A hockey podcast realized by former players, tailored for the players of the past and present...We created The Next Shift to uncover the untold stories of retired players and ultimately celebrate those who have conquered the unknown territory of life after hockey in their new arenas of work as innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders. We aim to bring on guests that share a common denominator in that the lessons they learned and the adversity they faced within the game molded their character as people which enabled them to reach their life goals and dreams. At some point, the game must end for us all, but the "Next Shift" mindset, that, you carry for a lifetime.
