Now the Lord spoke to Paul in the night by a vision, “Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent; for I am with you, and no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city.” [1 hour 2 minutes]
Sermon Notes: The Perception of Love Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa Main Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 14:1, Galatians 5:6, Mark 11:23-25, 1 Peter 3:8-12. I. The Purpose of the Church A Place for Healing: The church is meant for "offended" and "weak" people seeking God's help. Believers must be patient with one another's frailties. The Problem of Offense: Satan uses offense as leverage to break down churches. Leaving a church due to a personal hurt is often a sign of spiritual immaturity and selfishness. Spiritual Training: Being offended serves as a test to see how far your "love life" has actually developed. II. The Supernatural Power of Love (Agape) Faith's Engine: According to Galatians 5:6, faith is "activated, energized, and expressed" through love. Without love, faith for miracles or breakthroughs will eventually shut down. Beyond Human Sentiment: While human love (Storge, Philia, Eros) is powerful, Agape is the "God-kind" of love that allows a believer to sacrifice for others and forgive even the deepest wrongs. Miracles through Love: Love has the power to cast out demons and bring healing where standard spiritual warfare might struggle. III. The Doctrine and Discipline of Forgiveness Unforgiveness as Poison: Holding onto a grudge is described as "drinking poison and expecting the other person to die". Blocked Prayers: Mark 11:25 teaches that before you pray for a mountain to move, you must first forgive anyone you have something against. No Conditional Forgiveness: Believers shouldn't wait for an apology to forgive. Forgiveness is a spiritual decision that reopens the door to God's favor. IV. Divine Protection and Long Life The "Eyes of the Lord": 1 Peter 3 promises that those who seek peace, avoid evil speech, and walk in love will enjoy divine protection and "good days". Escaping Satanic Traps: Walking in love keeps spiritual doors closed to the enemy. Bitterness often provides a foothold for demonic operations and physical sickness. V. Practical Application: How to Love Tenderheartedness: Replace hard-heartedness and stubbornness with a soft, easily entreated spirit. Courtesy and Respect: Love is evidenced in simple courtesy and how we treat those "below" us in social or spiritual status. Protecting Others: Love seeks to protect and cover the reputations of others rather than exposing their mistakes. Closing Challenge: Identify someone who has treated you unfairly and make the decision to bless them and pray for their welfare, thereby aligning your heart with the nature of God.

In this study we will take a look at the miracles that Yahweh performed on the Egyptians, when Israel was held in bondage, during this period in Exodus. We will see that those miracles were against the Egyptian deities or gods that they worshippedThe story of Moses is not just the story of the freedom of a group of slaves from Egypt in the second millennium BCE. It is the blueprint of the Plan of Salvation of the world as seen from the structure laid down in the Bible Moses was the prototype of the Christ or Messiah. More importantly, the nation of Israel saw Moses as a prototype and the Bible record illustrates that point. Moses said: ‘And Yahweh said unto me, they have well spoken that which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.' (Deut. 18:17-18)In this study I continue in chapter 9 verse 27 and finish up this chapterChapter 10Verses 1-20 The Eighth Plague LocustsI start out reading from Thomas Horn book, ‘The Gods”5 And they shall cover = ‘kâsâh' ‘kaw-saw'' Kaph = (open palm) bend, open, allow, tameSamech = (thorn) grab, hate protecthey = (man with arms raised) behold, reveal, window, breathAleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossThese locusts, by the hands of Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah, will ‘cover' the open land as Moses stretches forth ‘his arms', however as the locusts are a 'thorn' in the side of the Egyptians, we see also the Divine Protection of His Electto see = râ'âh' ‘raw-aw'' ‘resh-alpeh-hey-‘ ‘Aleph-Tav'resh = (head of a Man)front, head, chief, first, top, beginningaleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderhey = (man with arms raised) behold, reveal, window, breathAleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossTherefore we have with the 4 [earth] letters ‘resh, aleph, aleph, and tav' none other than Elohim, Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah telling Moses that as He looks through that window of space He is revealing (hey) the bondage of His peopleAnd they shall eat = ‘'âkal' ‘‘aw-kal'' aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderKaph = (open palm) bend, open, allow, tame lamed – (shepherd staff), teach, yoke, to bindAleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossThe Hebrew Letter ‘kaph' is a picture of the bent palm representing the bending or subduing of the will, the Hebrew Letter ‘lamed' is a picture of a shepherd staff or yoke. Combined these mean "tame for the yoke". An animal or land that is tamed has been worked and is complete and ready for use. Taming include; construction of holding pens, putting the soil to the plow, harvesting of crops, milk or meat. One eats once the harvest is complete. When the Hebrew word ‘eth' is included, this shows once again the Divine Presence in controlling these locusts. Other words this isn't from nature. The working is the work of Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah against the Egyptian deities!face of the earth = a Hebrew figure of speck for ‘eye of the earth'. Eye put for what is seen by it. This was either the appearance and color of the earth, so as they could not be discerned for the multitude of the locusts on it; the same word is used in Numbers 11:7 or the eye of man looking upon the earth, which would not be able to see it, because the locusts would be between his eye and the earthHave any questions? In a world full of uncertainty and danger, God's protection is never absent. In this sermon, we see how God guarded His purposes—and His Son—through warning, guidance, and faithful obedience. From dreams that redirected wise men to a family's flight into Egypt, this passage reminds us that God is always at work behind the scenes, even when the road ahead feels unclear. This message explores how divine protection doesn't always mean the absence of trouble, but the presence of God's guidance, faithfulness, and ultimate plan. As Joseph listens, obeys, and trusts, we are invited to do the same in our own lives.Be encouraged, challenged, and reminded that God is still protecting, guiding, and fulfilling His purposes today.

Marc & Kim bring the heat this hour, starting with Trump's powerful remarks on divine protection following the Butler rally shooting—an emotional reflection on patriotism and providence. The team slams the mainstream media's disgraceful headlines downplaying the attempted assassination, reading CNN, MSNBC, and WaPo coverage that ignored clear gunfire and Trump's injury. In "Kim on a Whim," Kim dives into Lake St. Louis PD's new safety sticker program—meant to help officers respond to special needs calls—but questions its real-world usefulness while pushing back on years of anti-police sentiment stoked by Democrats. Later, Marc unleashes on Debbie Wasserman Schultz and AOC for recycling tired lies about "cages" and detention facilities—built under Obama—as if Biden's disastrous border isn't worse. A California professor's meltdown over ICE arrests gets roasted, with Marc and Kim torching leftist academia's delusion that federal agents enforcing immigration law are “kidnapping” people. The show ends with praise for Tom Homan, who challenges a protester to “settle it” after being heckled, showing the grit our law enforcement desperately needs.

In this episode of the Jewish Inspiration Podcast, we discuss the recent preemptive Israeli military operation against Iran, named "Am Kelavi" (Rising Lion), drawing a parallel to a Torah verse from Numbers 23:24 that likens the Jewish people to a lion—resilient, patient, yet fierce when provoked. He recounts the biblical story of Bilaam, hired by King Balak to curse the Jewish people, only to bless them instead, highlighting divine protection and intervention. We emphasize that Israel's strength lies not in its military or intelligence prowess alone, such as the Mossad or IDF, but in its spiritual connection to Hashem (God). He reflects on the open miracles witnessed on June 13, 2025, referencing Iran's earlier ballistic missile attack on April 14, 2024, which allowed Israel to refine its defenses. We underscore that the Jewish people's true power stems from their faith, prayers, and adherence to mitzvahs (commandments), even amidst adversity, as they remain under divine guardianship. We further explore the concept of spiritual transformation, tying it to the number 40 in Jewish tradition, symbolizing renewal and creation, as seen in events like the 40 years in the desert, 40 days of rain during Noah's flood, and 40 weeks of gestation. We share a poignant story of a boy who intended to save a piece of cake for his mother but ended up with only crumbs, illustrating that even small, imperfect efforts are cherished by God if done with sincerity. We encourage listeners to seize the current miraculous times as an opportunity to deepen their relationship with Hashem through small acts of mitzvahs, emphasizing that every Jew's efforts, no matter how small, contribute to the nation's spiritual strength. The episode concludes with a call to action to break from complacency, embrace mitzvahs, and trust in divine guidance, with the hope for peace and the coming of the Messiah._____________Recorded from a live audience presentation in the TORCH Centre - Levin Family Studios (B) in Houston, Texas on June 13, 2025.Released as Podcast on June 16, 2025_____________DONATE to TORCH: Please consider supporting the podcasts by making a donation to help fund our Jewish outreach and educational efforts at https://www.torchweb.org/support.php.
