What if the future of humanity's evolution is intertwined with extraterrestrial contact, and it all begins with your vibration? In this episode of The Healing & Human Potential Podcast, I welcome back Darryl Anka, who has been channeling an extraterrestrial being, Bashar, for over 40 years. Together, we discuss Bashar's predictions of the upcoming global exposure of extraterrestrials and how, while they have always been here, they will soon be recognized as a key part of humanity's evolution. They offer us the chance to evolve in ways we've never imagined, but it's up to us to decide whether to embrace this opportunity. We explore how raising your vibration can prepare you for this shift, making you more open to contact with extraterrestrials, spirit guides, and other higher-dimensional beings. Darryl shares valuable insights on following your excitement, staying positive through life's changes, and letting go of limiting beliefs. This episode offers practical steps to help you align with your highest potential and stay open to the guidance and opportunities unfolding as we move toward a new era of open extraterrestrial contact. === If you need a practice to come home to yourself, try this meditation for 30 days & watch your life shift: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/10-minutes-to-shift-from-overwhelm-to-inner-peace-abundance/id1705626495?i=1000738341998 === We are accepting applications for ICM 2026! What if the key to shaping your reality isn't about controlling the outside world, but about the state of being you choose in each moment? In this episode, I sit down with Darryl Anka, who for over 40 years has been channeling Bashar — a multidimensional being who shares teachings on how our beliefs, emotions, and choices create the reality we experience. We talk about Bashar's “five-step formula” for alignment, centered on following your excitement, trusting synchronicity, and letting go of fixed outcomes. We also explore big questions like how free will and destiny work together, what happens after death, and why abundance is more than money. Darryl shares Bashar's perspective on intuition, synchronicity, and even the possibility of future contact with other civilizations — offering practical tools you can use right now to live with more trust, clarity, and freedom. === Have you watched our previous episode with Amber Rae? Rob and Kev switch on the holographic blind on their Breen loading dock to discuss "Mirrors", which turned out not to be quite the contribution to Mirror Universe lore they were expecting. To make up for it, they revisit all the other appearances of the Mirror Universe, including "Mirror, Mirror" (TOS), "Crossover" (DS9), "Through the Looking Glass" (DS9), "Shattered Mirror" (DS9), "Resurrection" (DS9), "The Emperor's New Cloak" (DS9), and "In a Mirror, Darkly, Parts I & II" (ENT). Matthew (he/him) and Jo (she/they) gaze into a “Shattered Mirror” as we return to the Mirror Universe with Jennifer Sisko. We praise Cirroc Lofton's acting in this episode, we analyze all of Ben Sisko's actions that have led to this single episode and we revel in the hilarity of this ridiculous but fun episode of Star Trek. We both wonder if Sisko has the heighest kill count of any Federation Captain and Jo rants about how much she loves tall women. As always, be prepared that spoilers may be lurking around every corner just like Garak on Empok Nor.Subscribe for weekly recaps of Star Trek Deep Space Nine, follow us online at @TerokNoir on Twitter for silly memes and polls and contact us by e-mail at teroknoirpod@gmail.com

Bette and Parker are left tied up in JJ's room, but they are rescued by Dodgy Eric, who has been playing dead on the bed for some time. Parker runs off to call the police, while Bette takes Eric's gun and goes in search of JJ and Gretchen. Meanwhile, JJ and Gretchen try and stall for time with an ever-more-dangerous Bohdanko. After several failed attempts to lose him, Bohdanko's phone rings. It becomes clear that he has double-crossed his boss, and is planning to steal the Vermeer for himself. In a desperate attempt to lose him, JJ and Gretchen lead Bohdanko to Wizzzard Entertainment's hidden rooms in the schloss. But when they get there, JJ realises they are not alone. She hides behind a sofa, and calls for Gretchen to do the same. Suddenly, Bohdanko is shot by an unknown someone... Rebinging Star Trek DS9: The Muse Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 20: The Muse where Lwaxana Troi turns up with a big surprise and a creepy alien preys on Jake's writing talents. Even though the creepy alien is supposed to be the muse, we also learn that Lwaxana has had a similar muse-like impact on Odo! There are some surprises in this wildly underrated episode and also some genuine "ewww" moments. It's always nice to see a guest appearance from Majel Barrett-Roddenberry, but we also have an interesting performance from Meg Foster as the alien. The Muse In this episode a creepy alien turns up and starts sucking the life force out of Jake while supposedly turning him into a great writer. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if she didn't also rub it all over herself while hiding out with him in the bowels of the station. I mean this is gross. Meanwhile, Lwaxana Troi turns up pregnant and in need of help from Odo who in this episode surprises himself when he examines their relationship. Turns out he kind of digs her. What's this rebinge thing? It's a re-watch of a thing you've already seen but love to watch and talk about. In marking the fifth anniversary of PPF's The Shattered Mirror report, the host of Policy Speaking and PPF's President and CEO Edward Greenspon sits down with three of the principal researchers on The Shattered Mirror project, Colette Brin (Professor in the Department of Information and Communications at the Université Laval), Chris Dornan (former Director of both the School of Journalism and Communication and the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs at Carleton University) and Elizabeth Dubois (Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa). They discuss what's changed in the past five years regarding the role of journalism in democracy, the various shifts in the media ecosystem and how policy can address challenges facing the news media industry. Brin, Dornan and Dubois also examine the relationship between technology companies, media, government and citizens, the prevalence of disinformation and the debate around the limitations of free speech. They conclude with reflections on innovations within the journalism sector and what Canada can learn from other nations. This episode included a #PPFProud shout out to Via Rail for being a leader and reimagining how Canadians travel.
This week our host and PPF's President and CEO Edward Greenspon discusses Indigenous ownership and economic self-determination with Jeff Cyr (CEO of Raven Indigenous Impact Foundation and Managing Partner of Raven Indigenous Capital Partners) and Alicia Dubois (Founder of Nish Synergies Advisory Group and former CEO of Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation). They examine the role of reconciliation in driving a more inclusive economy, Indigenous access to equity and capital and the importance of engaging in meaningful partnerships on projects and ventures. Cyr and Dubois also provide examples of successful Indigenous partnerships including the coalition of Mi'kmaq First Nations and Clearwater Seafoods, and Wataynikaneyap Power and Fortis, and the upstart Virtual Gurus. Finally, they look at the role of ESG and the competitive advantage Indigenous businesses have on the path to a net-zero economy. During Today in Policy, Katie and Edward talk about the evolution of news media in light of PPF's fifth anniversary since releasing The Shattered Mirror, a report that detailed the troubling diagnostic of accelerating revenue declines among producers of original journalism. They also touch on the
