Helping you unf*ck your body, brain, and online biz.
The Confidence Project podcast is an absolute gem that I stumbled upon during the pandemic. From the very first episode, I was hooked and every word that Christina shares resonates deeply with me. What sets this podcast apart is Christina's intelligence, straightforwardness, strategic thinking, and her focus on human-centered approaches. Whether it's discussing business topics or matters related to wellness, Christina brings a fresh perspective that challenges conventional thinking and opens up new possibilities for personal and professional growth.
One of the best aspects of The Confidence Project podcast is how it covers a wide range of topics that impact various aspects of life. From body image and exercise to diet culture and parenting, every episode delves into important issues that we may not have even thought about before. It's eye-opening to listen to Christina's insights and perspectives on these subjects, as she brings up thought-provoking ideas that encourage listeners to question societal norms and step outside the boxes that society tries to put us in. Her no-BS attitude combined with her honesty makes it feel like she's speaking directly into your own mind, giving you all the guidance and encouragement you need.
Another fantastic aspect of this podcast is Christina's ability to tackle difficult conversations and address tough topics head-on. She doesn't shy away from controversial issues or voodoo topics for women; instead, she fearlessly dives into them with intelligence and compassion. This willingness to have open discussions allows listeners to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives, empowering them to show up in a better way both personally and professionally.
While it's hard to find any faults with The Confidence Project podcast, if there was one criticism, it would be that some episodes may not resonate with everyone equally. Since the topics covered are diverse, certain episodes may appeal more strongly to particular individuals based on their personal interests or circumstances. However, this can also be seen as a strength because it allows listeners to pick and choose which episodes they want to tune into based on their own needs and preferences.
In conclusion, The Confidence Project podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking for insightful, honest, and motivating content. Christina's unique approach to topics related to wellness and business is refreshing, and her no-nonsense attitude combined with her humor makes every episode a joy to listen to. This podcast has the power to change perspectives, challenge societal norms, and empower individuals to live their lives authentically. Don't miss out on this incredible podcast that will leave you feeling inspired and ready to conquer the world.
Feel like you've reached an income ceiling? Your next step is to raise your rates or find a bunch of new clients (despite your already jam-packed schedule), right? Not so fast. You actually need to do this first in order for any new clients or rate increase to make a lasting difference. A body-led approach to tuning in before training hard. Most workouts start with a plan. Mine start with a pause. Before the warm-up. Before the programming. Before the playlists hit or the reps begin. I carve out 5-15 minutes for what I call: the warm-up before the warm-up. It's unstructured, agenda-free movement time. A chance to get quiet, grounded, and centered before diving in. It's less about prepping my muscles, and more about syncing my body and brain.
Even when the numbers make sense on paper, your body might tell a different story. Tune in to hear how blending strategy & soul leads to more aligned—and sustainable—financial choices.

What does it mean when we're "triggered" by something? Whether it's your annoying aunt Jan talking about her diet or your weird uncle Steve asking you when you're going to get married, feeling triggered by something means 2 things are going on inside of us at once. I won't spoil what those 2 things are (in fear you won't listen to the episode, lol) but understanding what a trigger is means we can finally take control over our peace & remain unbothered as drama, chaos, gossip and the usually-expected family dynamics play out over the holidays. Tune into this episode so you're equipped to deal with all the weird quirks your family brings to the table over the holiday season. A strong mimosa can also help, but so will this episode!
