90% of my clients want help with showing up on social media with confidence. So if you are currently struggling to show up authentically on social media let me first remind you, YOUR MESSAGE IS NEEDED IN THIS WORLD. In this episode I talk about: The key to showing up with confidence is knowing your WHY. -Ask yourself who are you talking to? Who are you impacting? Who is this message for? Practice showing up online: Like anything else showing up with confidence take PRACTICE. If you're not ready to hit record then practice in front of your mirror. Get familiar with your gestures, your voice, but remember bot to stay on this step too long. Challenge yourself and hit record! Be open to being vulnerable: One of the ways I connect with my audience the most is when I am open to being vulnerable about my journey. I always say vulnerability = confidence! Have self-compassion: Don't compare yourself to others amiga. Remember all of our journeys are different. Stay consistent. Nothing will give you more confidence than staying consistent. Keeping the promises you made to yourself will give you so much confidence. BONUS: I share some on-camera confidence tips! Remember my background is in TV and I learned some tips from some of the top Hispanic TV personalities while I was in Nuestra Belleza Latina! If this episode resonated with you don't forget to leave a review or take a screenshot of this episode and share it to your instagram. Your support means the world to me amiga!
