What if the key to shaping your reality isn't about controlling the outside world, but about the state of being you choose in each moment?   In this episode, I sit down with Darryl Anka, who for over 40 years has been channeling Bashar — a multidimensional being who shares teachings on how our beliefs, emotions, and choices create the reality we experience. Darryl shares Bashar's perspective on intuition, synchronicity, and even the possibility of future contact with other civilizations — offering practical tools you can use right now to live with more trust, clarity, and freedom.   ===   Have you watched our previous episode with Amber Rae? Have you ever felt a quiet knowing that something in your life was off — and tried to ignore it because you feared what it might change?   In this episode, we talk about what happens when that quiet knowing becomes impossible to ignore. Amber Rae shares how meeting someone unexpectedly brought a truth she had been avoiding into sharp focus—a truth that, once faced, meant her marriage and the life she'd built would have to change. She opens up about telling her then-husband, navigating the fear and guilt that followed, and the backlash that came from choosing what felt true over what felt safe. We explore how to know if it's time to stay or go, the role of self-trust in big decisions, and why liberation is always a two-way street.   We also dive into breaking free from people-pleasing, setting boundaries that last, and working with emotions like guilt and anger without letting them run the show. In this episode, bestselling author Amber Rae joins us to share her transformative journey from a nine-year relationship that checked all the boxes on paper but lacked true intimacy and connection.Amber's story challenges our conventional understanding of commitment, revealing how we can unknowingly convince ourselves that relationships are working when essential needs remain unmet. "I didn't know I was pretending," she reflects, describing how she repeatedly tried to fix her marriage through therapy, self-help books, and doubting herself. The wake-up call came unexpectedly when she experienced an electric yet calm connection with a stranger that made her question everything. We talk about what it's like to question your relationship or feel stuck between staying and leaving.  Amber explores our patterns – whether we tend to leave too quickly or stay too long out of fear or people-pleasing – and provides permission to honor our authentic needs.Beyond relationship insights, Amber shares her process of writing her new memoir "Lovable," describing how she created a "brave draft" by writing as if no one would read it. Swissmade – 100% Schweizer Musik. Neuheiten und Klassiker.
