you aren’t clear on where you’re going, you’ll never be able to create the map to get there. Figure out why you're grateful for a situation even when it feels hard as shit to come up reason.  Life is happening FOR you, not to you.     "You're not meant to do what's easy, you're meant to challenge yourself."     -Justin Timberlake   I gotta say, 31 has been a slice, but I'm definitely looking forward to 32.  Also, 32?  I seriously don't feel my age!) Before we dive in, I want to tell you about a FREE masterclass I'm hosting on Thursday, September 20th 2018 @ 8pm EDT / 5pm PDT.   I'm going to be sharing my 3 life-changing secrets to conquer your stress, willpower, and the all-or-nothing mindset to quit dieting forever, and I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED to dive into this with you!  There have been a lot of requests for a deep dive into this topic, because so many women come to me struggling with cravings, beating themselves up for feeling guilty about what they eat, tired of being super restrictive and not trusting themselves around food.   If this is you, you're not going to want to miss this masterclass.  Plus, I'll be answering ALL questions live!  Limited spots available, grab yours here. DEALING WITH ANXIETY Ok, onto today's topic!   We're talking anxiety today.    I've learned a lot about anxiety in the past few years.  First via a family member who has gone through periods of crippling anxiety, then coming to the realization that I can have a tendency to be extremely anxious myself.   Through a lot of my own research, trying different tactics, going to counselling and pulling myself out of some darker periods, particularly in the past month or so, I've figured out some of the best ways that I deal with my own anxiety, and am hoping that some of the areas discussed today will help you as well.   Ultimately, my goal is to open up a conversation about anxiety and mental health.   Because, here's the thing: paralyzing fear and doubt are at the root of anxiety.  And no one deserves to live stuck in that.   I'm opening up and being brutally honest about how anxiety has affected my life, why I choose not to wrap my identity up in it, and giving you concrete, tangible action steps to both prevent anxiety from coming on, and how to pull yourself from it when it hits.   DON'T MISS... Want to talk more?  The Room to Grow Podcast Facebook groupis a judgement-free safe space to open up, and I'd love to welcome you in with the other amazing women in the group.  It's a great place to go for a little extra support, and I'm going to be talking about anxiety and mental health more often in there.  See you over there! This is the first episode in what will be an ongoing series with one of my favourite people and best friends, Christina Montalvo! I'm over the moon to introduce you to this incredible powerhouse of a woman.  Christina in an anti-diet and body image coachteaching women to be total badasses by building incredible confidence without all of the dieting that will keep us stuck.   It's funny, neither one of us have ever really thought of ourselves as phone talkers, but for some reason every time we jump on the phone it ends up being 2 - 3 hours without even noticing time go by.  Usually we hit on such intense topics and get into discussions that we agree we wouldn't be able to have with anyone else in our lives, we want to start letting you in on some of the things that come up. Buckle up, because you're about to get uncomfortable AF and pushed out of your comfort zone.   I believe everyone needs someone in their lives who will call you out on your bullshit, challenge your limitations, be your biggest cheerleader, and be comfortable having discussions about the kinds of polarizing topics that most people avoid.  If you don't already have someone like that in your life, then this podcast episode might be exactly what you need. Plus, Christina and I are both sharing some pretty personal examples of times we have played the victim in our own lives and have had to change the story in order to see a shift and move forward.   This episode is airing on Christina's wildly popular podcast, The Confidence Project, on the same date. Before we dive into today's episode, the bi-monthly book club read in the Room to Grow Podcast Facebook Group for July/August is Lori Harder's A Tribe Called Bliss, and in honour of the book I'm inviting amazing women to give talks each week exclusively in the Facebook group so that we can all learn, grow and support each other.   Join the group here to catch all the extra bonuses, live chats with me, and sneak peeks at what's coming up next!    Strong female friendships never felt like they were in the cards for me.  I was bullied by girls in school, particularly middle school, and kind of gave up on the idea of having a group of close female friends.  I would tell myself that girls were catty, overly dramatic, or that "they" would look for reasons to bring each other down rather than support one another.   One thing I can say with certainty is how much my worldview of friendships with other women has shifted over the past two years.   In today's episode, I'm giving you some of my personal history with female friendships, how I started to think differently about them and what changes you can make in your own life to open yourself up to creating deep bonds and connections that will see you through the good times and the bad.   Because here's the thing: when we lift someone else up, we lift all of us up, including ourselves. If there's one thing I've learned in the past 2 years, it's that collaboration over competition has more benefits than you can imagine.  None of us are here to do things alone.  Some of the main takeaways from the episode:  1.Be Open Not only to give to others, but to receive from others as well.  I've always felt uncomfortable sharing things I’m struggling with because I don’t want to be a downer or trouble anyone else, and A Tribe Called Bliss talks about that as well.  But that vulnerability is where true connection is built; be open to that connection, even when it might seem a bit scary. 2. Give generously, support each other. Giving your time, your energy and your support to lift one another up is the greatest gift, and it is one that keeps on giving.  When we give to others, we're also giving to ourselves at the same time and filling our own cups too.   3. Assume the best in people Sometimes we have a tendency to make worst-case assumptions, and jump to conclusions about someone else, especially a female.  If we made the decision to look for the best in people and give each other the benefit of the doubt, we would be so much better off.  No one loses when we show others kindness.   Want Better Answers?  Ask Better Questions. Asking better questions is something I’m constantly in pursuit of as a coach, podcaster and human.  There are too many times when an entire conversation consists of something along the lines of, "how are you?" "I'm good." End of conversation.   We can do better.  Real connection is built on sharing a piece of yourself, allowing yourself to get a little bit vulnerable and open up to someone else.   One question I picked up from The Coaching Habitis "what's on your mind?" This immediately opens a door that will stimulate others and give much greater opportunity for better answers, more in-depth conversations, and significantly better connection with others.   I'm challenging you to use that question to open the door to conversations that just might change your life.    Other notes below about references made during the episode, and if you can leave a review while you're over on iTunes, it would mean so much!  I read every single one and they mean the world to me.   See you in the Facebook group!   Find full show notes at emilygoughcoaching.com/012 roomtogrowpodcast.com Get at me on Instagram: @emilygoughcoach   Books Referenced: The Coaching Habit, by Michael Bungay Stanier A Tribe Called Bliss, by Lori Harder   Incredible Women to Follow:  Christina Montalvo at The Confidence Project Podcast Lisa Carpenter Episode #25 of Fit & Nourished Mind Podcast: Perfectionism, Self Trust and When Life and Nutrition Meet with Lisa Carpenter
