This past Monday night, after the last episode dropped that morning, the annual Met Gala event happened as celebrities gathered in New York City at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MET). Adam and Diego break down some of their favorite looks, who fit this year's theme or not, and whether influencers should be invited to the event.

In life updates this week, Maggie talks about a family trip back east and her new career as a backup singer. Sarah (of course) continues fangirling over the Sprouse twins and discusses the difficulty of boring (yet necessary) self-care. Maggie and Sarah both confess to not watching Game of Thrones (don't @ us), and equally obsess over two new baby boys: Amy Schumer’s and Meghan Markle’s! Eek! Cute! Then the rest of the episode is dedicated to dissecting and categorizing Met Gala fashions. To be honest, we struggle with designer names, we accidentally mistake Selma Hayek’s husband for her designer, and frankly we don’t really know what the Met Gala is, but we’re here and we’re talking about it. We’ve created yearbook-like superlatives to categorize our faves. Listen along (and if you’ve got a device on hand definitely Google along) as we discuss the good, the better, and the meh. The theme this year was "Camp" and what a theme it was. Finally we introduce a new segment called "Lewk of the Week" where Sarah and Maggie each choose their favorite celeb fashion lewk from the last week and share it with you beauties. In Rajyasree's opinion, “the frizzy hair” look of Priyanka Chopra made her look like the Hollywood actress Helena Bonham Carter, who Abhinandan thinks always “looks a little off”. However, he thought that Deepika Padukone looked magnificent!The duo also discusses the new Pan Bahar advertisement, which they find incredulous. Although they agree that it is “as crappy as an ad can get”. Rajyasree says, “This is how India will overpower the world.” Abhinandan said this ad will help inspire people to join the para-commandos.The next ad they discuss is one put out by Surf Excel. According to Rajyasree, it is a short, compassionate, well-made ad. In fact, one of the best ads she has seen recently. Speaking about the cast of Sacred Games 2, Abhinandan says that he is excited for it as he really enjoyed the first part that was written by Varun Grover.Two new songs that they talk about are Raftaar - Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar and Rahul Gandhi's Wayanad Campaign Song.
