Zibby knew she had to talk to Sherri when she saw Sherri on the treadmill during a virtual book event. The two talk about the process of figuring out what exercise or diet works for your life, the roles trauma and grief can play in your weight loss journey, and, most importantly, chocolate chip cookie March Madness.   Hosted on Acast.
