The Outspoken Beauty podcast is an amazing podcast that I can't imagine my life without. Hosted by Nicola, the podcast covers all aspects of fashion, life, and more. It is a weekly dose of positivity that I look forward to every week.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Nicola's ability to highlight all aspects of beauty and fashion in a relatable and honest way. She brings on expert guests who offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone who listens. The variety of topics covered, from skincare and beauty to pro-aging and health concerns, keeps the podcast fresh and interesting.
Another great aspect of this podcast is Nicola's interview style. She has a chatty and relatable approach that makes you feel like you're sitting in the room with her and her guests. Her charisma, humor, and honesty make for enjoyable conversations that feel like spending time with girlfriends.
A downside to this podcast could be the occasional lack of diversity in guest selection. While Nicola does bring on high-profile guests, it would be beneficial to have more representation from different backgrounds and perspectives.
In conclusion, The Outspoken Beauty podcast is an amazing listen for anyone interested in beauty, skincare, and life in general. Nicola's passion for what she speaks about shines through in every episode, making it a must-listen for beauty enthusiasts. With its informative yet entertaining content, this podcast is a treat to listen to every week.

I have received SO many messages about constipation recently that I thought it would be useful to chat about where I'm at and the kinds of things I'm doing to help get things moving. I know that this is a bit of a gross subject matter but it's also such a common problem, particularly it seems amongst women over 40!Remember that I'm not an expert and am only sharing what I've learnt from experts I've spoken to. If you have any concerns about your own helath, please promise me you'll speak to your GP.

In this episode I welcome one of my favourite people in the beauty industry back on the podcast. Sam Farmer founded his teenage skincare and hygiene brand after being disappointed by the types of products that were on offer for his own children when they were teenagers. He shunned sexist packaging, language and harsh ingredients for a unisex brand with the very best and teenage skin appropriate formulations. The result is the perfect collection of products for young adults that is in my opinion by far the best on the market.During the episode, Sam and I talk about his brand story and about what teenagers really need in order to have the best possible skin. We chat about ingredients, formulations and why Sam feels a responsibility to make products that over deliver. This is a really great conversation with a man who has dedicated years to not only creating a brand but to studying cosmetic science and understanding teenage skin. If you have a teenager and you're unsure about how to navigate their skincare then this is 100% the episode for you.
