I'm publishing Perdita's episode a couple of days late after a slight mis-hap with Chris' laptop which meant that he couldn't edit on Friday. (Eek)Anyway, the amazing beauty editor of Women's Health is back with all the beauty news from the past week including some of the amazing launches that she's been to and a new skincare offering that we're both healthily cynical about but that if works could be really exciting.Enjoy xx

Every day is a good day to collaborate with the dead according to Perdita Finn, author of Take Back the Magic; Conversations with the Unseen World. Perdita's wisdom, along with revelations from her varied experiences with the unseen world, will surely embolden listeners to engage with their own dead. In describing her relationship with her deceased father, Perdita describes how healing with the dead can strengthen our intuition and change life for the better. How does one work with the dead? Well, Perdita advises to put them to work! And they are more than happy to help, especially if they need to make amends for lifetime wrongs. The team discusses the importance of paying attention to signs and synchronicities, and the role of ancestors in shaping our paths. The discussion also touches on the spiritual aspects of 12-step programs and the creative process, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of our connections to the past. Takeaways Perdita helps ordinary people connect with the unseen world. We all have many lives and names within us. The long story of our souls is more complex than reincarnation. Each life is a stitch in the fabric of our existence. The dead can guide and support us from the other side. Healing relationships with the dead can lead to personal growth. Cultural fears around death stem from historical control by organized religion. Forgiveness is a process that can involve the dead making amends. Collaboration with the dead can lead to new creative directions. The dead want connection and to be called upon for help. The dead often communicate through signs and synchronicities. Channeling our loved ones can enhance creative work and writing. 12-step programs embody a radical spirituality without expertism. Ancestral connections can provide healing and insight. The history of witch trials still resonates today. Sound Bites - Perdita Finn "The unseen world is real." "The dead have shown up for me. They do want to help us, they all do."

Vaʼ in pace».Support the Show.Support the Show.
