The speaker presents channelled information from a spiritual guide (William Thomas) on how we might empower ourselves to live healthier and happier lives and so combat the stresses associated with modern living. These insights indicate that we must examine the relationship between mind and body, recognise the power of positive thought, imagination and visualisation and understand that we need to achieve stillness to help us balance our emotions. Doctors don't have enough evidence to know the long-term effects of what happens to someone who takes puberty blockers as a child, the executive director of the American College of Pediatricians says. "We know that if you stop puberty with these puberty blockers, you stop a whole sequence of events," Dr. Jill Simons says, adding that there also are "effects on the brain.""There's effects on the biology that you need that for sexual organ development to become fertile in the future," she says. But according to Simon, "There's a lot of things we don't know about stopping puberty, and you can't get that back once you stop the puberty blockers."Given the rise in gender-identity treatments for children, the American College of Pediatricians launched a new initiative Wednesday called the Biological Integrity Initiative to provide not only medical professionals, "but also parents, teachers, policymakers, even teens themselves who are questioning some of these things" with resources and scientific data on the known effects of gender treatments on children, Simons says.Simons joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to explain what medical professionals do and don't know about the effects of puberty blockers and hormone treatments on young people and what resources the Biological Integrity Initiative offers. Retired medical doctor and women's rights activist Isidora Sanger (Nom De Plume to protect her real identity due to harrassment from Trans activists) talks to me about her book, Born in the Right Body. Isidora covers topics such as what is a woman? Are trans women, women? The relationship between mental health and gender Identity and so much more. Isidora argues eloquently that it is important to awaken medics and wider society from the denial they are encouraged to live with. It is not only unethical to sterilise children labelled “trans,” but adults, too. Isidora goes on to detail the policy capture of healthcare by trans lobby organisations and how we are in the midst of one of the biggest medical scandals in history. Everything is properly referenced in her book which I recommend to everyone. Whatever your stance on the Gender Identity Issue, I recommend this podcast, especially to all parents and young children confused about their gender. "La Scapigliata" aka Isidora Sanger is the nom-de-plume of a retired medical doctor, also known as "la scapigliata" online. Since 2014, she's been writing about gender identity ideology and campaigning for women's sex-based rights. She believes policies and medical practices should be based on evidence, not ideology. She lives in the UK with her family and a dog." "For over a century, feminists have campaigned for women's sex-based rights, despite the violent backlash from men. They recognized that women's health and well-being, participation in public life and their ability to escape abuse were the most urgent human rights issues affecting the female sex. The backlash from men was carried out in the physical – by using oppression and violence – but it was justified with metaphysical theories about women's brains, a feminine psyche and the innate nature of gender stereotypes. Obscure scientific methods of dubious significance, like phrenology, kept being devised to try and substantiate this empirically.Such methods have been abandoned as quackery, and we now know that none of the assumptions about women on which male supremacy was based were correct. Despite this, the tendency toward justifying discrimination against women and girls has not disappeared with technological advancements in the 21st century. Now, instead of phrenology and fanciful ideas about "wandering wombs", we have brain scans being used to allegedly prove that feminine males and masculine females were "born in the wrong body" and that their psychological distress can be cured by medical and surgical procedures designed to make them resemble the opposite sex. This collection of essays is my testament to the feminists who have campaigned so painfully and courageously, and for so long, and those that continue to fight to this day - and beyond.“Born In the Right Body” can be purchased at Amazon marketplaces. https://www.amazon.com/Born-Right-Body-identity-perspective-ebook/dp/B0BN2FJDTX/An American Conversation Podcast™ has captivating shows, compelling Guests & Controversial Issues! We need to do create for ourselves a better assessment tool for what mind, body, and spirit ‘alignment' looks like. It should not include our justifying and explaining away our addictions to food and other vices we have. AND if we do slack on our regimen, the least we could do is allow our bodies to repair. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/stayinpowerpeople/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/stayinpowerpeople/support

Enjoy this replay from the JMS Greatest Hits:) This week we're chatting with Stacey who from her early teens until her late 30's was either always on a diet or preparing for the next one. She shares how she thought that restricting food worked, because she'd always experience short term weight loss, but then would always give up and gain the weight back - and thought that SHE had failed. When Stacey realized it wasn't her fault, and that in fact 95% of diets don't work long term, she knew there was no end to this vicious cycle of restriction. It wasn't moving her closer to health- it was keeping her stuck in guilt and shame.Listen as Stacey shares how she began the process of changing her relationship with food and how Intuitive Eating has transformed her life. Interestingly, when Stacey gave herself unconditional permission to eat, she felt less controlled by food and was able to move into a place of conscious, body respecting choices that help her feel and function her best.Mentioned in the show:Find Food Freedom Online Course---About the Host---Kim Hagle (she/her) is Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Body Image Coach and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. All or Nothing thinking abounds in the fitness industry. Effective but erroneous marketing leads us to believe that we must workout hard for an hour 5 days a week or there's no point; that we must sweat and be sore or we did it wrong; that we must lift the weights, do the cardio, and we must do it fast, heavy and with intensity…. Otherwise we'll never get healthy.I've met countless women who feel so stuck because they believe they have to do it all and do it perfectly, and when they can't achieve or sustain the ideal, then anything less seems like failure and they give up. It's not a very motivating feeling. Our guest today, Zara, is a participant in my Right Body for Me program, who has been able to transform her all or nothing thinking into creating a game she could win. She's discovered joyful movement and feels motivated to chase health on her terms. Listen in to hear how she made this transition and got un-stuck.What you'll learn by listening:Why we struggle with all or nothing thinking in terms of movementHow all or nothing keeps us stuck, and how that affects our sense of selfThe mindset shift that is needed to move out of all or nothingHow creating a game you can win sets you up to chase health on your terms.Mentioned in the show: Right Body for Me - 6 month transformative coaching programThe Motivation Secret - FREE guide to help you get unstuck with exerciseResources for Non-Diet ProfessionalsInstagramFacebookRadiant Vitality WebsiteAbout the Host---Kim Hagle (she/her) is Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Body Image Coach and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. For some, joyful movement can feel out of reach. Our history with sports, fitness, gyms and dieting can greatly influence our relationship with movement and our motivation to exercise.I'll often hear from people “I don't even know where to start. I can't think of one type of movement I'd enjoy”. Often at the root of this concern is a belief that the purpose of movement is to lose or control our weight. That was the experience of our guest on today's show. Kathy never identified as an “athletic type” and therefore didn't feel comfortable in a gym, doing traditional fitness type activities. She assumed that there was no movement she'd enjoy because she associated movement with “working out” and assumed that anything else was not good enough.Tune in to hear how Kathy got to the root of her struggles with movement and how it wasn't really about the exercise itself. What you'll learn by listening:How fitness culture's focus on aesthetics is negatively affecting your motivation to moveWhat's really at the root of your motivation strugglesWhy trying a new program isn't the answerHow to feel better in and about your body without forcing yourself to do exercise you hateMentioned in the show: Right Body for Me - 6 month transformative coaching programThe Motivation Secret - FREE guide to help you get unstuck with movement.---About the Host---Kim Hagle (she/her) is Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Body Image Coach and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. On this episode, we are joined by Shauna Clark - mom of 4, kindergarten teacher and co-author of the book “Momming HARD”. Shauna shares how movement, running specifically, has improved her mental wellbeing and renewed her sense of self since becoming a mom. And yet, she felt that her runs were depleting her precious energy. Though she enjoyed the activity and the time to herself, she felt “gassed” after and was frustrated by the struggle. While she knew that adding strength training would improve how she felt, she felt intimidated to begin on her own, as she had no idea where to start, what to do or how to use the equipment at the gym. Investing in personal training seemed like a frivolous expense at first, but inside you'll hear how Shauna found the courage to invest in herself and how strength training has not only improved her running, but has given her a sense of confidence in herself, where she feels safe and empowered to do hard things. Setting and achieving goals can be a great way to challenge ourselves and celebrate the strength and power we often didn't know was inside us. Mastering a new skill or participating in an event can be exciting, empowering and 100% joyful. But, for some - that feeling of success and accomplishment might be a brand new emotion. If you've always believed that your body was weak, incapable or wrong - then it's only natural that you'd want to hold on to and recreate those positive emotions whenever possible. And that's where we run the risk of crossing over from joyfully challenging ourselves into chasing bigger and bigger goals and needing to prove ourselves. Our guest on the show today bravely shares her experience with this. After a serious injury that left her bedridden, the goal of learning to run motivated Robyn to work through her rehab. What started out as a celebration of her body's strength became a comparison trap fueled with chasing metrics in an effort to “improve” that left her feeling worse physically and mentally.Tune in to learn how Robyn reframed her mindset about running to reclaim it as joyful movement and how changing her thoughts about running improved other areas of her life as well.Mentioned in the show:Right Body for Me - my 6 month coaching container for women who want to end the cycle of restriction and punitive exercise and find food freedom, joyful movement and confidence in their own skin. There's no escaping the messaging in the fitness industry that thinner is better. When all we hear is “burn this, sculpt that, tone this, lose that”, it's implied that the way to achieve any fitness goal is through weight loss. Whether we want to get stronger, improve our flexibility, have more endurance, decrease joint pain…. The prescribed solution is usually “lose weight”. And conversely, if we gain weight we assume it means we will struggle with all of these things. In this episode, you'll hear from Natalie, a fitness instructor who after years of dieting and controlling her body, reached her breaking point and began the process of intuitive eating. She'll share the internal struggles she faced as her body changed, including fear of judgement and fear that she wouldn't be able to keep doing her job. Tune in to hear how Natalie not only reached a place of complete body acceptance, but also discovered that she can be strong, healthy and fit at any size.Mentioned in the show:Right Body for Me - my 6 month coaching container for women who want to end the cycle of restriction and punitive exercise and find food freedom, joyful movement and confidence in their own skin. On this episode, we're joined by Angela a participant in the Right Body for Me coaching program.Angela is a successful, intelligent, accomplished woman, with a happy marriage and beautiful daughter. Her life “looks great on paper” and yet like many women, she always felt like an imposter; unworthy of the love, acceptance and success she experienced because she was unhappy with her weight and appearance. Though Angela spent years controlling her weight through dieting and exercise, and did experience weight loss at times, she never found that self-acceptance and contentment she was looking for. There was always a bigger goal or more weight to lose. And when “life happened”, and she was unable to maintain the level of control required to keep the weight off, she'd blame herself and feel guilty and ashamed for letting herself go. Inside Angela shares her story of how she was able to find the food freedom and self confidence and acceptance she was looking for - and to accept the love that was around her - EVEN though she still doesn't love her body. And how in doing so she's been able to experience MORE success in her career, MORE connection with her family, and MORE self care.Mentioned in the show:Right Body for Me - my 6 month coaching container for women who want to end the cycle of restriction and punitive exercise and find food freedom, joyful movement and confidence in their own skin. On today's episode, we are joined by Jennifer, a participant in the Right Body for Me coaching program.Like many women, Jennifer spent her life cycling from one diet to another, never finishing or finding “success” with any of them. But, she continued to believe that losing weight was the answer to all her struggles and always hoped that the next one would “work” and she'd feel better.Eventually she realized that dieting wasn't working and she started dabbling in the non-diet approach, however it didn't seem to matter how much she learned or what programs she tried, she never found that freedom she thought she would gain by ditching diets. In our interview, you'll hear how one to one coaching was the thing that made the difference for Jennifer. By having someone ask the tough questions, encourage her to dig down to the core issue and hold space for her - she finally felt safe to do the work to transform her limiting beliefs about health, weight and herself.Jennifer shares how “doing the work” has given her the freedom she's always wanted and opened up more possibilities than she even imagined.Mentioned in the show:Right Body for Me - my 6 month coaching program is now open for enrollment. We're taking a break at The Joyful Movement Show over the month of December. Please enjoy this classic replay and we'll see you back here with a fresh new season on January 3rd, 2022.Most people begin the New Year with fresh goals - a desire to grow, improve and become a better version of themselves. Usually around this time though, the motivation and resolve you had January first starts to fizzle. We are either relying heavily on willpower at this point, or are feeling like a failure because the willpower has run out.80% of New Years Goals are abandoned by February 1st, and 90% sometime after that. Why is this?? It's not because you failed. It's not because you weren't strong enough or did something wrong. It's because the way that we have been taught to set goals is flawed. We've been taught to chase outcomes and that when we achieve the outcome we'll feel better - but that rarely happens. On this episode, I'll teach you the mistakes we make with goal setting the traditional way, and the mindset shift that is required to set goals that actually inspire you into action that WILL result in that feeling of success and pride that you are after. Tune in to rekindle your spark and breath new life into your goals for this year.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. We're taking a break at The Joyful Movement Show over the month of December. Please enjoy this classic replay and we'll see you back here with a fresh new season on January 3rd, 2022.On this week's episode, we're talking about the 6th principle of joyful movement which is to stop relying on external validation. By that I mean fitness trackers, apps and even the scale to tell you that you are doing it “right” in terms of exercise. About 20% of people in north america wear a fitness tracker, but it's interesting to note that about ⅓ of people who own one will stop wearing it within 6 months and almost half will stop within a year. Which leads me to question - why? It seems that a lot of women struggle in their relationship with a wearable tracker. In one study that looked at 200 women with a Fitbit tracker, 79% felt pressured to reach their daily targets, while 59% reported that they felt their daily routines to be controlled by Fitbit. Feeling pressure to perform, keep up or compete- these lead to negative feelings about movement - like anxiety, or not being good enough. Whenever we feel negativity towards movement, it's really hard to feel motivated.Listen to discover how your fitness tracker could be killing your motivation or causing you to have an unhealthy relationship with exercise, and how practicing attunement can help you re-discover joyful movement.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. We're taking a break at The Joyful Movement Show over the month of December. Please enjoy this classic replay and we'll see you back here with a fresh new season on January 3rd, 2022.Tune in as we continue on with our series on the 10 principles of joyful movement. This week we discuss principle 3 - Just say no to punishment. We've been told for a long time-”no pain, no gain”. The myth is that the only way to get fit is to push ourselves to the brink 5-6 days a week. We're told we need to be stronger than our excuses. But I don't think it's working. No Pain No Gain is the most overused “motivational” saying, that is really anything but.Buying into this mentality gets us nowhere but injured and exhausted, so we inevitably give up. In this episode, I'll give you tools you can use to know the difference between challenging yourself and pain and how to achieve steady progress towards your goals without dreading exercise. ---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. Welcome to part 4 of this 5 part series about how to eat normally. This week we're chatting with Stacey who from her early teens until her late 30's was either always on a diet or preparing for the next one. Interestingly, when Stacey gave herself unconditional permission to eat, she felt less controlled by food and was able to move into a place of conscious, body respecting choices that help her feel and function her best.Mentioned in the show:--- What type of eater are you quiz https://radiantvitality.ca/iequiz---30 Day Intuitive Eating Challenge inside our free Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/785269208739860---About the Host - Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. Why we're all emotional eaters2. Why we turn to food to cope with difficult feelings3. The reason food works to make us feel better and how we're conditioned to believe this is a bad thing.4. “Joyful” movement doesn't mean that every time we exercise it's a nirvana-like state of bliss (although it is nice when that happens occasionally).Rather, it's a way of engaging with our body that's kind, respectful and intuitive. It's a knowing that whatever we do, whatever we have, who we ARE is enough, brought about by GRATITUDEBrene Brown says that gratitude is the key to a joyful life, and I believe the same holds true for movement. ---What you'll learn by listening:The difference between happiness and joyHow focusing on gratitude even when things are hard can help you find your joyWhy we sometimes fear and sabotage joy, and how to sustain itSimple tools to practice gratitude (and therefore experience joy) during movement---Mentioned in the show:Dr. Brené Brown on Joy: It's Terrifying | SuperSoul Sunday | Oprah Winfrey NetworkBrene Brown on joy and gratitude“Daring Greatly” by Brene Brown---Don't forget to submit your questions for our upcoming “Ask Me Anything” episode on Oct. 24. Tune in to hear how Natalie not only reached a place of complete body acceptance, but also discovered that she can be strong, healthy and fit at any size.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. What do you say to yourself during exercise? Do you find your inner critic gets really loud in the face of a challenge, do you judge yourself or call yourself names (lazy, out of shape, clumsy)? Our self-talk directly influences how we feel about exercise and how we'll engage with it - whether that's avoidance, having to use willpower, pushing through pain or becoming overly competitive. And if our self-talk is critical, rooted in fear, shame or a sense of inadequacy - it's impossible to access joyful movement. The two cannot exist simultaneously. If you're struggling to get your head around this whole joyful movement thing, it could be because your self-talk story centers around needing to fix yourself, control your body, or change something you don't like about yourself. In this episode, Kim will teach you how to reframe your mindset and speak to yourself in a way that opens you up to experience joy.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. “Now just turn this into a lifestyle - and that's how you'll keep the weight off for good”... “Everyone can achieve a ‘healthy' weight with enough hard work and discipline”... These are just two of the many lies the fitness industry tells to keep you coming back. Our guest on the show today learned very early in her career as a personal trainer that the things she was recommending to her clients were not sustainable - working out intensely up to two hours a day, cutting carbs, taking supplements, meal plan and prep… it was a full time job. As a mom and a trainer who works with moms she saw the fear and shame this was causing in the moms she worked with and how it was making fitness inaccessible and not enjoyable. Jolyn wants moms listening to know that there is another way - one that allows you to have that confidence and acceptance you're longing for regardless of your appearance and one that allows you to have freedom with food, joy for movement and peace of mind. ---About our Guest:Jolyn Martin is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and intuitive eating & body image coach from Kitchener, ON. Jolyn is a mom of 2 and is passionate about helping other moms heal their relationship with food, body and exercise. Shortly after starting her career in the fitness world, she started to notice the dangerous and toxic effects of chasing thinness and finding self-worth in body image. After dismantling her own beliefs, Jolyn has now made it her life mission to help other moms change their mindset around self-worth. Jolyn guides moms to find peace with food, discover the joy of movement, and ultimately live in a way their children could respect and follow.---Mentioned in the show: What kind of exerciser are you? Intuitive movement is all about tuning in to how your body feels, how you want to feel and choosing movement that will help you get the desired feeling.Often though, we can get stuck in the “how”, where we're unsure what type of movement to choose that will result in the feeling we are after.Diet culture is so effective in leading us to believe that there are right and wrong ways to exercise, that we can forget about the multitude of movement options available to us at any given moment. In this episode, Kim will walk you through the process of building a “movement toolkit” - a varied list of activities, that you enjoy, and you can draw from no matter your mood so that you can go beyond all or nothing and into the realm of abundant possibility.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. Our guest on the show today is a recovering perfectionist. She's a nutritionist, and like myself and so many others in the industry always felt the pressure to be a role model for health - eat impeccably, exercise regularly, maintain an “ideal” weight. Like so many of us in this industry, we feel the need to live a life of perfection in order to inspire our clients. In our interview Ardelle will share how a traumatic accident forced her out of perfectionism and into self-compassion and how this transformed her relationship with herself and her career.Ardelle talks about how we need not feel ashamed by chronic pain or a health condition. Rather how we can view our symptoms as reminders to return to self-care. She shares how we can reclaim our joy and confidence and live the life of our dreams by healing our relationship to our body.---About our Guest:Ardelle Viau is an Intuitive Eating Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant dedicated to guiding ambitious women through the process of breaking free from perfectionism and dieting so they can intuitively embrace healthy & abundant lives. After spending years obsessing over her body size and health doing fad diet after fad diet, then health protocol after health protocol, she never felt like what she was doing was enough. It wasn't until she studied intuitive eating and combined it with her holistic nutrition education that she was able to fully accept her body.Intuitive eating has allowed her to embrace wellness without obsession. It has allowed her to love, nourish, express and empower herself. And now she is here to help you do the same! With over a decade of experience coaching clients, she is on a mission to dismantle diet culture and redefine wellness.---Mentioned in the show:Ardelle's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aromasandavocados/?hl=enArdelle's Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aromasandavocadosFree Resource “What Kind of Eater Are You?”: https://www.aromasandavocados.com/#freebie---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. On today's episode we're answering a listener's question. She asked “is planning your workouts or movement sessions compatible with intuitive movement? I like the idea of listening to my body's cues but I also like having some structure and I'm not sure what to do without a plan to follow”.Tune in to learn how it doesn't have to be one or the other. Having a plan can be a helpful tool to keep you progressing toward your goals, but it can also cause feelings of pressure and overwhelm if it is too rigid. There is a middle ground that allows you to plan and progress while still listening to and responding to your body. Kim will talk you through the process of “Intuitive Planning” that she teaches her students inside “Discover Joyful Movement”. ---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. What goes through your mind when you hear fitspo ‘motivation' saying “you have to be stronger than your excuses”? For me it screams “forget what's going on in your mind or in your life, buck up and show up, drum up some willpower and just do it.” It's not a very motivating phrase and is loaded with all or nothing, right and wrong, good and bad connotations. It minimizes the barriers we face and takes us out of our autonomy. It causes us to believe there's one right way to become healthy, strong and fit; and if we can't or won't conform to the “right way” - we are weak. Tune in as we explore the truth about excuses - how they are a cover up we use to avoid saying what we really think. In this episode, I'll help you move out of the all or nothing and back into your power so you can choose what's best for you and feel no need to use excuses. ---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. Setting and achieving goals can be a great way to challenge ourselves and celebrate the strength and power we often didn't know was inside us. Mastering a new skill or participating in an event can be exciting, empowering and 100% joyful.---But, for some - that feeling of success and accomplishment might be a brand new emotion. If you've always believed that your body was weak, incapable or wrong - then it's only natural that you'd want to hold on to and recreate those positive emotions whenever possible. And that's where we run the risk of crossing over from joyfully challenging ourselves into chasing bigger and bigger goals and needing to prove ourselves.---Our guest on the show today bravely shares her experience with this. After a serious injury that left her bedridden, the goal of learning to run motivated Robyn to work through her rehab. What started out as a celebration of her body's strength became a comparison trap fueled with chasing metrics in an effort to “improve” that left her feeling worse physically and mentally.---Tune in to learn how Robyn reframed her mindset about running to reclaim it as joyful movement and how changing her thoughts about running improved other areas of her life as well.---About the Host---Kim Hagle is a certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom of four and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness. My journey with exercise has been chaotic for most of my life. Dieting really screwed up my relationship to exercise as much as it f*cked up my relationship to food. When I first entered the world of Health At Every Size and Intuitive eating the concept of Joyful Movement sent me straight into cognitive dissonance. And then I quickly realize that as much work I needed to do to change how I perceived food and my food habits I needed to do the same work with exercise. I had to make a conscious decision to heal my relationship to exercise. I stopped waiting for prince charming to come and fix it all. If I was going to find ever find joy in moving my body I had to be intentional. Diet culture might have f*cked how I see exercise but it was up to me to unf*ck it. In this episode of the podcast Kim Hagle a mom of four and non-diet fitness expert is going to help us heal our relationship to exercise. Kim hosts The Intuitive Movement Show podcast and through her signature program Right Body for Me, she helps women discover joyful movement and motivation that lasts so they can heal their relationship to exercise and feel confident in their own skin. What you'll learn listening to this episode: ⦁ How Kim went from being picked on by other kids to being a fitness professional. ⦁ The difference between movement and exercise ⦁ Is the gym police a problem for you? ⦁ The 10 principles of Joyful Movement ⦁ How to find motivation without punishment or “no pain no gain”...
