On this episode of the Dental Up Podcast, we have a very special episode celebrating the 60th birthday of Keating Dental Lab's President & CEO, Shaun Keating, CDT as well as the 20 Year Anniversary of Keating Dental Lab! Shaun founded Keating Dental Lab in 2002, one of the biggest dental laboratories in America today. His lab's eye for detail, personalized relationships and demand for the highest level of craftsmanship established Keating Dental Lab as a dominant force in the dental industry, developing the Keating Dental Zirconia (KDZ) family of restorative materials. As an established force in the industry, Shaun also prides himself on his devotion to serving his family and his community. He's served as a Little League and Youth Football coach for years, while sponsoring several local charities. Nick Rauch, Attorney with Larson King in Minnesota, joins the podcast to talk about defending against the plaintiff Reptile Theory, particularly by starting defense preparation very early in the case. Nick and Bill discuss where and how early they are seeing Reptile in the litigation process, plus the importance and implications of a corporate representative's deposition testimony and having them prepared for potential Reptile attacks and traps. Nick also shares his perspectives on anchoring and counter-anchoring, how these concepts can start in the initial communications about the case, and making sure you are discussing the strategy for anchoring and counter-anchoring with clients so everyone is in alignment. Bill and Nick also discuss how to talk to witnesses about their role in testimony, how they fit within the broader strategy of the case, and the critical importance of likeability in testimony. Today we are discussing the use of quality management tools in public administrations in WB, and specifically the EU-promoted Common Assessment Framework (CAF). For the Western Balkan countries this topic is relevant in the context of public sector modernisation, and specifically for making more user-oriented administrations. In the EU accession process, countries in the region are encouraged to apply some of the available QM tools, CAF included, and are also regularly monitored in this regard. For insightful discussion on the importance of QM tools such as CAF, advantages of its application, and experience of WB countries who are using it, we have the pleasure of welcoming Mr Thomas Prorok, Managing Director at the KDZ - Centre of Public Administration Research, and Head of the CAF Centre at the KDZ, who has hands-on experience in supporting administration in the region in the CAF implementation. Mr Prorok is also WeBER Advisory Council member.
Kalp fonksiyonları normalse; Noradrenalin, Terlipressin, Adrenalin dozunu titre et. ŞOK DÜZELMİYOR *Israrlı katekolamin dirençli şok: Pnömotoraks, kalp tamponadı, İntraabdominal hipertansiyon (>12 mmHg) varlığını değerlendir, varsa düzelt*Refrakter Şok: VA ECMO Genel Yaklaşım Çocuk acil veya yoğun bakım şartları yeterli ise şoku olan çocuklarda ilk bir saatte 40-60 mL/kg İV (her dozda 10-20 mL/kg) sıvı bolusu verilmelidir. Her 10-20 ml/kg İV sıvı sonrası kalp hızı, kan basıncı, KDZ, karaciğer büyüklüğü, akciğer sesleri, idrar çıkışı değerlendirilmelidir.

Well, real football doesn't seem to be going too well for the guys! The Vikings are clearly signaling a rebuild after a terrible start, the Gophers got embarrassed in the opener, but let's see if their fantasy squads are doing anything better! They also deep dive what the Wolves might - and should - do with that confusing first pick. KDZ is back and so much more in another fresh A2a! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/apples-2-apples/support
A controversial 4th and 1 call by Mike Zimmer left the Vikings a few inches short of a win in Seattle. The guys debate who is to blame, is anyone to blame? Right call bad execution? Seattle made plays and we didn't? Tons to consider. They cover baseball through the eyes of the White Sox interesting firing of their manager, comparable to Rocco? All that and so much more including a heated Wild debate and some brief MJ vs. Lebron chatter (plus KDZ)! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/apples-2-apples/support
As quickly as the Twins steamrolled into the playoffs, they were swept and sent home. 16 years, 18 straight losses, what could it be? The guys debate why this one happened and where the team goes from here including some very interesting trade discussions. The Vikings continue to struggle, is there any hope? All that and more plus a spooky edition of KDZ! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/apples-2-apples/support
Well, it was a up and down week as the Vikings laid an egg again on Sunday, but the Twins are on a roll! Two big questions dominate today's show: can the Vikings turn it around in any way? The guys discuss if that's possible. For the Twins, who is the ideal matchup? Could it beyond all belief actually be the Yankees? All that and more plus a new KDZ! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/apples-2-apples/support
This week the guys have actual sports to talk about! The MLS is back tournament kicked off and the Loons managed to sneak away with a W in extra time. KDZ and a listener question wrap up an interesting and can't miss episode of A2a this week. We have come to the end of the road for our Vikings and college football. We preview the College Football Championship game and, good news for LSU fans, the hosts feel much better about that purple and gold squad. We dive into college basketball and try to make some sense of what is going on with the Timberwolves. KDZ is back and so much more! A tough loss down in Iowa For Fleck U and a historic comeback for Kirk and Co. highlight a weekend that was primed for disaster.
