Nevis Brands CEO John Kueber joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share significant news regarding the company's expansion into Michigan, marking its eighth state in the cannabis market. Nevis Brands has secured an exclusive agreement with Emerald Canning Partners to produce and distribute Major products in the state of Michigan, subject to approval by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency. Michigan is a strategically important market for Nevis Brands, as it witnessed cannabis sales totaling $2.3 billion in 2022, and it is expected to exceed the $3 billion mark in 2023. This makes Michigan the second territory in the Eastern United States where Nevis is establishing a licensee. Under the agreement with Emerald Canning Partners, Nevis Brands will have exclusive rights to produce and distribute all five flavors of Major, including Sunset Pink Lemonade, Pacific Blue Raspberry, Sacred Grape, Volcanic Orange Mango, and Passionfruit. Major is a dosable 100mg THC beverage known for delivering the effects of cannabis within 10-20 minutes of consumption. This expansion into Michigan represents a significant step for Nevis Brands as it continues to grow its presence in the rapidly evolving cannabis market. With its innovative Major product line and strategic partnerships, Nevis is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for cannabis products and provide consumers with unique and high-quality options. #proactiveinvestors #nevisbrandsinc #cannabis #sorse #major #thc #CannabisIndustry #MajorExpansion #MichiganMarket #CannabisBeverages #CEOInterview #PleasantTrees #CannabisNews #BusinessExpansion #MarketGrowth #CannabisInnovation #BeverageMarket #StrategicPartnership #RetailSales #USCannabis #StateByState #DistributionDeal #MarketInsights #CannabisBusiness #IndustryLeadership #ExclusiveInterview #BrandExpansion #MarketTrends #CannabisEntrepreneurship #MichiganCannabis#invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

In honor of the most popular white wine in the US and the biggest wine retailer in the US, we undertake our very own Costco Kirkland Signature Brand Chardonnay Challenge! If you remember the Pepsi Challenge, this is a similar concept. We line up two Chardonnays that Costco sells under its Kirkland Brand and compare them to each other and a third well known Chardonnay that Costco also sells. We give you our honest opinions about these wines and help you pick the right one whether you are a Chardonnay fan or not. Spoiler alert, one of these wines was not good at all, and you may be surprised at which! We also discuss why Chardonnay is so popular in the US (is it supply or demand?!?) and the differences between oaks and unoaked or naked Chardonnay. Come join us - this ride is pretty fun and sometimes a little silly! Wines reviewed in this episode: 2020 Kirkland Signature Sonoma Chardonnay, 2020 Kirkland Signature K Vine Chardonnay Evergreen Vineyard, and 2020 Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve Chardonnay.

Is your brand color your favorite color?Don’t worry, you’re not the only one! It’s a completely natural gut-reaction to surround your online identity with the color you like the most. The problem? Our audience gets confused. They have no clue what we’re trying to communicate and, even though they can’t quite put their finger on it - they feel a bit off about us and move on. This is the worst-case scenario. After all the hundreds of hours of incredibly hard work on your site, content, social media copy and offers, the thing of nightmares is having our ideal client walk away {or click away} with an indifferent shrug. But what if there was a way to grab your audience’s attention and sidestep the normal week, month or year it takes to normally convert them into a customer just from your brand color choice? It seems crazy, but that’s exactly what I’m going to show you in this article. In today’s podcast, you’re going to learn how to step into your perfect online identity - starting with your brand color. You’re also going to learn how to subconsciously attract your ideal client, establish yourself as the go-to expert in your niche and book more publicity opportunities on autopilot.Today's Topics:Your Brand Color Has Nothing To Do With YouThe BackstoryBringing It Back To My Brand {and Yours}Your Brand Color Subconsciously Attracts or RepelsWhat to do when you’ve nailed your signature brand colorBecoming the go-to expert + attracting publicityTo recap, You’ve seen how your brand color being your favorite color could be the basis of any confusion with your audience. This knowledge alone will give your audience so much more clarity and direction to how you can help them. And, on top of that, you can rest easy knowing all of those hard-working hours on your website, social media and sales pages will actually start paying off!Don’t worry, I go over all of this and more in my Color Class, so you can just put your phone on speaker and listen on your drive! Gabriela Hearst is a self-taught designer, who only launched her signature label three years ago. This year she was nominated for the CFDA womenswear designer of the year award, just opened her first flagship store in New York, debuted a permanent showroom in Pars. She is also currently on track for being profitable by the end of the year. But Hearst is no overnight success. She has years of experience in the fashion industry. However, it was her conscious decision to shift to only creating clothing using the best materials she could lay her hands on, to focus on versatile timeless garments and to design pieces with multitasking women in mind that made all the difference. In an industry built on the idea of the accumulation of things, Hearst is finding her global success with a less, but best, philosophy. When we spoke she had just signed her lease for her store and her nomination for her CFDA award was still very fresh in her mind. But even though she had a lot of exciting news about her nascent company, it was when she spoke to me about the core message of her company that I really felt I got a better and deeper understanding of this exceptional business woman.
